Overall quality of work was good for the minor repair on my F-150. There were a few small issues after the fact, including a missing fastener from the drivers side mirror and a loose piece of exterior trim, but no major concerns. The repair was booked with my insurance (State Farm) and I was expecting an interior vacuum and exterior wash (State Farm promised this for all their authorized partner repair shops) but that wasn t completed. Not major issues, but enough to be annoying.

I recently had some minor repairs done here. The workmanship was very sloppy. The paint job is full of bubbles and pits, and they trashed the interior of my car. I regret having any work done. I should have just lived with the chips in the paint. I thought going to an official Ford dealership would guarantee a high standard and quality of work. I was wrong.

I had work done on my 2012 VW GTI. I am extremely pleased with the work done and plan to bring any other damaged vehicles to Varsity Ford Collision. The ladies in the office were amazing and so helpful through the whole ordeal!
