The Auburn Hills location is just the best! From the time I schedule my appointment I was treated as a values customer. This was my first time at this location. I didn't have to wait a month out to get my car serviced. Daniel and staff were such a pleasure. I live 35 min away (5 min for east location) and you have gained a new customer. Kudos!

I purchased my 2020 Kia Optima there last year and had trouble obtaining my complementary oil change. They were over booked for repairs and other services. I ended up getting one elsewhere and attempted to return for my next oil change. I ran into the same issue. This time I went to another Kia service department and had no trouble just pulling in for an oil change. I will say that the people in the Summit Place service department, while overbooked, we re very friendly and attentive.

Told me it would take weeks/months to diagnose an engine problem. Then 9-12 months to fix an engine issue. Also they said they didn't have loaners available for months.

Amazing people, Kia has hired the right ones in all and for all. I did some services to my car and they went above and beyond, the car feels like a newborn lol, people in there very friendly, they help with all the needs that someone might have :))) thank you KIA.

How is impressed with this dealership they was able to get my mother-in-law a car and they had a wide selection. Had a great friendly attitude attitude. So take a drive up and see for yourself.
