This a a great place to get an oil change plus anything else you need. The staff is quick and non pressuring for extras. They are also very patient! Great Job and quick!

Women should not come here alone. They tried to charge me $116 for a REGULAR OIL CHANGE. I made it very clear I just wanted a regular oil change, but one employee still came up to my window with the papers in the picture. He highlighted all of the services that I needed today . If I hadn t advocated for myself, they wouldn t have let me leave without spending a minimum of $500. They were so persistent that I got teared up thinking they weren t going to let me leave. I told them i had never paid over $75 for an oil change in my life and I didn t want any service anymore, I would go somewhere else. After I said this, they completely changed their tone and magically updated the price .. to $79. I find it funny that they got the price just above what I said I had paid before. Do not go here if you are a woman, they will try to scam you, terrible experience.

I was very pleased with the top notch service I received today at the Ann Arbor, Michigan Victory Lane Quick Oil Change location. All of the service attendants were very helpful and informative with notifying me of my vehicles current and future service needs and how to best maintain the engine for longevity. I will certainly be returning there for future oil changes with all of our vehicles.

I don't know what changed. I previously had a good experience here, but they tried to charge my 18 year old daughter $280 for an oil change today (it was overdue, but not by more than 100 miles). And when she insisted on only taking a traditional oil change, they said that the screws for the access panels were too rusted to try to remove without breaking, so the cost would still be nearly $200 for an oil change (with likely metal clip and machine screw replacement). I really hate changing my own oil in this particular vehicle but, I went to Meijer and spent an hour doing my own oil change for $35. What a freaking scam. Very disappointed, had been going to this location and another Victory Lane for years, but I will not be going back to this location for our 3 vehicles again. I assume that because it is an expensive vehicle and she is an 18 year old girl that daddy was going to OK whatever they asked for?

I recently had an oil change & new oil plug installed in a 2018 F150 pickup truck.After about 4,000 miles of driving, I noticed oil leaking from the engine. I thought it might be the new oil plug that had been installed.I brought it in to Victory Lane to be inspected by their team of technicians. Sure enough, the plug was leaking. It was a bad gasket.The guys at Victory Lane offered to replace the oil Plug at no charge even though I was slightly over in my miles driven since my last oil change. So I got a new plug and 6 quarts of oil - FREE!The faulty plug gasket wasn t really their fault but they stood behind their work and did me a solid.Great guys! Much thanks to the Techs at Victory Lane.

The guys at Victory were SO friendly! Also, they notified me of a problem with one of my tires, told me how to proceed, and didn t charge me for a tire rotation they were going to do. Gotta love that kind of service.

I've came here for the last 4 years with 3 diffrent cars. This time I stoped in-between changes to get a top off on my air for my tires because the weather change made the light come on. I check the psi befor I got there and one tire was as low as 18psi. One of the newer employees I didn't recognize( bigger man late 40s balding) hooked up the air hoses on all four my my tires and then proced to take them right back off and tell me I'm all good. He never even turned on the automatic tire inflator. The light didn't go off so I pulled over in the hardware stores lot next door and check the pressure again the one was still at 18 psi amd all 4 tires were still under 30 psi when I asked him to fill them to 34. Won't be back if your hiring a bunch of incompetent people.

Mike and the crew at Victory Lane on Stadium are the very best! I am honestly stunned that they seem to top themselves every time!I ve visited other chains, and the service can range from mediocre to pretty good, but nothing compares to the personalized attentiveness at this location! Quick and not a bunch of over selling. I dislike being hassled over every possible upsell. I understand the strategy, but Victory Lane upsells 1 or 2 items and l appreciate not being repeatedly asked about every this and that.They are friendly and pleasant to deal with. I will always pick them for my oil changes when possible.Service: Oil change

These people really know their stuff and went out of their way to give me great service! They got my oil changed quickly and courteously and gave me other free services besides, including a tire inflation checkup and other maintenance checks. The young lady who did my maintenance checks was very honest, she showed me each part of my car that she was servicing and worked with total transparency. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Tray and Tessa, both of them were very helpful and personable. Would definitely get my oil changed here again!

Every time I have patronized this place, I have been pleased with the wonderful customer service I receive and my experience yesterday was one of the best. As a woman, I worry about being taken advantage of in these situations, but not here. Tyler, Gage and HisBen were a polite, knowledgeable and well oiled machine.

This place definitely deserves its five star reviews! They are quick, polite, and efficient, smoothest oil change ever. They also replaced my wind shield wipers, and though they didn t have my air filter in stock, they put one I bought from a different place in for free. Awesome service! I needed an oil change today and went to Victory Lane for the first time. At new shops I always get anxious that the employees will be condescending because I'm a woman. The guys at Victory Lane eagerly answered all of my (many) questions thoroughly and politely, without ever making me feel self-conscious. The oil change was quick but professional. I left feeling confident that my car was in working order and reassured of my ability to maintain it. Thank you!

Don t waste your time here. They try and tack on a bunch of extras that you do not need, yet act like you do. Was also charged for windshield wiper fluid in which I did not need or ask for. Can t imagine how much they take advantage or women or elderly people that come into the shop. Would highly recommend avoiding this place and choosing elsewhere.Service: Oil change
