Had a major issue with a fleet vehicle. They got everything reported to Enterprise, fixed, and brought the vehicle back to our office in less than a day. Excellent service, quick turnaround, easy to work with, and a friendly staff; will definitely come back.

Good service and friendly. Did, however, pull incorrect transmission filter for my truck I left to go work on with. Had to get correct one from NAPA. Wrong shape, size and would not work for my transmission pan. Was not an updated or newer design. Have to return it soon.

Very friendly and much faster than they told me they would be. The lounge/wait area is really nice and they have a wide variety of vending machines so you can get sometime to eat/drink while you wait. I was very pleased with my service.

Ford does not stand behind their products. Motor went out on my 2020 EcoSport after 80000 miles. Big regret buying Ford

Excellent service department. Dave was great to work with. Got my car in last minute before the holiday, fixed quickly, and out the door. Just moved to MI and we have found our service department.

I am extremely disappointed in the recent service that I received. First off, I felt that COVID precautions were not being enforced and followed by staff. Not only were customers in the waiting room eating and drinking without masks on, numerous employees were not wearing masks while waiting on customers, including the front desk where I paid. As someone with a pre-existing condition I felt very unsafe.I needed an oil change and the tire pressure checked on my car, although I do not own a Ford. I called before scheduling an appointment to ask if they were able to service my non-Ford vehicle and they said yes. When I arrived I was quoted 1 1/2 hours for a basic oil change and to check the tires. About 2 1/2 hours later (sitting outside in the cold because I felt unsafe inside) when asking about the status of my car I was told that they were having trouble changing the oil because they "do not service" my type of car frequently. I believe that they should not advertise that they are able to service any make and model, when they clearly were not equipped to do so. When I expressed my frustration, I was met with rude responses and no apology or understanding. I am a woman and felt like I was being talked to in a condescending way.My car was finally finished about 4 1/2 hours later. When I picked it up my car still had the low tire pressure light on. I felt so frustrated and disappointed in the service that I received, let alone the disrespectful treatment, that I left without even having my car fully serviced for the things that I originally visited and paid for. I will definitely never return.Service: Oil change
