The owner of this business, Chuck, is knowledgeable, honest and kind. He takes the time to explain and educate you about whatever issue you are having with your car. I have been using Al Deans to service my truck for over 10 years and I can t say enough good things. It s not fancy, but they know what they are doing and you know you will get a fair assessment and a fair price.

I just returned from Al Dean s shop. They did my rear brakes today. Their prices were fair, but more than that, their integrity is so clearly apparent. I ll need my front brakes done soon, and I ll definitely be returning. It s good to have found a guy who I believe genuinely has peoples best interests at heart! Would definitely recommend this shop!

10/10 service, the owner is a very professional yet compassionate human being. He gives you the feeling of a dad who cares, so respectful and so pure. He explained why things weren t working and very detailed cost breakdowns of service and parts. He s honest and won t tell you what you want to hear BUT what you need to hear. The service is quick and the experience was worth it. I truly thank him and will be returning for any service I may need in the future.

First a big THANK you to Chuck. Our son goes to school over there and needed a repair the shop went above and beyond to get him back up and running all while remaining honest and affordable. Chuck explained and showed him in detail what was repaired and how and what had happened to create the breakage. We run a repair business as well on the other side of the State and we could not have appreciated the Courtesy, kindness and honesty enough. I highly recommend Al Deans Auto Repair.

I can't believe this only has 4.5 starts! I've been bringing my cars here for 15 plus years. It's like visiting a friend. They do quality work and work with you to stay safe. Honest. Trustworthy. Fair.

This was my second time going there and since it was good experience first time decided to try again. I am never going back there again, never ever. Charged me twice as much as others for Induction Service on my car and it was more expensive than what the dealer would have charged. I should have done my homework before agreeing to proceed with the work but this was hugely disappointing. On top of that, problem still exists as before and their recommendation was get the same service done again in a month, this kind of service needs to be done every 60,000 miles not monthly. Please save yourself some frustration and take your car to a better place.

This garage was recommended by my neighbor and I'm glad I chose them. My car was having battery issues and I had gone through 3 batteries from OReilly and I thought my car could be slowly draining the battery. I called Al Dean's and told him my issue and before I brought the car in to be looked at he told me to take the battery back to OReilly for a new one and then he would take a look. I got the new battery and left the car at the garage overnight. The mechanics checked it in the morning and the battery wasn't losing charge due to the car. They ended up not charging me any fee's and were very transparent about possible issues to keep an eye out for and what they could do to fix it. I would highly recommend this garage.

Chuck and team at AL DEAN's treated me like family! Great customer service and quality repair on my brakes. They went above and beyond to work with me with some personal road blocks in getting the repairs done. Kudos to this team- the best! When I went to get my tires replaced, Firestone asked where I got my brakes done because the work was such great quality. I originally came in to Al Deans based on a referral from a family member who shared they treated them like family and were very honest in this industry!!

Al Dean auto repair does excellent work. He doesn t try to cheat you. He is honest, fair, and has great prices. He keeps my car running. I never have to go back to get the same thing fixed. I'm glad he's in business.

Old school mechanic who does everything above board and for a fair price. I recommend this place for anyone in any situation. If he doesn t think he s the best man for the job he ll let you know and give you his advice on where to go. I ve been doing business with him for about 5 years now and I can truly say that you ll be treated fairly and professionally. 6/5 star rating from me.

I went to Al Dean's to inspect an oil leak. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, fix and clean the leak, and provide me with new synthetic oil and filter by the next day. They also rotated my tires. It was a great service.

I recommend going to Ale Dean's Auto Repair because they are fast, courteous and competent. My family has been going there for years. Recently I took my car in because I was going on a cross country road trip and he made sure that my car was in good shape before I left. I went to this place very last minute after an unexpected car repair on my tires. The reviews are what sent me and here and boy did they not disappoint! By far, the BEST auto shop I ve ever been to! Chuck was amazing. Walked me through the whole process, showed me what was wrong, and got the work done in a timely manner! Even took me for a test drive before I paid. CHUCK!! No bull shit - straight to the problem and sets right expectations. He knows what he is doing and he suggests the best! I had an issue with my pickup. And when I said it was my only car, Chuck was kind enough to sneak it in and fix it by evening. Honest and Straight forward. Sets the right expectation and promises less and delivers wayyy better That is not even the best part!.. he let me try his E-bike which was AWESOME!!! If you are here dont miss the free ride on the bike around the park !!

solid shop, I had a weird issue that they couldnt diagnose (problem was intermittent) but they gave me good advice and let me know that the inspection cost would be put towards any repairs in the near future

Great and fast service at a competitive price. They were able to do change my brake pads, perform an oil change, and other miscellaneous services in one day on my Range Rover. I highly recommend them for all car repair services.

Chuck was very friendly, helpful and fair! All I needed was a brake light replaced and he described what it takes to fix it over the phone (not much, but I am not a car guy ). Had my vehicle towed their 1995 Jeep Cherokee. They called me as soon as they received it, kept me updated with the diagnosis and the recommended repairs. I had a hard time with my car's breaking while driving on I95. I sensed breaks were worn off and needed to do something with them. Then I called this gentleman Chuk and he gave me appointment for next day (04/10). I met him, told him my problem. He inspected the car and breaking system and informed me what was needed to be done within some time. I got the rotor and break pad replaced within couple of hours and my car is again running as good as new. Chuk is nice man and his friendly nature attracts more people and clients like me. Pls do visit his auto shop for any kind of repairs you want.

He tried to loot me. I had to call the police to take my car off. He was charging me 150$ for just tightening a sway bar link nut and pushing in two fender clips. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. He would seem very friendly, let you ride his bike but in the end will rip you off. NEVER GET AN INSPECTION DONE BY HIM. He charged me 60$ for telling me what I already told him when I came to him. I told him I have the sway bar link replacement and there s something I want you to look into. He goes checks the car and tells me it needs a sway bar link. Seriously? And he forces me to pay the inspection money. He s a psycho. Trust the reviews on here. Avoid this place.

Really love taking my car here. They are honest and won't overcharge you. It's hard to find a place you can trust, and they've proven themselves to me on a couple occasions. So glad to have them in our neighborhood!

Stellar place. Staff is very friendly - they took time to explain and demonstrate what's wrong with my vehicle in a way I could understand. All our interactions made me feel comfortable trusting them with my vehicle. Since I'm on a budget, I only wanted work done that was necessary - they were upfront as to whether something needed to be repaired or could wait. I'll definitely be coming back!

Chergo has saved my car multiple times- I have gone to him for bad brakes, broken bumpers, and even just for weird sounds coming from my car. I would never go to any other place- he treats everyone like family and the whole team is kind and respectful. He goes the extra mile, gives me advice- and likely saved my life by telling me to get new tires (which he does not sell) just because he noticed the tread on mine were worn almost completely down. I live a very on-the-go life and keeping up with my cars needs is something I often run out of time to do/notice- Chergo has gotten me out of pinches too many times to count.If you re looking for honest business, a fair deal, awesome work, and a place that will take care of you and your car as if you were family- this is it. Thank you Al Dean s!!(I drive a 2014 hybrid Toyota camry- he has no trouble working with hybrids either! My husband drives a 2011 Lexus sedan and Chergo has fixed that car before too)

This was my first visit to Al Dean's Auto Repair, but it won't be my last. I took our Company Van here thinking it needed brakes, but after inspection was told they were fine. "Chuck's" honesty was impressive and shows his and this owner's integrity! I will not only use them again for our company vehicles but will use them for my personal vehicle when needed.Service: Brakes

If you are looking for honesty, great service, professionalism and integrity then call Chuck at Al Dean's Auto Repair because he knows how to provide outstanding customer service. He drove me home while the car was being repaired and picked me up when the car was ready. He is very professional, honest and has integrity. He was honest with me when my previous car was not worth fixing, which shows that he has his customer's interest at heart. He has since serviced my current car, in a timely manner and at reasonable pricing.
