They provide the experience you should have at the dealer. Stadium auto is responsive, professional, and return your calls. I tried taking it to the dealer. The dealer claimed to inspect my car, then it wouldn't start when I went to pick it up. They said battery was the issue so I had it replaced. A few weeks later the car wouldn't start. Dealer and service manager wouldn't return calls and I couldn't get a hold of anyone there. I brought it to Stadium Auto and they diagnosed the issues, which were common and resolved everything. My car is now driving better than it has for years. My only regret is that I haven't found this place earlier.

I live in Chicago but born and raised in Ann Arbor. I had Audi Q5 serviced in Chicago prior to my trip back to AA for the holidays and ran into service-related issues on my drive back home. I stopped by Stadium Auto Service once back and within minutes Mike took the keys, figured out what was going on and fixed the issue. Not only that, when I asked how much I owed, he said NOTHING! The entertainment while I waited was top notch as well. I'm not saying your service will be free, but this place clearly knows what they are doing and has earned my repeat business even if it means timing my auto maintenance during my trips back to Ann Arbor.

They take great care of my BMW and their online service software is so easy to use. They do a great job of taking pictures of everything and communicating any issues to you in a prompt and polite manner. Their work isn't cheap, but this is one of those situations where you're totally getting what you pay for. I've been very impressed and they provide one of the best customer experiences I've had with a repair shop.

I can't say enough good things about them! They were understanding and worked as a team to get the job done. Kept me up to date with texts the whole time. I've already recommended them to my friends and would use them again in a heartbeat. Competent work with pleasant people to deal with.

Expensive parts and labor costs, I paid the price of the original genuine parts but received low-quality parts. I can understand 90 dollars air filter labor cost + 35 dollars part is necessary to make money in business. But do not put a deformed air filter on my car. Finally, I replaced it by myself, and the oil was not fully filled. Afterwards, I had to add the engine oil by myself. Overall, the cost-effectiveness is too low, so go to the dealer is better.

Stadium Auto Service correctly diagnosed a problem I was having with the horn on my Audi Q5, saving me a trip to the dreaded dealership and the hassle that frequently accompanies it. They were fast, efficient, and knowledgeable about my Audi's mechanical issue, and I found them friendly and pleasurable to do business with. I'll certainly be back! I had a great experience at Stadium Auto. The final bill was much less than the estimate! How often does that happen? Almost never. They also finished the work in two days. On a road trip through Michigan our brake caliper locked. We got towed to Stadium Auto Service that evening and were treated very well the next day. Jim was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable! Within an hour of opening they had diagnosed our problem, quoted me a fair price, and even provided pictures and descriptions of the issue. Our car was fixed by 4:00pm. A+!!!! Outstanding throughout!Replacing the DPF differential pressure sensor did the trick. Running like a top. Engine check light off. The unnamed dealership in town said it could not be fixed...and Stadium Auto made the correct diagnosis and fixed it.Superb communication throughout the entire process. I can't say enough about how awesome this team is! My car had standing water under the carpet of the passenger side cabin, soaking all of the foam and creating risk in the subfloor electrical electrical system. They had to pull out the seat and the carpet to make sure we could dry the car properly. They were creative, friendly and efficient - They worked out a great solution that I could afford. They have won my trust and all of my future business. I highly recommend them! I wish I found them years ago.

I ve been taking my 2002 Volkswagen here for years. Excellent service and great work. Both the mechanics and shop staff have always taken special care and extra time to work with me. If I could I would give this place zero stars. Mike Pisarski is extremely rude and unprofessional. Talks down to the customer and has one heck of an ego. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone or at least not let him work on anything or even come close to someone needing service at this establishment.

We have been going to Stadium for over a year now. We have a really old car that hasn t always been taken care of properly and now requires a lot of maintenance. Jim, Jon, and the whole team at Stadium are absolutely amazing. They take great care of our vehicle and have done amazing work on it. We love how honest and helpful they are when helping us decide on priorities for repairs. If you are in need of mechanic work on your german car, don t hesitate to come here! I've had my 2012 Volkswagen CC serviced here multiple times.. every time they've been honest, and they are very knowledgeable to say the least. Jim and John at the counter always keep me informed as to what's being done to my car.. I would recommend this place to anybody..

Great shop to get your repairs done! Mike really knows what he's doing and will patiently explain his advice and then allow you to decide what to do. Trust me, listen to these guys they'll save you money and time on expensive repairs later because you saved a penny today! Mike saved me several grand by inspecting a car I wanted to purchase that was riddled with expensive problems - dodged a bullet on that one. Mike convinced me to get winter tires (lifesavers) and did my 55K maintenance - had the work done in no time. Our 2006 BMW was towed to Stadium Auto in the middle of the night after blowing a head gasket. We had never worked with them before. Stadium Auto was completely professional at diagnosing the problem, discussing options, and getting us the best possible salvage rate. They are excellent about answering their phone and providing timely, honest, and accurate info. They helped us make the best of a really bad car situation. I recommend highly.Service: Transmission

I went to Stadium Auto Service for an electrical diagnostics for my BMW and vehicle inspection. Unfortunately, the car didn't throw any faults while at the service center, but the service center was able to point out some other issues in the car. The communication was good, the method of providing information was quite professional (online report of inspection) and providing estimates for each issue. But upon asking additional information, I received some conflicting information and incorrect information. This used to be a really nice and honest store, not sure what happened to that. Insanely expensive services quoted, even more expensive than BMW dealerships. So disappointed to see a good store take a turn for the worse.4 spark plug replacement - $450, oil change & inspection - $206, front thrust arms - $700, struts on all 4 - $2,500+Rude front desk which was never the case in all my previous visits. Very disappointed, never going back again. Stellar way to lose a regular.

I highly recommend taking your Audi/VW here. Mike and Jim are extremely helpful! Mike is very knowledgeable, and he explained the issues I had with my Audi. Not to mention he taught me a lot about my car. If you want to take your car somewhere you can trust, definitely give them a call! Stadium Auto Service exceeded my expectations in both the quality and the range of service given. I regret sticking with main dealers and not coming to Stadium Auto sooner. Thanks to Stadium Auto Service and their thorough, knowledgeable and customer-focused approach, I have now made a start on work that should have been carried out during the year and a half in which I have owned the car. The work was superlative. I had been looking for a new service provider, and I found the place! I highly recommend Stadium Auto Service and I will be back. They even gave me 25 dollars off any service just for coming in!

Had my car towed here after it would not start at home. They inspected my car quickly for not having an appointment scheduled and just dropping it off over the weekend. This was my third time taking my car to stadium auto service and sadly my last with this car because the engine was totaled but I would go back if I had car issues again with a different car. Everyone who works there is nice and they explain things well and in an easy to comprehend way for someone not familiar with car engines. 2013 VW CC - worked performed December of 2021. This is the German auto shop you are looking for. The level of service and knowledge was evident from my initial phone call, and that service level only increased through the drop off/diagnostic process. All issues were detailed and prioritized before any work was performed. I can't believe any negative review is serious. Have brought my 2014 X1 in for a couple of oil changes as well as replacing the fuel injectors and recently replacing an oxygen sensor. Jim and Jon are always up front and do a great job going over why they recommend a repair and what's involved. The mechanics have always done a fantastic job getting my vehicle back on the road.
