Save your time drive down the street to get a real service, stubborn employee who is not willing to help! Extremely bad experience! Then I realized why every where else was busy except this location. Poor communication and poor customer service.

Great deals. Can't be beat. Edit: Still love this place even though price has gone up a bit. Owner has always been very honest, friendly, and has never once tried to upsell me on anything. Highly recommend.

I've been going here for oil changes for years. I have never had a problem. The staff have been nice and professional . I've referred people with no reservations. I only wish they were open after 6 pm.They do more than oil changes. I have had them change light bulbs,filters( tho filters may be a bit over priced).They also offer other fluid flushes and changes.A/c service and more.

They went above and beyond expectations! They are knowledgeable, quick, and helpful. I came in for an oil change and they pointed out some needed services that they could do right then at very reasonable rates. I highly recommend them.

I am so grateful for all the service with Benz Oil! I've been coming here for oil changes and other maintenance needs. I am genuinely very picky about my experiences with where I go. Car work and maintenance can be very expensive and lead you into a rabbit hole of exorbitant costs. They are always, always transparent. The work they do I completely trust. They have been guardian angels in my times of need with my car. You really can't do better than Benz Oil. You can trust me when I say that this is the place to go for oil changes and more.Luna

WARNING Update 11/15/18 Two of our vehicles have extensive engine damage after an oil change here because there is NO OIL in them! Don't use this place!Shady operation. We went for an oil change. We were told the oil pan screw was "stripped" add $10.A few days later my daughter went with her car. Another "stripped" screw. add $10.I wonder how many people get "screwed" here?

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!! Today 07/25/2019 around 10am I went to change my car s oil. The guy ( younger one because there is one more employee who is older) who is working there suggested that I needs to flush my system and if I pay him CASH he can do oil change and flushing for $40 but NEED TO BE CASH ONLY . I agreed and the guy went under the car did something and put the new oil. It was really quick. I found it really suspicious and I checked the oil myself and the new oil was dirty. Obviously he didn t flush my system or changed the oil. When I showed him that the oil is garbage he said that he is the manager and i am not allowed to go there anymore. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. And I left very angry. Now i need to waste my time to do this somewhere else.

I strongly suggest you steer clear of this place unless you like being insulted for asking a question. I waited outside for 10 minutes, there was an open sign and a vehicle inside but no one around so I asked the gas station clerk if I just hang tight and wait. The clerk was friendly enough to call the shop. I went back over to the shop to literally be yelled at by the technician. Clearly, customer service is far from the list of priorities here. I took my business elsewhere and I highly recommend you do the same.

500 miles after getting an oil change, oil pressure light comes on and my engine sounds different. Thinking maybe I got shorted some oil, I check the oil level. It's waaay above the max line. Maybe a quart or more. I go back, they first tried to convince me that it wasn't over and showed me. But, when I got out and watched him do it, it was way over like before, but he still tried to convince me it wasn't a problem...interesting.They take some oil out, show me the dipstick, and it's still a little bit over. Decide that's fine for now and didn't feel like being there any longer.Not sure why it's so hard to put the right amount of oil in a minivan. Also, very shady trying to convince me it wasn't over and wasn't a problem.

Double charged me for an oil change, then when I called to try to sort the situation out, the manager argued with me and refused a refund.The tech himself was sweet, maybe if his boss wasn't a crook I'd go here again.

$78 for some air and wind shield wiper fluid and a oil top off, when I wanted a full synthetic oil change. Didn't change oil or filter....yea...never coming to this place again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Will not recommend. Even though there are work hours posted, no one is at the shop to do business. I went to the shop this Sunday because they supposed to be open on Sunday, but no one was there. I went there today 30 min prior they suppose to close and waited to enter and get my oil changed. 20 min later the mechanic told me to leave because they are closing.

My bill was incorrect. When I went back and pointed it out they quickly and kindly adjusted it and refunded me my money. I have had good service here for many years. Thank you.
