He listened to my wants and put in the effort to find the vehicle I wanted.Alex Kassab, the sales manager, treated me like a valued customer. Wow, where do I even begin! Back in 2021, my family rented a 2021 Mazda CX-5 for what became one of the most memorable road trips my family has ever experienced throughout California. After that trip, I instantly knew that my first vehicle was definitely going to be a Mazda CX-5 model. This year, I made it my goal to make my dream come true, literally! Thankfully, I came across the wonderful team at Sesi Motors who really went above and beyond my expectations in assisting me on purchasing a 2023 Mazda CX-5 Select in a beautiful Machine Gray Metallic color. To say I'm STILL in Cloud 9 is an understatement! HUGE shoutout and my gratitude to Nick Scott for his professionalism, efficiency, and genuine interest to learn what features, products, and services I prioritized and was looking for in a vehicle. He maintained contact with me throughout the process, diligently answered all my questions, and facilitated the process on my behalf taking into consideration my schedule and living almost 2 hours away. Another HUGE shoutout to Andrew as well for his friendly and authentic demeanor throughout our conversation and especially for his commitment in making sure I had a great understanding of the purchase and diligently answering all my questions. Each and every time I ve had to utilize services with Sesi Motors they have always been kind, polite professional. My vehicle was fixed correctly and on time and their shuttle services are very nice as well. I would highly recommend Sesi motors.

My first time bringing my Cosair in for a recall repair. The process was very simple to schedule online. When talking with my service rep in the service department, they were very helpful in guiding me through the process, getting a loaner car delivered to my house and taking my car in for its appointment. I was kept up to date through texts about the progress of my car, when it was done I could follow where the driver was at and when they would get to our house to deliver our car and pick up the loaner.

My experiences with the Sesi dealership have been outstanding. The first vehicle I purchased from them was in 2007, and I remain loyal to them because of their commitment to service and because of the way they treat their customers.I also value their commitment to the community and the support they provide to organizations that I care about, such as UMS, the Michigan Theater Foundation, etc.

My wife and I just leased a new Mazda CX-5 from Sesi Motors. They have a nice selection of brands to choose from. Nick Nacif was very helpful, and patient, while we jumped back and forth between vehicles. We had a great experience.

I d been searching for a car for over a month and getting increasingly frustrated with terrible/shady used car dealers so I was very grateful for the experience I had with Sesi. They were very helpful when I called regarding the vehicle I wanted and even let me put a deposit down on it so no one else would buy it before I had a chance to look at it. And they went above and beyond what they needed to do, the salesman came to pick me up from the bus stop as I was coming in from over an hour away (thanks Bob!). Got a great deal on my car and they took good care of it at the service center before selling it to me, would definitely do business with them again.

This is specifically targeted at the service department.Got 2023 Volvo XC60 in Sept 2022. The first malfunction was in April 30. The battery drained for unknown reasons while parking. The service rep said the issue I am bringing up was my fault. He said "Because I did not keep my key away enough from my car while parking. Therefore, your battery drained."The second malfunction was in May 30, 2023. The AC system completely failed suddenly. The service rep said they have no time to inspect the car before June 14, 2023. Two weeks without AC.... It is outrageous....

Wasted an afternoon at Sesi Motors. They offered me $2,000 less than most dealerships on my trade-in and then had the gall to say that they do not finance below $7,500. Sorry that I do not overextend on purchases. Darin did not seem to care if I bought a car or not. He didn't give me his card or ask for my info before I left. They are also closed on Saturday and Sunday. Am I supposed to take off work to buy a car? Unacceptable in my opinion. I will not be returning for service or sales on my personal Mazda 3.

The folks are Sesi are excellent - always friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is extremely clean. The service folks are also very helpful and, I believe, honest. I always leave there thinking I made the right choice in choosing a Lincoln.

Bob Kimberly was the most kindest, honest salesman I have ever worked with. I needed a car quickly as I had extenuating circumstances (my street flooded and my low mile certified Honda CR-V was totaled by AAA, devastating ).The 2019 certified Mazda CX-5 I bought from Sesi motors has taken away my devastation of the loss of a great car. I see why people boast about their Madza s, they are built well.I babysit my grandchild and Covid 19 is a major concern, Bob accommodated me every way possible .I merely expressed my concerns and he did more than I could have asked, even had a table set up outdoors to do the transaction.Mr Sesi is also an good man, he was a pleasure to talk to and we truly enjoyed meeting him when he came outside to confirm that I was a happy customer.I wrote loads of emails, with loads of questions and always got an immediate response that was filled with great Mazda information .If you want an honest, worry free transaction next time you want to get a car choose Sesi in Ann Arbor.I love my Mazda and am so pleased the way the entire process, from start to finish went down .Bravo

This is specifically for the service side of Sesi, not the dealership. The dealership is nice enough, but the service repair side is the most blatantly untruthful scam shop I ve ever seen. Every time they tell you the car has one less expensive urgent issue, and one very expensive but non-pressing matter you should fix soon. For instance, they said my brake pads needed replacing. At this point I was already suspicious because anytime I didn t get a repair done, the next time I came, they wouldn t mention the issue at all. Like it had never existed. So I spent the extra hundred to get my brake pads checked somewhere else. Turns out, my brake pads were at 80%, nowhere near needing replacement.In short: the dealership is nice and they claim to specifically know your car brand s needs, so the instinct is to get repairs done here. Don t.

I wish to write to you to state and to share my view that Lincoln Sesi Motors are the absolute best car dealership in Southeast Michigan in both my opinion and in my experience.As the owner and operator of a small business service, it has been absolutely essential and crucial to me to have my vehicles working at all times. Moreover, should there be, or, if there are any vehicle problems, these problems must be identified and fixed as soon as possible, to minimize any inconvenience to both my business and above all to the clients of my business.Such a shining business example of great human beings, fixers, problem solvers and great customer service providers is Lincoln Sesi Motors. Since 2006 I have been their customer and they have never failed me. Once they identify your car problem, they fix it as soon as they can and make sure that you never have that problem again. Furthermore, if you are inconvenienced by the momentary lack of a vehicle, they will loan you one for your use while your car is being repaired. In addition, their loan car is always one of the latest market models so that you are always ahead in your game despite your car being repaired.In passing and in tribute to the wonderful customer service I have received, I would like to nominate Lincoln Service Manager Ken McManus and his assistants Brian Rothermal and Brenna for their kindness, friendliness and unyielding personal and professional dedication to repairing my vehicles in spite of challenging car repair issues and difficult time constraints. These folks are amazing and they always go beyond what is expected of them in delivering impeccable, flawless and excellent customer service. Words are insufficient to commend and praise them and their business Lincoln Sesi Motors. EDIT: I received a call from the dealer today acknowledging my frustration. They are attempting to make the recall go as smoothly as possible for me and make up for the bad experiences. I raised my review from 1 to 2 stars because I appreciate them acknowledging the issue. I'll revisit the review again after my next service.About a year ago my Mazda had an airbag safety recall. I scheduled and appointment and came in, left my car and went to the waiting room. About an hour later they came back and told me that they don't have parts and won't for a while. Seems like something they could have mentioned when I made the appointment and again when I got there.About a week ago, got a letter for another recall. This time I called them to confirm that they have parts in stock and they confirmed that they did. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Once again, despite calling and confirming, they informed me that they do not have parts and won't for a while.One time isn't the end of the world, but they've done the same thing multiple times and unnecessarily wasted several hours of my time in the process and haven't seemed to care about that fact.

My sales person was great, but I would not recommend purchasing a used care from Sesi. Their standards of quality and cleanliness are very low. I purchased 2 cars at the same time, one had obvious damage, the other we noticed after taking delivery. Both needed repairs. The first car was damaged between the time the internet photos were taken and the time I purchased it. They worked with me to try and fix it, but, after 2 attempts, the paint repairs were still poorly done.The second appears to have been in a minor accident that didn't show up on the car fax. That is not Sesi's fault, and they worked with me to make repairs, that they are unable to complete. I went to pick it up the 2nd vehicle this afternoon, and the exterior was dirty and the repairman's hand prints and swirls were all over the area that was repaired. There was no effort to return it to me clean. Very disappointed. As I said, my salesperson was great, even Kermit, (I believe the shop manager, was great) but the overall quality, care, and attention to detail is not .

I just bought my car from this dealership and I can't believe how easy they made it for me (I'm a foreigner so it's not that simple to get everything approved) I only had contact with Andrew Wrenbeck and he took care of everything. He was always very helpful.I'd definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. It's as hassle free as you can get. Other brands never gave me a quote on the first day and they took 2-3 days to do the credit history check. Not with Andrew in Sesi Motors. He was efficient and quick.

Edit: I added another star because Sesi did follow up on my review and apologize for the lacking service.The buying process was ok with the exception of them walking back on including Apple car play/Android auto after I paid a deposit. The service center is where customer service and just basic respect is lacking. Plan on being ignored for 5-10 minutes when you walk in. I paid for remote start installation and wasn't shown how it worked. Overall, I find them unhelpful and passive aggressive, but the actual work- if and when they decide to help you- is done properly. So, take of that what you will.

This dealership, and Andrew Wrenbeck in particular, totally has my trust. Purchasing a car is a big deal, and usually a stressful one -- particularly as an Asian American woman. From what I've seen, the workplace culture at the Sesi dealership in Ann Arbor, and specifically Andrew's personal qualities and skillfulness, gave me a sense of trust in the care and respect they have for people, as well as the quality of my car and value of my purchase. I feel very comfortable coming back to this dealership in the long term, should any maintenance or other issues come up. This sense of trust is rare, and when combined with such depth of knowledge and experience on Andrew's part, it is something I don't take for granted. He worked very well with me as well as my parents; having a great sense of humor didn't hurt either :) Really appreciate it.

Can't say enough positive things about my experience at Sesi Motors. I read some of the reviews prior to going there and was a bit hesitant and on-guard. But I couldn't be more pleased. I dealt with Dustin, and he was awesome - Extremely helpful and personable.I've never written a google review before, but felt inspired to contradict some of the negative reviews here since my experience was so positive. It's a great business and made the prospect of car buying much more palatable. Highly recommended!

Eh, My experiences with the Service Dept has been Sluggish at best. Either they have crammed appts, or not enough staff. One Time I actually waiting nearly 3 hours for an oil change for my CX5. Also some of their people have been rude. very pushy. When I call their Service dept they have an admin who gets all pissy when she answers the phone. She needs some customer service training. I'd be happy to show her how to have phone manners. Ive talked with 1 guy at Sesi in the past his name was Mark in the service dept. He was really nice. Overall its hit or miss with Sesi. You guys could learn a lot from Brighton Mazda. btw, I bought my new CX9 grand touring from them because of the exceptional experiences I had with them.
