I want to personally thank Thomas, Jennifer, and Dominic for their wonderful service yesterday as I was also ultimately able to walk out of there as a car owner!! From start to finish, they competently guided me through the steps!! For someone new to the whole car buying experience and everything in between, I feel I ve not only left out with my ideal car but also with insightful life skills!! Best experience ever! Hats off to Mr. Christopher Orr; even after selling me the car he had it cleaned to perfection! He also put the plate on so I didn't have to wait for it to be mailed. when I went to pick it up it looked so good I did not recognize it!! Thank God for Mr. Orr. Ryan Enderes is the GOAT when it comes to Salemen. He went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle i wanted. Ryan is Great at what he does and it showed. He is highly sought after and I witnessed it while he took care of me. Everything went smoothly and I was so appreciative of his kindness patience and assistanceThe dealership is Beautiful and very clean. They offer places to work on your laptop. Had my 300 at the dealership last week for some much needed work. I usually dread having anything to do with dealerships so I went in pretty cautious. Let me tell you... Andy (in service) acknowledged us right when we came in and he was a pleasure for the duration of our stay. He's knowledgeable, approachable and easy to talk to. Even had a few laughs, which is hard to do, because there is nothing funny about spending that kind of cash. LolAlso, he answered all of our questions and never rushed us. That's a nice courtesy to be shown.10/10 would use this dealership/Andy's services again and I recommend you do the same!

Suburban CDJR in Ann Arbor was amazing! I bought a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Hide Tide on May 5th and they went above and beyond for me! My Fiat spent a lot of time and I spent a lot of money at this service department. It was an excruciating experience, but the Service Manager , Joe Kimast, made it less painful. He really cares about the customer and I appreciate that after many years in the restaurant business. Also special thanks to Jordan and Elaine who were very helpful and professional.

For over 4 months we have been trying to get our car fixed. A new car with a warranty both purchased at Suburban. We have called and received no answer, no call back. When we finally just took it up there, we were told it would be covered by the warranty. Then after 2.5 weeks, (we were told they couldn t fix it because of parts and also we owed over $1000. But they would order the parts. That was 2 months ago. We have been calling for 2 months, with no return call. The car cannot be driven.Once they get your money, they will NOT stand behind the sale. Buyer beware!

Went in 2/1 for an oil change. James was my service manager and let me know one of the techs found a nail in my tire. They were able to repair it. I appreciate the attention to detail to keep me safe on the road. They followed up after service as well.

My wife's car had problems with her infotainment and uconnect. It took a few tries and attempts to diagnose but they were able to resolve the issues in a way that was more convenient for us. They are good people to deal with here. No complaints.

Jason helped us secure the best deal on our new BMW 440i xDrive Gran Coupe. He is a hard working and honest guy. He was very kind, always responded quickly, and put us first every time. While waiting for some of the paperwork and applications, Jason was a pleasure to chat with about travel, life goals, and technology, he treated us as friends. He made sure that we were satisfied with the car and that it met all of our needs. He was never pushy and gave us all the time we needed to decide on the far and figure our financing.Their marketed price was below kbb, carguru, Edmunds, JD power, and Carfax assessed value. Our BMW 440i is an amazing car and is loaded full of features. Jason actually knew more about the car than many of the BMW pre-owned dealers we visited.When it came time to finance, Jennifer made it easy for us. Since they are partnered with our credit union, pulling up my pre-approval was super convenient. Jennifer was patient with us, even when I made some mistakes on the application. She answered all the questions we could think of to make sure we understood the services that came with the car and the options we could add on if we were interested. She didn't pressure us when we declined the options for our own personal reasons.We couldn't be happier with our new car and we so glad Jason and Jennifer were there to help us!

Great experience with the service department! I had the pleasure of working with Joe & he made the experience very easy. I had myJeep at a different dealership a few days prior. I had an awful experience & needless to say they "found no error codes" therefore nothing was wrong. Knowing something was wrong I made an appointment at Suburban to again take it in. Within an hour of talking with Joe & explaining the issues my Jeep had a diagnosis & he had me in a rental. The part needed was on backorder & Joe went above & beyond to call around, found one & had it sent over night to his dealership. I had my Jeep back within 2 days, driving great & no longer with the crazy shake. My Jeep now has had a media announced recall & when I get the notice to take it in, I will definitely be calling Suburban in Ann Arbor.

I recently decided to purchase the Jeep Compass that I ve leased through Suburban CDJR the last two years. Any time I ve had to bring my car in, I have been treated respectfully. The work is completed quickly, price of service has been a bit less than estimated, and they have gone beyond requirements. (Topping off fluids and returning a clean car to me!)This process of purchasing my lease car was very stressful for me as costs have gone up and I wasn t sure I could afford a car at all. Wes and Aric went beyond expectations by doing extra calling to banks to find me the best interest rate. They were very gentle with me and allowed me to take my time. I never felt pushed or like my questions were annoying.I feel valued not just as a customer but as an older person they wanted to help. It s a good feeling and one I ve never had before at a car dealership.

I had a recall for my Chrysler 300 and Scott Green and his team went above and beyond to not only make sure my baby was taken care of but he also made sure I got a ride back to work while my car was being serviced. Worst Service Center I ever experienced. I have a brand new Jeep Wagoneer and they do not get the Radio and Navigation fixed since 8 months and 4 attempts. After I escalated, something is finally happening.Rarely someone picks up the phone. When you bring the car in, they promise a day and never make it that day. Noone calls to inform that the service is going to take longer and I have to manage myself without a car.The Servicelevel and Customer Experience is unacceptable keeping in mind that I have a brand new car and the most expensive car from Jeeps portfolio.This is the 8th brand new car I have in my life and never experienced something similar.Update from end of Feb. 2024: After two additional appointments and the car being two weeks at the dealer, the navigation issue is still not fixed.

Back in June came to look at a used SRT Durango. It had been stolen, interior ripped apart, all blown speakers, peeling tint, 60k miles, poor condition overall. Listed price was 48k. When I made an appointment that evening and drove 2 hours to come see it the following morning, the price went up 3k. Sales manager told me there wasn't much room for negotiation, the price changes because of algorithms, blah blah.Ended up buying a brand new durango RT same day for 10k cheaper in Clarkston.Sales staff and sales manager were polite and personable and at least pretended they were going to work with me, which is why this isn't a 1 star review. Staff were not the issue. Definitely some of the worst pricing and financing I've seen from a dealer. I know June was a tough time for interest rates, but the prices they wanted were shocking.

I had a very positive experience working with Suburban for the purchase of my new minivan. Despite the fact that he was working with two customers at the same time, Michael Gardner kept our purchasing process running smoothly and got us out the door with a fair price and trade in as quickly as possible. To be fair, I don t know if it s just the car but the problem that I took it in for occurred immediately after driving it again.Paid again for another repair that still did not fix original issue. Haven t had my car for over a month and over 1000 in to have the same issue. Have reached out to service manager so hoping for resolution

I had the most EXCELLENT experience at Suburban Chrysler Dodge. From my first initial contact with the dealership, staff were extremely personable, professional, and helpful. I was not nagged like I had previously been by other dealerships. My sales representative, Drew N. was extremely knowledgeable about their inventory, product line, and was able to match me with the exact type of vehicle that I was looking for, as well as negotiate a price I was comfortable with. This was my first time leasing a new car, and the process was smooth and straightforward. I will definitely return to Suburban when my lease ends, as well as highly recommend them to everyone.

West was great. He was super friendly and so sweet to my 63-year-old Mom. Unfortunately, their inventory was low, so I went down the street to their sistering dealer. I thought they would be like West, I sure was sadly mistaken. I wish I would have gone with my intuition and got out of there and had my Mom wait until West had a larger inventory. I trust the technician Jon because he will take the time to explain everything that needs to be serviced on the vehicle. My daughter is a driver now, and that's scary enough in itself, so knowing that I can trust the technician is huge. We did get my Mom a vehicle, and this will be the only place it goes for service.
