This place has top-notch exceptional service with quality work. If you want to be taken care of after an accident and not have to stress about anything, this is the place. They did a temp fix on my car so I could drive it while I wait for the parts to come in. There is a part shortage and it s a Pontiac, which they don t make anymore, so it took a little bit to get the parts. The repair was quick, they did such a great job, and everyone is super nice and helpful.

Great experience. I had to wait like 6 months to get in for an insurance claim from a fender bender, but I waited because of all the great reviews. When my time was coming up, they called me, confirmed the time, and were ready for me at exactly when they said they would be. They must have had the parts ordered and ready because it took them like 5 days to get everything fixed and replaced! They treated my car like their own and treated me like a VIP. I would definitely go back again!

These guys are a class act.I ve gone a couple times for relatively minor things, and they ve been understanding, helpful, and kind, even if it might not make intuitive sense to them why a 2009 Toyota Matrix past its prime is worth fussing over. They ve worked with me to see what can be done when complete repairs are out of my price range. These are good guys who do quality work.

Had an accident that occurred at the end of October. The staff at this facility initially had told me that they would not be able to get to my car repair until January. Luckily they called about a week later saying that they could fit me in November! Which was great for me. They were very prompt and informative during the whole process. Upon pick up they made sure that I was very satisfied with the repair work on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone I know who needs collision repairs.

LOVE this place, and so happy to work with these fine professionals, whose interactions with their customers are simple, straightforward, and I would say warm. They get to it promptly and without any of the tiresome and time consuming fanfare that passes for customer experience these days. Results are perfect!

This place is awesome and deserves their very high Google ratings. I went once and they let me know that the rust I wanted to treat was not worth treating as it would continue to get worse.This year I got hit with hail on 7/21/23 - so many cars were damaged it took until 10/27 to get my car repaired. On pick up they notified me that they received the wrong trim parts and I would need to come back to get that done. Josh estimated it would take a half hour once they arrive, but he would not accept the $4000 payment until the job is finished. Still waiting on a call back to finish the chrome trim.Everyone I interacted with at the shop was polite and professional!!!!

Ross-Beakes provided fantastic customer service and did an amazing job in a very timely fashion. Not only that, but when the work was completed, it was $150 (about 10%) less than the estimated price. It would ve been very easy for them to not say anything and pocket the extra money, as I did agree to the original estimated price. I m blown away by how great of a job they did and the experience I had with them. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a small dent to be removed on the front bumper. While other 2 body shops gave me a high estimate and also told me to keep the car there for 3-4 days, I had a totally different experience at Ross-Beakes. The person who came to see my car to give me an estimate, just took 5 minutes and fixed the dent with his hands and a screw driver for free!! I respect your honesty! Thank you!

This was a very very good experience. Absolutely stellar. We had to get some work done after an accident. Going in for the estimate: came in-person, and got the estimate the same day and you can make your decisions based on the estimate. This helped us decide on the spot we would go through insurance. The work done was great and they even give your car a very nice exterior clean and a little bit of detailing work! They had needed some extra parts (this only came up during the body work) and communicated very well about It was very nicely done. We were very happy with the end result and given what they did for us and what the parts were costing, I would say this is very reasonably priced too. The only drawback to such a great place is that people notice and they are booked quite a while in advance, however they do communicate that from the very beginning so take that into consideration. This also brings me to another point why this place was great. The communication was stellar. From initial call about getting an estimate (including communication on the current booking situation), to helping us get the estimate to insurance, checking in about drop-off time and instrunctions, time estimate, all the way to the end this was a great experience. Thank you all for the great work you have done.

I really couldn't be happier with the quality of repairs and customer service. The guys here are knowledgeable and were genuinely happy to help. I had my wrecked Honda towed and inspected here and they took the time to chat and give me advice beyond the normal expectations. It took forever to get in (all of the repair places are crazy backed-up these days) but when we finally got in, they did a great job. My Subaru Crosstrek got rear ended and had to replace the rear bumper + few other parts. Ross beaks did an amazing job for the repair. I am super impressed by their paint quality and after the repair there s no way to tell that there was even an accident. It looks as good as new. I am not attaching any photos here for privacy reasons, but highly highly recommend this place if you need any bodywork for your car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very helpful when someone hit my car in a parking lot and put it back together until can be repaired. Very thankful for their help. Look forward to using them once the parts are available.Just got my car back following the repair and it looks great. The pick up was quick and easy.

Although I hope to not need more body work on my car in the future, if I do, I'm only going to Ross Beakes from now on. The work they did was great, and they took care to touch up spots on the car that weren't under the insurance claim so it would look cohesive. I had dropped it off with a tire pressure warning but didn't think to say anything about it, expecting to fill them when I got it back, and they took care of it without saying anything. In addition, I noticed that a plastic shield that had been making noise when I was driving was also appropriately tightened (which is something I had been asking for help with, without success, from my service shop) even though it wasn't near the part that was being fixed. Finally, the gentlemen (Steve and Josh) who helped me with the estimate and repair talked to me with respect and were super friendly, and as a woman this is not always my experience at a car shop. Kudos to Ross Beakes for the great work.Service: Body & Trim

I originally chose Ross-Beakes because it was the closest shop that worked with my insurance company directly and I am SO happy that I did. I had two claims that happened only days apart to get taken care of and they were super helpful in assisting me in every step. The damage to my driver side door was taken care of quickly (and they graciously covered a rental for the time they had my car) and they were very communicative throughout the process. My sunroof claim took longer because of a back order on the glass but once they got the part in they got it fixed for me very quickly and now my car is back looking like new! I appreciate all of the help from Josh and Craig and will definitely be coming back here if I need collision services again - and recommending them to my friends!

They helped us with my car and did so in a timely manner. We were going through insurance and got an in person estimate same day. Then scheduled a time for the vehicle to be worked on. They communicated with my insurance company as the insurance company's estimate was lower than the Ross-Beakes was so they needed to come to an agreement. This all happened without me having to be the middle man. My car looked great and I think they even gave me a car wash.

Took my car in for some minor body repairs. They worked with me to get the price down a little. The service was friendly and professional. The work was done on time and the quality was completely satisfactory. They washed the car inside and out, even shined up the tires. All and all an outstanding job and I'm completely satisfied. They did a great job in a short amount of time - awesome service. I had an issue with the underside of my car and first went to another place in the area. That place was unable to fix it, but I was still charged for their time. Then I went to Ross-Beakes. They fixed it in about an hour and charged me nothing for the service. I wish I could give more than five stars! Steve and Josh are not only incredible at what they do for a living, they are both the kindest people. There were there for me when my parked car was hit (it was the first time I'd experienced something like this) and their communication, hard work, and respect consistently went above and beyond. I cannot recommend Ross-Beakes enough!

Through one thing and another my family and their cars has used Ross-Beakes half a dozen times, over a couple decades. Every single time they been excellent. They take care of all the insurance information, are quite on target for their estimate, always on time, and beautiful, beautiful work.
