I ve been taking a couple cars over to Andy at Wee Care for the last few years for maintenance and repairs. He always takes the time to tell me exactly what the issue is and will show me on the car as well. I have never felt pressured to get any work done, in fact he has recommended at times to not do something if he didn t think it was really worth it. Overall a very honest, hardworking, friendly shop. Definitely recommend!

My family and I were traveling when our AC went out in 90� Heat.Wee Care Auto helped my family in a time of need we appreciate them.I was so great full these gentleman were able to get our AC working in a timely manner.Thank you again for saving the day.Service: A/C installation & repair

Bought one of my kids a car a week ago for $5500. He left our home in metro Detroit for Traverse City back to college. His car engine blew up in Auburn MI on the freeway. We had it towed to Wee care auto by the recommendation of the tow company. Andy from Wee Car Auto was nothing but awesome. He offered me to leave the car car free until he could look at it. He called me back a few days later said the engine was gone. He offered to let me leave it at his place until I could figure out what to do with it. It s been there going on 10-12 days now I hope it s gone in a day or so. Andy was amazing, honest and really cared about helping us out. You don t find businesses in the world like that to often anymore. Thank you sir I appreciate everything you did and let me leave my junker there. :-) Trust Wee Care Auto !!!

Grew up with these guys, I can remember as a kid walking across the street to borrow a tool or say hi. I grew up in the automotive industry and I can tell you Wee Care is top tier! The lost art of integrity is NOT lost there. They are stand up guys, honest to a fault, always willing to go above and beyond to help me or my family if we ever needed it, very knowledgeable, and the next generation of traditional excellence. Andy and his team went above and beyond my expectations to get me back on the road again. I am not a review guy but after my experience with this shop I want everyone to know that this shop will treat you more like a family then a number like most dealerships. Give them a shot the next time you're experiencing problems with your vehicle or just want a check up. I promise you won't be disappointed.

The guys at Wee Care Auto are true class acts.My family was traveling and we had issues with our air conditioning on working. I casually stopped in there to see if they could help and expecting to be told no, and both guys didn't hesitate to the away from a job they were working on when I walked in there to get the machine hooked up and get our problem fixed. All of this took place when it was 90+ degrees and hot! And having a 2 year very hot and unhappy, these guys were amazing!After getting the fixed and done, I paid didn't hesitate to pay (even offered to pay before hand) plus I gave them a tip (not as much as I would have liked to)If anybody is ever in the area and needs assistance, I would stop back in there and use these guys again.So to Andy and his employee, thank you guys for doing what you did and helping my family out, it was appreciated more then you know!!

Andy and the other mechanic are super cool. Have my blazer getting work done there, they came right out and started looking at the problem. They were able to diagnose it very quick. Told them that I needed the car back by a certain day and he told me that he could make that happen. Highly recommend them for services on your vehicle. Thanks again.

This is a great family owned shop that goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I have taken multiple vehicles here, and have never left unsatisfied. I find their prices to be very reasonable, and Andy is great at explaining what they will be doing and why. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this shop.

I was so pleased with the service I received from Wee Care! They were very transparent with me about the work that the car needed and explained it in a way that made sense to me. They also bent over backward to help me get back on the road as soon as humanly possible (the day after Christmas no less!). I so rarely feel like I got what I paid for from a mechanic, but in this case, I feel like I actually got more: fast, reliable work and professional mechanical advice for a very fair price. If you need a "car guy" in the tri-city area, look no further!

2016 MINI Cooper S Countryman (<- for googlers)For starters, there aren't many known reputable shops in the Tri-City area that work on MINIs. There's a foreign import repair shop in Midland, but they wanted to charge sky high prices, without question. I needed to get an oil change, and have my front brakes done because my brake sensor came on. Found this place online because of their website. I checked out the mass amount of positive reviews, so I thought what the heck, and gave them a call. Andy was pretty honest upfront with letting me know that they weren't a certified MNI shop, but had equipment to talk with the computers of foreign vehicles. And that if I wanted to, I could buy the parts myself to make sure I was comfortable with what was getting replaced. I was very impressed with his honesty and the offer to let me bring in my own parts (which I was able to get good deals on Amazon for), and that he'd charge me just labor if that's all they had to do. We spoke a few more times on the phone before I setup the appt. Dropped my car off first thing in the morning, and a couple hours later he called to tell me that the only thing that was wrong with my brakes, was my faulty brake sensor. Brake pads/rotors still had a good amount of life left in them. He let me know that they could still replace the brake pads/rotors if I wanted them too, or that they could just replace the sensor. I chose just the sensor and kept my brake kit for another day. Again, I was really appreciative of their honesty and speediness throughout the whole process. Oil was changed, sensor replaced, warning lights reset, and I was able to provide my own parts/oil. Will definitely go back to them again when any other issues arise for my MINI. Thanks again fellas!P.S. If you're a first time MINI owner like myself, and want to make sure your MINI continues to roar just like the unique beast it is, don't be afraid to give them a call. They'll work with you and won't steer you wrong.

Had an unusual experience today and the gentlemen working here really came through. My battery died just down the road and one of the men there was kind enough to drive down and jump-start my car, even though it probably seemed a bit out of the ordinary. Deeply appreciated the service and will definitely be returning in the future when I m in the area. Earned that business name for sure.

It is family owned. All employees are pleasant. Will go out of their way to do something extra for you. Andy made time for a tire repair for me although he was the only 1 working that time. And not over priced. Will be where I take my vehicles. And have for 3 years now.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. These guys make you feel like family and throughly explain what the problem is and give you your options to fix. Customer service is a value I look for in any company and that is the number 1 thing in my book. The number 2 thing I look for in any company is honesty. Wee Care Auto has both of these very important features that is way above 100%. Highly recommend this place. Great job guys.

If you need a automotive shop this is the place. Been the most honest auto shop I have been to. Great people and will tell you the truth. My AC compressor wasn't kicking on and could have easily sold me a new one, instead they told me sometimes they get stuck and need a few taps to break them free. Left with ac blowing and kept my chunk of change in my pocket. Highly recommend this place! Will be the only automotive shop I use in the future.

The people here are SO KIND! We were practically stranded after a minor accident and they went above and beyond to help us get back on the road again. I've never experienced genuineness, kindness, and honesty Wee Care displayed in any other auto shop. Could not recommend more.

Hard to find such a honest and helpful auto repair shop. These guys have your best interest at mind, while helping you with tough decisions. Bad luck and lake of care can kryptonite any vehicle, but these doctors will bring your baby back to life. Thanks for always being there for my vehicle when it was needed most. Dealers be careful, customers may never need another new vehicle...again :)

We would highly recommend Wee Care Auto! Andy stopped everything to throughly go over our vehicle and address the problems we were having. This is a family business that he and his brother Austin own. It s nice to know that there are businesses out there that are honest, hard working and very knowledgeable. What an asset to the community of Auburn and surrounding areas!!

I had my car towed to Wee care auto and Andy was very kind and caring. As a single mother I was very nervous about being taken advantage of. Andy was very honest. I highly recommend Wee care auto. They are very professional and caring.

The guys at wee care are friendly knowledgeable and curteous. I had a great experience taking my truck in for clutch replacement and am getting ready to take my car to them for repair. I highly recommend them.

Anytime I m in a pinch and need the job done right the first time, Wee Care Auto is the only place I think about. Knowledgeable staff that truly knows their way around foreign and domestic vehicles of all shapes and sizes. Side note: The shop music is always off the chain too!

Great shop! They are honest and will not try to sell/fix something you do not need. I have been using them for several years now, and would not take my vehicles anywhere else!
