Typically, we would leave a great review; However, I feel it necessary to share our experience.I'll begin with the sales agent:Donna - Kind, helpful, went above and beyond and worked intently with us to find my husband the right truck.Regarding the truck: It's beautiful. However, on the way home from our new purchase the radio/navigation system went out. My husband called to report the issue. He was advised to return the truck for repair the next day. Of which we did. We certainly understand that mechanical issues can't be avoided.Picked up from the service department today. And this is how it was returned to us.$70,000 dollars plus and we received our new 3 day old vehicle like this. We're shocked, disgusted, and appalled.

I purchased my new 2020 Fusion at Varsity, had it serviced at Varsity and had it brought to Varsity after a parking lot collision. I was treated like a valued customer. Within a couple days I was given an estimated completion date and sent text messages every few days to update the status. The repairs were completed 5 days ahead of the expected date.

Thank you Varsity Ford and Matt Stanford for making the buying process so easy and simple. We had a little hiccup at the beginning but Matt made the situation right and earned our business! The paperwork was quick, easy and I was in and out in about half hour when I bought my car. He personally made sure everything was taken care of, reached back out after I bought my car to double check all was well. I absolutely LOVE my new 2023 Ford Edge ST and am excited to have a great reliable car. If you're lookin for great service I would recommend Matt at Varsity Ford!

Varsity Ford has been the best car buying experience that I ve ever had. My salesman Lee Dimic, did everything he could to make my buying experience, fast and easy. I flew in from out of state to get my new truck and Lee set up transportation to get me from the airport to the dealership and had all the papers ready to review and sign as soon as I got to the dealership, I was in and out of the dealership less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Varsity Ford and if you re going there definitely work with Lee he s awesome.

After waiting months at another dealership, I walked into varsity and was taken care of hassle free. Found a truck I wanted and picked it up the next day. Darrin Hinkley my salesman was great, had a coffee the way I like it waiting at his desk the next morning and even a hour earlier than they opened. Great experience!

Four days ago I left a review regarding the condition of our truck, after picking it up from the service department. With that said, I wanted to comment on our most recent experience, as I also believe in leaving positive reviews when it is warranted.After leaving my comments on google, my husband received a call from the general manager of Varsity Ford. He apologized, and also made it very clear that they would use this unfortunate situation as a learning experience and would follow-up as to where the service department failed to meet their expectations.We truly appreciated his call and taking the time to offer his kind understanding of our frustration.

My husband and I recently leased a F150 from Varsity Ford, the process was incredibly smooth, not scary at all being our first time leasing a vehicle. Donovon Fox was our salesman and he was amazing from start to finish. He made the process so smooth and easy and made us incredibly comfortable throughout the entire process. Quick fantastic service the whole way. He made himself very accessible by phone and text and quickly responded and answered all of our questions! We will always lease through Varsity Ford.

Love the Varsity Ford experience. Just bought my 2023 Explorer and Jeff Scott was amazing as always in making this a easy process, even though I hit the button on the tail gate and it knocked him in the head, giving him a good 'dent'; he did everything he could to make me not feel bad. What a great guy. This is our 3rd vehicle from this dealer and we wouldn't consider shopping anywhere else. Great job, great team, love my new Platinum ride 'Lucy'.

Varsity Ford was really awesome! We randomly walked in, we had never been there before so we did not have a salesperson, we got connected with Scott and after a couple days of talking, we left there with vehicles that fit our needs. Scott Clowers was one of the best salesmen we have ever worked with! He really listened from the start, was completely honest and was available anytime we needed anything. Great Sales Experience: Tony Madison! From the moment I walked into Varsity Ford, Tony Madison s professionalism and knowledge was apparent. I've purchased multiple new vehicles at Varsity. My wife has purchased multiple new vehicles at Bill Brown. I called Varsity for warranty service for my wife's vehicle since its location is more convenient during my work hours. The Varsity service department told me "no" since it wasn't purchased at Varsity. I guess my repeat business is no good. We'll be buying all of our new vehicles at Bill Brown.

I ve been looking to get a new truck for the past couple years and found it in the Ford website. I asked about it and was contact by Jeff Scott. Went and met with him the next day and the deal was made. Felt like i was working with family and not just a salesman. Great experience at the dealership especially with Shane Smith who is the salesman I worked with. I was in and out in under two hours and Shane was kind enough to give my 2 year old a teddy bear to make her feel comfortable. I will definitely be going back to Varsity when I make another purchase.

Eric Wilkinson at Varsity Ford is fantastic. I actually can t say enough nice things about him. I ve been with him leasing before he was at Varsity Ford. Recently, he made getting my new edge effortless. I was able to choose everything I wanted, sign paperwork, get my new lease, and turn in my old lease without having to come to the dealership during a snow storm. I ll definitely be back because he takes care of his people.

Our salesman Shane S. was outstanding to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable of the products he was selling. He was very informative on all our pricing and what would work best for what we were trying to accomplish. This was by far the best purchase experience I ve ever had. Looking for a new ride? Then go see Lee!I highly recommend seeing Lee Dimic Jr. if you're in the market for a vehicle. He is the absolute best!! Went to look at a truck and he helped me every step of the way to take it home! He is very friendly, professional, honest and made the process so easy and stress-free. I had two bad experiences. First was with the repair of the driver side rear view mirror. I explained to the body shop scheduler that I needed the car back on a specific day due to the fact I was undergoing a cancer treatment the following day. I was assured it would be done when I needed it. When it was needed I was told it would be another day. When the car was picked up the paint on the hood of the rear view mirror was pitted and scratched. The shop supervisor stated he would order another and have it within a week. The follow up call in a week resulted in a notification it was never ordered. I have since used Briar Wood Ford for my servicing and am quite satisfied for future work. The second issue was my attempt to purchase a new Maverick hybrid. I spoke to the same sales and leasing rep, David Byron, on two different occasions. The first was the day the power was lost at the dealership, but was assured that I would be contacted as soon as it was restored. Although I never hear from the rep I went back a second time. The rep walked me through the lot to see if there were any to view but never checked inventory. While he had my contact information twice I ve never had a follow-up. I have since ordered a Toyota Tacoma since they have impressed me with the willingness to provide follow ups and service. As a 30 year veteran of the armed forces I would have preferred to buy American but alas the feeling was not reciprocated.

Bought a 2020 ford escape titanium. Fully loaded.Great staff, calm environment, and easy to work with.The used car sales manager was dressed nicely and very kind to me.The salesman Tom was a funny guy and very polite.Would recommend buying a car from here

I had a 8:15 service appointment and was promptly taken care of. Everything was all set up for a loaner vehicle and I was on my way very quickly . My vehicle was completed that same day and I was able to pick it up after work. Very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend Varsity Ford for sales and service!

My husband and I have obtained several cars from Varsity Ford in recent years. The customer service I have received from you and all that it entails has been excellent. Since I lost my husband of 55 years in 2021, I was apprehensive about turning in my lease car and getting another on my own. I can assure you that I could not have received better care from Michael and the employees at Varsity Ford. They made the whole process very simple and treated me as though I were their mother. There was simply no stress. Thanks again for another wonderful Varsity Ford experience.

They called me and corrected the issue. Lance is great and totally turned my day around. I appreciate your immediate response to the issue. Thank you again :)Wow!! Very disappointed in the work that has been done on my car. This is how my car was returned to me after having it in the shop for over 3 months. I originally went in because my coolent was leaking into my engine, got that fixed. And then 20 minutes after I left varsity my check engine light came on turns out the service tech forgot to put something back correctly. Well today I go to check my oil and I see my brake fluid reservoir is bungee corded to the side panel of my car hmm cuz that makes sense. And to top it all off I still haven t received any paperwork from the first time I was in there. Very very disappointing.

Worked with Tony actually buy two cars in one year both transactions no pressure at all let me look at all options I wanted. Even test drive them all. He helped me get an extra kick back on the second car plus made sure I saw every payment option to make my best choice. He did not run me out either because I dress like a bum. Still treated me fair. Pick up of the car and finalizing the paperwork was quick and easy with buying my 2023 expedition max because of my four kids he made sure was in and out in less than an hour that s counting trade in paperwork and making sure I double checked my old car for personal belongings. Was just pleasant from beginning to end. Would recommend this dealership to anyone and ask for Tony great guy.
