I always took my car here when I lived out this way, always for oil changes and once to install a new battery. I have tried a few other places close to home and none of them have the same level of service as this one. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable. Prices are comparable to other places. I trust them to take good care of my car!

I ve been here twice so far all the employees are very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and honest. I went in early for an oil change after a road trip. I was told that I still had 5k miles left till my next oil change and that it was full and clean. I still got the oil change. But LTM will always be my go to for oil changes I really appreciate the honesty and great service.

I come back every time it's time for an oil change! Friendly, quick, and convenient! They also offer additional services such as wiper replacement, air filters, tire plugs and airing and probably many more! See yall in about 3000 miles!

LTM is my first stop for almost anything. They are very attentive, extremely customer service oriented. Never pushy on anything, they will tell you about needing an air filter but no pressure to buy from them. I completely trust them and have for many many years. Exemplary Customer experience... Family-Owned...LOW Employee Turnover...!!! I've been a customer since they opened about 25 yrs ago. Friendly, good service, attention to detail. I paid a little extra to have a front light bulb changed, it had to be done through the wheel well. I recommend them to my neighbors.

They are a full service oil change. Always check fluids, grease doors, check tires, and let me know if something is wrong with my car. I love coming here. Everyone is in a good mood, and i have a laugh with the greeters.

Seriously these guys are truly truly wonderful! They listened and didn t talk down to me like the dealerships do. The work was excellent and very reasonable. They explained to me what was going on and what I can expect in the future for the life of my truck. Everyone was genuine, polite and helpful! The loaner car was a plus! They even vacuumed my truck!! I have never left a service appointment so pleased. Love LTM!

PLEASE READ - Been going to LTM ever since they opened decades ago. They are always professional, courteous, and prompt. I have ALWAYS TRUSTED them to take care of ALL of my family's vehicles. We have since moved away from area but I was back in town and of course went to LTM for the first oil change in my wife's brand new car. After the service an issue was discovered that LTM overlooked. I contacted Joe the manager. To my surprise he could not have been more accommodating in taking care of the issue. Probably why this company has been in business for so long. They always take care of the customer and I always TRUST LTM for my family's vehicle service needs.

Best service I ve ever experience for car service I ve ever received. I ve gone here for every oil change since moving to Michigan. They are fast and courteous. They do a through check of all the fluids and components on maintenance. Anytime they find something that needs replaced, they physically show you the issue so you know they are telling you the truth. They also show you the color of the oil before and after they change it so you know it was done correctly. I once had my check engine light come on, i brought it in even though i wasn t due for an oil change. I was stressed knowing most places would charge even for a diagnostic test. LTM found the issue right away and reset the light for me at no charge. Service at this location is worth every penny.

Terrible experience here I am sorry to say. I do not like blasting businesses on social media but I have tried to handle my complaint directly with the shop and the manager, being highly unprofessional, has been dodging me and not returning phone calls. I had my oil changed here and they put on a faulty oil filter. This could have been caught by having me start my engine prior to leaving (this is what the mechanic that fixed my truck told me) but that did not happen. I drove all the way from MI to CO and by the time I got to CO my truck was having major problems. I had to have it towed to a shop there where I was told my engine only had 1 qt of oil left in the engine. It is supposed to have 7. After a new oil filter, more oil, engine diagnostics to assess damage and having the entire undercarriage of my truck power washed and the tow bill it cost me $420. LTM has completely ignored my request for reimbursement despite sending them a bill from a licensed mechanic that did the repair. I would have overlooked the fact that this happened, but the unprofessional manner that they have handled the complaint is unforgivable in my book.

Seriously these guys are incredible. I had my oil changed here once and they told me any time I wanted my fluids changed and tires filled up with air, just to come on in. They are so kind and did this FREE of charge.Great service and great people. Would highly recommend coming here for any work.

The customer service is incredible. Had a tire going flat one day while out showing homes to client. We drove directly to LTM, stayed in the car and discussed all the homes we were viewing, they plugged the tire and we were on our way in about 10-15 minutes. They do all our cars and will continue to! Good people, good service!

There was a line when I pulled up and I considered leaving. The line moved very quickly. I was really impressed that the service team didn't go overboard trying to up-sell replacements I knew I didn't need. My total time, including waiting was 15 minutes. Very efficient.

I love coming to this place! All employees are courteous, honest, and hard-working! I've been bringing my car here for years and will continue to do so. During my last visit, they even said I didn't need to get the oil change I thought I needed. Who does that? Keep up the great work LTM Quick Lube!

Quick in and out oil change. I love the vacuum out service they do, especially in the winter when it's all salt. I've never gotten hassled/up-sold on products I don't need (air filter etc). They even sometimes send out emails with coupons! Both my wife and I go here.

Excellent service - Highly recommend. They are probably the most efficient quick lube store I have been to. I commend them for their honesty and professionalism. I have been a satisfied customer to past two years and I being all my cars to them.
