While in search for professional window tint advice, I spoke to the guys at THE LAB who provided exceptional information. I appreciated the time they took because I wasn t even committed to receiving services just yet. I ended up scheduling with them and drove from Plymouth to Ann Arbor. The communication from the team + quality of materials / workmanship was worth the short trip! I got all of my windows tinted. For people who care about receiving great results, just know THE LAB respected my time and delivered on promises. Thanks again Hassan and Joe.

Owner and his work partner were nice. I will say they were able to get me in that day. There was another couple who showed up and wanted windows done at the same time as mine when I had an appointment. I feel like they tinted my windows superfast. I Got them done on my brand-new SUV I waited two weeks to let the tint try to settle and there were bubbles still in the tint and also dirt between the tint and the window. Unfortunately, due to circumstances I asked owner for a refund because I have had multiple cars tinted throughout my life and never had the issues, I was having with the tint that was put on. He was agreeable as long as he pulled the tint off my car, I was agreeable to that. That day when I brought my car in, he pulled the tint off in less than five minutes didn't even clean the glue residue off my windows and left lots of glue residue on both front windows. Also found scratches on inside of the glass looks like razor blade cutting when putting my tint in. I did get my refund, but I will not be recommending him to anyone. Lesson learned.

Best tint experience ever! Staff is amazing. Great customer service. Have gone to a lot of different tint shops. This one was a little farther than I m used to but 100% worth the drive 10/10. Will definitely be taking all my cars here from here on out.

Staff is very friendly, easy to book and makes it clear to new tint buyer's, the differences between grades of tint. I've taken 2 vehicles here and am pleased with the work. Highly recommend!!

Great service. Quick. High quality. Drinks and snacks and tv for the wait. Would recommend to anybody. Number 1 thing is the price. 150$ cheaper than any other quote I got. Come here to get your tint
