Run as fast as you can away from this dealership. If I could give them zero starts I would . I dropped of 2015 Cadillac Escalade around November 12th, 2023 for engine lifter repairs ( Cadillac known issue ) , transmission sensor and brake vacuum ; however, just received a call January 25th, 2024 it was ready . They advised it would be done by Christmas which it wasn t . Never called me to let me know anything . I made numerous attempts to make contact with the dealership about my vehicle and no one returned my phones calls . Never offered a loaner car either. I had to go through Cadillac Customer Care to get answers . I pick up my vehicle today and they pulled it up covered in snow , threw me the keys and walked away . Let s not forget the inside is destroyed . Suburban Cadillac don t care about their customers. Save the hassle and go somewhere else !

Outstanding experience with Mark Young and the rest of the staff. Very patient with all our questions and helped us understand all the features. Our second car from Mark and he was great both times. Great experience!

My husband and I, are AMAZED,, how we were treated, MICHAEL BURNS, are sales person, was phenomenal, , he deserve raise.definitely he convince us as customers he was honest and genuine, and went the extra mile for us. I hope the owner and general manager see this review

I did not have a good experience at all with this dealership. I brought my car in November 29th to get my check engine light looked at. I ended up needing a new transmission, and through out the whole process, I was never contacted by anyone about the status of my vehicle. It took me calling weekly to find out even the smallest amount of information. I understand how busy most car services are at the moment, but any update to at least know that I wouldn't have a car for a month would have been good to know.Upon receiving my car on January 8th, I noticed that many contents from both my glove compartment as well as my arm rest were scattered throughout my car. I also called to make sure that my car would be complimentary washed and vacuumed like most other Cadillac dealerships, and was told it would be done. My car was not cleaned, as well as muddy footprints in my vehicle.

Can't say enough good about salesman Douglas Chitren. He pretty much spent the whole day trying to help me find the right vehicle that covered all of my wants and needs. He listened and absorbed everything I mentioned and found what suited me best. Thanks Douglas for all your much needed help, so greatly appreciated!!

I saw a 2024 Cadillac Escalade V on Facebook Marketplace that made my jaw drop. Unlike most dealerships that advertise hot cars they dont actually have in stock, Suburban Cadillac had it available and they had it priced at MSRP, not marked up! My salesman Joey did everything professionally from start to finish to ensure that baby made it to the right driveway today! He got all of my financing handled before I made the drive so when I arrived I was in and out quickly. It was well worth the drive from Cleveland Ohio to pick it!!!

I was having trouble finding a vehicle and found a great Subaru at a great price! I drove 12 hours from Minnesota to buy this car. I was not sent a purchase agreement ahead of time so I could finalize with my bank which led me to needing to finance through them. They were very helpful with getting all the paperwork filled out since it was last minute. Unfortunately I was not told they had a 3rd party who handles the title transfer and licence plates. I didn't realize this until I got home. It has been over 2 months and after multiple times reaching out and being told the DMV has received my paperwork and I should my license plates shortly I still have not received them. In my experience they struggle with following through giving full answers and unless you call they do not respond promptly.

Been dealing with dealership for over a year now on a refund for tire and wheel warranty that wasn t upheld by third party. We have talked to almost everyone that works there and they always say they are on it. Very disappointing that we can t get the help we deserve. Will never buy a vehicle from them again and making sure everyone I know doesn t shop there. This dealership does not take care of their customers.

Thank you Suburban Cadillac for the amazing job you did on my Dodge Ram! It was in for vandalism damage and a broken window. First the BodyShop Manager, Patrick was so kind and helpful, my insurance company wanted me to download an application, take all kinds of pictures for them to do an appraisal. I was stressed and uncomfortable with the process. Patrick took on that task and left me worry free. That in itself was priceless.Patrick keep me advised of the process and when I went to pick it up, I could not believe my eyes! The repairs to the door and interior were impeccable! Patrick and his crew truly have an eye for detail! Thank you again, you have earn a new customer for life !

My car is in the service department and they don't return calls. Last year my car needed a new battery and my car was in the shop for almost 8 weeks and $8600 and zero communication. Now it is in for another reason it's been 3 weeks without a car and they don't return calls. I'll be in the market for another brand new escalade and it won't be buying from here. I don't recommend buy car here since you won't receive proper service if there is a problem.

DON'T GO HERE!!!! They'll rob you blind, especially on their used cars. Before I test drove my vehicle, they obviously cleared all the warning lights because when I picked it up, there were 3 warning lights showing. I should have never driven it off the lot and just refused it. Beware, Don't let them do this to you.

I just purchased a 2020 Cadillac Escalade from this place. I worked with Anthony. He was excellent. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen and had it shipped from their dealership to my home in Illinois. Anthony was 100% honest with me about the condition of the vehicle. My mom just bought 2022 xt6 from here yesterday and said that after working with one of their new sales-guys, Leo it was the best car buying experience she s ever had. I wanted to give the guy a shoutout! She talked about him on the way home and even at dinner. the guy must ve been really good bahahaha I can t wait to shop Suburban Ann Arbor w/ Leo!

We have been dealing with this dealership for a year. Never really had any problems until the last few months. Had multiple issues with the car and the problem STILL exists. Brakes=$2,100Axle issue= $3,700...and the original problem is STILL ongoing. I have wasted time, money, work, etc. and they can't seem to SOLVE the problem of the car or car for that matter. I am taking my business elsewhere from here on out. Disappointing.

I will never buy another vehicle here again. I Purchased a certified used escalade. They promised a few things and then didnt deliver on any of it. They were supposed to fix a paint defect & fix some scratches that i noticed before purchase. Management wont respond by phone or will pass you around to different departments where nobody knows what theyre doing. Over the course of a year i tried to get an answer on one small problem. I didnt demand that they fix it for free or anything like that. I just wanted information on warranty and a quote if it wasnt covered. For 6 months everytime i would reach out it was a different story. Pathetic. Then finally the manager said they would fix the issue for me and scheduled a day for me to drop off at the shop. I took time off work to drop it off and when i show up that manager is gone and no appointment existed. Unreal. The only way to elicit a responce from them once they ve taken your money is to get it in writing and document everything.

There is a lot wrong with this dealership. Sales team was rude and sales manager was just as rude. If this was the only car dealership in world I still would not shop there. Additionally, the sales team was unable to do basic tasks such as call me back or answers basic questions. The only positive about this dealership is that it is close to other Cadillac dealers so the drive to go to a competent dealership wasn t too bad. I ended up buying my car at another Cadillac dealership, and I m glad I didn t get a car here. You will be glad not getting a car here either.

I had done a lot of research about the car I wanted. Set up an appointment for a test drive. The rep I had an appointment with was working with someone for the next hour after my appointment. I test drove alone. Was not shown the features. The next 3 hours the rep moved the paperwork along quickly. I had to specifically ask for numbers they were pulled and processed before I even knew what they would be. The rep was pushy when it came to hurrying the sale but didn't cover the features. I really liked the vehicle and price point so I just dealt with it. The financing department was quick and helpful.Post sale- I received several texts from the rep requesting followup information for paperwork. However, when I asked the rep if the garage remote had been left in the trade in as well as a question about when to expect my finance paperwork I got no response. I called the dealership and left a message with no response.Over a week later, my check engine light was on. I had to go to the dealership anyway. After two hours the techs let me know a loose coolant cap threw off temp gauge. The last people to "service" my car was the dealership. None of my fluids were topped at purchase, the car needs to be detailed and I have one key fob which is already dying. I love my car and financing was easy but I would not go back.

This is the 4th lease I ve gotten from Mina Boles and honestly he always makes the process seamless! I used to hate car shopping until I found this place! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately we drove 2.5hrs to look at a "clean" suv, got there and it had bubbling rust in several spots. Staff was friendly though.Definitely was this location, Erin helped at first and Mark (her manager) is who we mostly spoke with.It was the 2010 Cadillac escalade, and it does have rust in multiple spots.Also the sister lot has a 30k suburban we looked there after leaving this location.

Terrible experience with the service department and not the first time. Can't even get anyone to return my call after spending $800 on repairs. Three days later, no response. Seriously pathetic customer service.

2022 CT5......Scheduled appointment for Warranty service work a week in advance as an appointment was needed. Was called by their service department early morning the day of scheduled service appointment. I took the day off work, The service department said they can not service my vehicle because they we re not a Cadillac Dealer. I called another real Cadillac Dealer told them what happened. They perfusly apologized and told me to bring the Cadillac in for immediate service. They professionally preformed the service in a timely manner. I will never return to Suburban Cadillac ( who states they are not a Cadillac Dealer ) ever again. If you Suburban can not service what you sell, then take down the sign.Vic A

Did a mostly internet purchase of a new car with salesman Mark Young. I knew exactly what I wanted. Mark was honest, patient, never pushy. The car was crazy in demand and no inventory. Mark offered to reserve one Suburban already had on order, soon to arrive. He let me do this through email so I didn't have to miss work. It arrived quickly, he kept it on the lot for me with zero pressure while I got my cash together for a few days (I admit to be disappointed with their trade in offer, but he gave no pressure while I delayed for a week to sell through Craigslist), had all paperwork predone when I arrived, and it cost exactly sticker (for a car other dealerships were selling with a huge markup) plus tax and the lowest document fee I've seen.

Buyer Beware! Please be very careful when contemplating purchasing from the Express Store. I purchased a BMW 6/2021 and 2 days later in was in for repairs as the back brake was locked that was the first 954.00. Next a tire blew out, that is when I discovered the rims and tires , not only were the incorrect size for the car but they had wobbles or bends in 2 of them. 420.00 repair. I must say I did get to drive it for a month when the starter went out. 816.00. Well at this point it is now I m thinking all is well, why did I do that. I was driving down the street and the car lost power, in freezing rain I was able to restart it and started home and it lost power again this happened multiple times until finally less than a mile home I had to have it towed. Now fast forward to the repair shop again new battery alternator belt kit pulleys and now I am another 3k in. . I get that the express store is an as is no warranty, but Suburban is an enormous conglomerate with numerous dealerships making millions upon millions of dollars. Do they care enough to do the minimum oil change? ( that did not get done and they lied and told me it did , haven t seen that in my car fax report yet) But more importantly how can they put a car on the lot for sale in good conscience for the community to purchase in that condition. Do you not care about the people ? I am entirely disappointed. I was a travel RN at the time and I needed a car to get to work. I have been knee ,hands and feet deep in the ICU with Covid patients so maybe I was not diligent, but even my salesman was doing more flirting than trying to help me navigate this situation. I reached out and was hit with silence. It is really disheartening the way that I have been treated. Please let my lesson guide You! Be aware , be cautious, be diligent and have the car independently inspected because they will not help you nor will they be honest.All the best
