Subaru of Ann Arbor was hands down the easiest car buying experience ever! All team members I dealt with at this dealership were so helpful and so kind. However, my sales rep Brad Maschke was especially fantastic!! I've had experiences in the past with sales reps who do the bare minimum to help you get into the car you want. I can assure you Brad is not one of those guys. He truly listens to all your wants and needs in a vehicle all while getting to know you on a semi personal basis. I truly felt like he understood my concerns and never made me feel pressured into purchasing a specific car. Brad weighed all my options with me and helped me find the right car to satisfy my wants in a vehicle all while ensuring I stayed in my budget. He was so knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at and was able to answer any questions I had. Brad made sure to get me physically in the driver seat and make sure I was happy with my choice. As a new mom looking for one of the safest cars on the road to drive her family around in, I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to have the car buying experience I did with Subaru of Ann Arbor.

Subaru of Ann Arbor has anything you may be looking for just make sure you pay attention to everything stated within the conversation of figuring out what's available. "Micah" in financing does his job thoroughly and very Attentive to ensure that you understand your contract at hand. If you purchase an used vehicle make sure you pay close attention to your interior, seemed as if the Detailing team were a little sidetracked; but overall this location has a beautiful selection of cars. The Toyota dealership across the way has some listing on the site that are actually placed here so don't hesitate to get rolling.

Just writing a review to express my appreciation to Tyler Doemland and Subaru of Ann Arbor. I purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback and they made the process seamless. Also, I absolutely recommend Tyler if you are looking for a new car. He is very customer oriented and was a great help. I arrived after work and spent several hours with him and on this particular day they closed at 8, however, he and i were finalizing the sale at 8:30. He then took additional time with me to insure i was familiar with the technology and how to operate it before i departed. TY Tyler for "5 Star" service!!

Great place overall!! Noah was a terrific sales rep I feel that he really listens and cares that you re going to be really satisfied with your purchase. He answered all my questions and made the purchase very easy. I m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!!

I was in the market for an upgrade and my man Isaac was extremely helpful throughout the whole process! He was approachable, professional, happy and most of all, not pushy and gave time and space to decide. Everyone that I encountered through the day was equally pleasant to be around. Did I mention the free coffee machine?! Overall, good selection of new/used vehicles for any budget and great experience start to finish!

Isaac, sales, greated us right away. Talked about needs and requirements. Wasn't pushy when we said it would be awhile and just looking. He was VERY knowledgeable and answered everything. We loved he didn't have to go talk to another person when we asked about pricing, just could handle it! That is wow.After we drove what we wanted days later I had follow up questions a d they were answered. Ultimately I got a different car, BUT that was no reflection on the sales. This was the best dealership sales experience I have had.

Definitely the most pleasant car-buying experiences I've ever had. Andrew was attentive, but not pushy, and was extremely helpful. The whole process was comfortable and smooth. No heavy pressure selling (which is very much appreciated). I had some follow-up questions re: Starlink and Andrew responded promptly. All-around excellent experience! Very happy!

Andrew, Ian and Vanessa were wonderful! Andrew was my sales guy. This is my first experience with Subaru and my second time buying a car. It has been a amazing experience thanks to the team at Ann Arbor Subaru.I never felt pressured into making a choice, they clearly and quickly communicated, they listened, they went above and beyond to work with me to find a great car that worked for me within my budget.As a young female dealing with car people, I usually don't have the best experiences. Andrew and the rest of the team made me feel heard, respected and didn't pressure. On top of everything, I feel like I've gotten a great deal on a great car! I look forward to seeing how their service stands up in the future!

Noah was our salesmen at Subaru of Ann Arbor. He answered a call from us looking for a new Subaru legacy Limited 2024. Noah was very patient on the phone call , and explained everything we asked in detail. I wanted the color red pearl metallic on the exterior and it was very hard to find. Noah found it come off the truck. We went right over to Ann arbor from sterling heights and took a test drive. We fell in love with the car . We now have a new Subaru Legacy limited 2024 and it is all because of Noah.

Had a great experience for the 3rd time at Ann Arbor Subaru. Josh was my salesperson and he was extremely attentive and a genuinely good person. His manager Darren was also very welcoming and genuine. It was great to feel welcomed and have personal attention from everyone I worked with. I can't encourage people enough to visit Ann Arbor Subaru and let Josh and Darren help you find the right car. They really want to help.

We had checked the inventory on the internet and found a car we liked. We went to test drive it. We negotiated a fair price and made a purchase decision. We took delivery the following Monday. The whole purchase process was very smooth, and everyone went out of their way to make sure we felt good and had all the information we needed. I recommend Subaru of Ann Arbor.

I bought a car at Ann Arbor Subaru over the weekend and it was a great experience. In particular Andrew Vlisides was great to work with and made the progress quick and easy and answered all of my questions. They were able to get the cost and payments down significantly to a manageable amount. And I've got to say, I'm loving the new ride.

I worked with Steven at service department for the second time for my regular maintenance and thus far I have had good experience with him! Straightforward, honest and upfront. The way he addressed extra maintenance that came up outside regular maintenance didn t seem as stressful as it usually is, with the additional services I would need to pay for. There was space to make my own decision for my vehicle. Love this service department and thinking for coming back here again.

While I'm upset about needling a new tire within 30 days of getting my vehicle (Michigan roads), Subaru of Ann Arbor was awesome throughout the process. Getting my car in quick to evaluate. Getting a tire ordered for my WRX then getting an appointment scheduled as soon as it came in. I was in and out of there within the hour, including intake time. Steve in the service department was kind and quick and very knowledgeable.

I switched from a Chevy Equinox to a Subaru Crosstrek and my credit and car values weren't the best, but Andrew and his team did everything they could to help get me into a new vehicle. Not only was he helpful in person, but he was great with communicating and keeping me updated on any findings they had. He was very professional and made sure the Subaru team took care of me. I definitely recommend this dealership.

*UPDATED 4/11/24*Took my son's 2011 Subaru Legacy the beginning of February to fix the speedometer. We had 3 other repair shops evaluate & all 3 indicated that this would require a dealership eval.I received a text offering to complete a trade-in value. I agreed for them to take a look & provide a value. The sales rep called & started by saying "just so you know, the Subaru Legacy doesn't hold its value very well. We will write you a check for $1500." I wonder if the sales team shares that info with someone buying a Subaru Legacy?Unfortunately, the repair proved to be incredibly difficult to diagnose and repair. After a couple of weeks without our car & no clear timeline in sight, we were provided with a nice loaner.At the end of this 3-month "car repair job from hell" experience (for both parties) Subaru Ann Arbor did us a solid and the final cost was less than the initial estimate! We are incredibly grateful that we did not have to pay the hourly rate for this repair - as after 3 months and multiple high level experienced techs the charge would have exceeded the value of the vehicle.At the end of the day, they took care of us and demonstrated professionalism, patience and compassion. Dalton was a trooper. He kept us up to speed and provided extensive text updates. I'm a big fan! ;)

I was very fortunate to have Andrew V. as my sales consultant. He was kind, courteous, respectful and easy to talk with. Exactly what I had hoped for from a sales consultant representing the Subaru company. As the recent widow of a Japanese national (and resident of Japan) I was reminded of the bows and courtesy the Japanese always extended to their customers and extra respect afforded to customers older than themselves. Andrew's patience was comforting. My husband would have been pleased. With Andrew's help (and after over two hrs. of working to find the best car for me), I chose a 2024 Forester basic which should easily fulfill my expectations. Because of Andrew, I recommend Subaru of Ann Arbor.

It was my first time to this dealership. In the 3 days I visited this dealership, I was surprised by the number of customers or potential buyers I saw. I was hosted by Mazen who demonstrated his knowledge about their product with every courtesy. With so many potential buyers in the showroom, he was willing to work with me for a price I felt comfortable. On the second day of my visit to sign up a car I want, he basically managed to host 3 groups of customers at the same time period without an issue. I was personally impressed by his handling. While I waited in the showroom, the place provides good seating area with a nice coffee machine and various snacks or drinks. The overall experience with this dealership is outstanding and will recommend for a visit.

I just have to say what a wonderful experience we had purchasing my new Subaru 2024 Forester from this locations! Westan Arnold really helped us narrowing down the details of the vehicle, and Nate Braley was a wonderful financial manager! I was never in doubt about what was going on during each stage of the purchase, and they were both very transparent with every detail! I highly recommend you come see Westan and Nate, they re amazing!

First of all HUGE THANK YOU to all the people at Ann Arbor Subaru. Tyler was the salesman I dealt with and he knew EVERYTHING about the subie I was looking at! When I tell you I had almost zero questions for this man, it's all because he was able to answer them before I asked. I've never felt so valued and comfortable at a car dealership. Ever. We did not end up purchasing the car YET however we left the dealership as informed customers with a level of satisfaction that is hard to come across. Me and the wife WILL be returning. 10/10

I had a great experience working with Andrew, who gave great advice and was flexible in scheduling appointments. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me to find the vehicle that met my needs. He was conscious of my budget and was a great support before and after making my decision. I'll be referring others to Andrew in the future if they're in the auto market.
