I recently had the pleasure of getting an oil change at Quality Lubrication and I have to say, it was a top-notch experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional, with the employees going above and beyond to ensure that my car was well taken care of.The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, answering all of my questions and making me feel confident in their abilities. The oil change itself was thorough and efficient, with no shortcuts taken. I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands.Overall, I highly recommend Quality Lubrication for all of your oil change needs. The service is impeccable, the employees are fantastic, and you can trust that your car is getting the best care possible. 5 stars all the way!

Reliable and fast. Also competitive prices. Several great experiences here, such as when another cheap-o place stripped the oil pan nut and this place was able to get it loose through a lot of effort, no extra charge. And complimentary replacement of headlight that didn t last as long as it should have. Never wait longer than 5 mins for an oil change.

I had the best expireince yesterday! One of the nice gentleman took care of my tire rotation and patched up my tire that had a screw in it. I come in here frequently and the whole team is always so sweet and genuine. They always are quick and have the quality to match. My family and I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. I recommend this place to all my friends. You guys rock!

Went here with my brother earlier today, was very disappointed in the service I received. I came here with a stripped o2 sensor and only needed 1 stripped bolt removed and I was going to fix the rest on my own. When quoted over 300 dollars to take off 1 bolt I declined the service, as I was walking out I was asked by the technician what did you think this was going to be free? Don t go to this place with anything more than an oil change because that s all they re good for.Update:I talked to some guys at Jake s today and they said they could get my issue done for free and this place quoted me over 300 dollars. So the rest of you don t waste your time don t come here unless you want to interact with a manager that has one of the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. I thought I was the only one but I read lots of the bad reviews on this place and they all say the same thing the managers here are rude, they overcharge, and can t do much more than an oil change correctly. This is everyone s warning to steer clear of this place at all costs.PS: Don t for a second think that going to a higher up will fix anything they are the rudest ones.Thanks for the responses, I have been thinking about becoming a business owner myself just like some of my family members. Instead of taking notes from them I ll take some notes from you.1. Make rude comments to costumers2. Have very high prices and limited resources3. Switch the motto to the customer is never right4. Lastly lie publicly on customer s namesThanks for the help! I will let you know how it goes. :)

I had taken my car to two other places upon my car dying in my work's parking lot. Finally, due to good recommendations, my car was brought up to Quality Lubrications on a Friday night past business hours. I had a phone call the very next afternoon with a diagnosis and fix for my car's problems. Staff was friendly, efficient, and took the time to speak with me regarding my vehicle.

Went and got my oil changed here today. My tech Eric took care of my battery for me and also seen that I needed wipers as well. He truly saved my day as it's supposed to rain later. I would've been stuck with no wipers in the rain if it wasn't for their attentive work. Thank you Eric and quality lube for your outstanding service! We will definitely be back

First time experience at this place. They changed my oil, they were quick and I got free water. That's about it. Never asked about my mileage. Never saw them check my tires, top off my fluids, check air filter, wipers, belts, if I knew how to re-set my reminder light or what oil I would like. $45.15 total. I'm sure these guys are great at some things, but it's not oil change service. I won't be back.

From the moment we walked in customer service was great! Clear directions from Mike and the team. What separates this establishment is the extra on the ordinary experience. They even offer you water as you sit and relax five star like always. Great job

The guys did a great job during my oil change visit. All fluids were topped off. Tire pressure, air filter and lights were checked. All done in less that 15 minutes. Thanks.

These guys rock, absolutely will never go anywhere else for an oil change or service. They helped figure out an issue I was having with my Ford Focus, fixed it promptly, were super transparent the entire process, and from start to finish were professional and friendly. Totally recommend!

I refuse to take my car anywhere else. This team has the best attitude and expertise I have ever experienced in all my years of car ownership. It doesn t seem to matter how busy they are, everyone is friendly, professional, and they know their business.They will always remind me of other services my car might need but I don t feel pressured and never feel like it s an upsell.Furthermore, what I also appreciate is these guys don t try to be something they aren t. I have asked them about specialty services and have been told that sure they could probably do it but maybe not for the best price.Forever customer here and I will never refer someone anyplace else.Edited to add that my review is uncompensated. I don t need a discount or a coupon to tell you that this is a great business.

The people here are great! They let you know everything they are doing. They gave me a bottle of water and said come back anytime to get an air in your tires, get your oil topped off or just to chitchat. This will be the only place for an oil change for me!!

First class service I needed my tire looked at it was losing air and the sensor was wonky to say the least. The guys took great care of me and found a nail and plugged it and came out to walk me through what was going on with my sensor that have costs hundreds to get fixed! I am a client for life:)

Best oil change experience I have ever had. I ve had so many problems after I get oil changes from other places. It was my first time going to this place today and I said I wouldn t probably go back because it s not close by my house but I just might. It better than having to deal with an oil change that causes me problems. They offered me water explained things to to me when I asked and gave me my card back with alcohol wipes because alittle oil had gotten on my card. They were also very nice!

I stopped in to get a tire repaired. I had a screw in one of the tires and it needed to be plugged. The manager recognized me as a regular customer who normally has both of my vehicles' oil changed here regularly. The normal charge for having a tire plugged is $30. The manager gave me this service free of charge. I really appreciated this courtesy. You don't see this type of service much anymore. I highly recommend Quality Lube.

Great staff and service. I was having some electrical issues and live 4 hours north and literally just needed something to help me get the cables off the battery to do some troubleshooting. Didn t have any tools with me. Saw this place passing by and decided to ask them if I could borrow something, they brought me in the bay, gave us water, and did the work for me, no charge. Hell, I may even drive the 4 hours to get oil changes now! Great stuff, thanks guys.

Changed oil and suggested what s best for my high mileage Toyota 4runner(483,937 miles). Topped off all fluids as well!I really appreciate the work and quality of service! Jeff was extremely helpful and provided great advice for the car.

Disappointed don't go above and beyond anymore. Should be called Too Quick instead of Quality. I know for a fact windshield wipers were never even looked at let alone touched by anyone. Just not how it used to be. I guess it's time to start looking for a new oil change place.

Had my oil changed here a few times, same guy happened to do it. Very friendly, doesn t oversell, and does a through job. Today had my headlight replaced, did my other one on my own and stripped screws. So it was nice to get it done correctly without worrying about stripping screws. Jeff deserves a raise!

This place is very friendly and always very quick with me, with great quality service. Also Sam (a worker) is an outstanding character, very polite and quick with the service. He left me with a smile on my face, very kind person and would recommend this place to anyone.

Pretty shady place. Wouldn't suggest doing more than an oil change. They put the wrong coolant on my car. (Not the manufacturer recommended) Generic type they use. They did a smoke test to find out a leak on my header. Wouldn't let me go and see the results. I doubt they did anything at all. I ended up finding the leak visually on a closer inspection.

Go see these guys man, they re great! The owner is just a great dude, he s not there to screw you. All the guys in the shop are cool, very clean shop and great deals! They anlways offer you something to drink, top off anll your fluids always take care of you, you won t be disappointed!

Quick, overall good. Will say dude didn't even make a full turn on my valve caps. When to quarter car wash after and they blue right off! They knew better to waste time looking at air filter with only 5k miles. I'll be back nonetheless.

Absolutely my favorite place to take my car. They re efficient, honest, and always explain everything to you. Sam was very helpful and kind. I can t say enough good things :)
