The shop is more or less a scam - cash only, the employees force you into giving a review for a deal . The whole thing is very sketchy and though I saw the red flags, I thought it was just a non-corporate mechanic shop. Sadly, I got burnt and paid $100 for a tire change to wake the next morning with 3 bad installations out of 4.

Very Disrespectfull. The represtive Jessica after I told her that I was to head over there to the "other location". THIS was Empty and in disrepair I waited at an empty shop For over an hour. I called a number that was in my recently dialed contact list and was met with complete Disrespect. Also was insulted by the man on the other end of the phone. I Do not do bussiness with people who do not know how to treat people with reapect.

Very rude and aggressive on the phone. Then made a racist comment when he found out that we were black, my husband asked him not to be offensive, and he replied by saying we were sensitive

Stranded in Ann Arbor on a Sunday night holiday weekend. Jim met us to repair our flat so we could get back home to Chicago and not have to drive home on an unreliable spare. Super friendly and fast! Highly recommend!

These guys took my phone to talk to my company regarding issue but he posted a fake review from my phone to his shop without my consent .these guys are scammers. don t go to this place unless u wanna get ripped off.

I went in to get 2 tires balanced and was very pleased with the professionalism of the 2 gentlemen. They balanced 2 tires for the best price within 10 miles of Ann Arbor. OPEN ON SUNDAYS THANK YOU AGAIN!

They came out to change the break chamber on my commercial truck and charged me $1,400 for one break chamber. This place is a ripoff andThey charge you way over another roadside service. Do not use these guy.
