I understand if you do not have the capability to assist, but the way you spoke to me was uncalled for. My family and our dogs are stuck in a snow drift, we are from out of town and unfamiliar with the area. This was the first place I called for help and the person who answered rudely just said No, I will not send a truck to you, I have too many trucks going to other places like Lewiston, etc.

Our motorhome broke down on the way to the UP, on labor day weekend of all times. We found the phone number to MD and gave it a ring. Thankfully, Marshall was there and available to help us out. Although it cut into the holiday, he generously put our spare on for us and gave us a fantastic price as well. Very well ran family business, and quality work! Our Side-by-side got stuck on the orv trails. Fortunately we were near a county road. M and D came out quickly after being called. Very helpful and professional. They really saved our day!
