It's an OK auto store. They were out or didn't stock 3 of the 5 of the tools I came in for. I needed an 8mm brake flare, 6mm brake flare, and something else. Import direct calipers had a really nice box and packaging for the price point.

I broke off my windshield wiper as it was stuck in ice. They helped me find the right wipers and install them. I was in and out in 6 minutes. Everyone was really friendly and nice. Two thumbs up!

I have a commercial account and I exclusively use O reillys as our parts supplier the company is great. I ve never had an issue with most of the stores I go in. I have been to the store out here three times off liberty and stadium. Every time was worse than the other not having a part not finding the part or the price is never an issue, it s all about the attitude their employees have. I need it for spark plugs for a vehicle I asked ed to please put my commercial account on there first, so I can see the cost of each of them before I make my selection of which ones I would like this is after spending 15 minutes trying to look up the car he could not figure out how to enter the license plate or the Vin by using the registration instead of listening to what I was asking him to do he said no make your selection then got upset and just said I m not helping you I m not helping you she can help you she can help you and walked away the woman that helped me explain he is new and didn t know she was polite, professional, and very quick. I don t have a problem the fact he did not know, but his whole attitude from the time I walked in the door and was speaking to him, was like I was interrupting him, or I was such a drag he had to deal with it, I mean it s 4 spark plugs from now on when I m on this side of town I guess I will have to use Autozone which is a shame because I advertise on my website and all of our vehicles that we exclusively use O reillys but every time I went in here it is been horrible customer service the last time I went in there he said they didn t make the part that I had which I just bought at the Belleville location. I just needed another and I said I ll have to look somewhere else. His response was good I go back to eating my candy bar so obviously having customers is an inconvenient there.

Nice people working here. Not always the case at an auto parts store. Very friendly and try to help. What else can you say they have parts for your car. If I had one complaint is they should have at least automatic exit doors. You re often leaving there with your hands full of heavy stuff. Give a brother a break. Both directions would be great when you re hauling a battery or something. But exit would be best. Could probably get that together with a windshield wiper motor and some handiwork.

1st time there. The Manger, a very nice well informed young woman helped me with every thing I needed. One thing especially impressed me, when I asked about a part, she didn't point and say it's in isle #6....she quickly went and got it for me. Good service.The store was well stocked but she made the difference on my experience.

needed to recharge my 2008 Accord A/C but had never tried before. One of the employees went to shelf and handed me a can with a gauge for $48. Got home and 3 weeks later watched a youtube video and to my relief saw he'd nailed the correct product R-134a Thanks!!

Even though with something very simple with wiper blades being placed on the car ray and the other employee working on Thursday at 11:30 aM did an excellent job. They greeted everyone coming into the store and they were very helpful in getting my blades switched out without any issues or complaints. Nice job guys.

O'Reilly had what I wanted at an acceptable price. It was quick & easy.I picked up a container of McGuires Ultimate Black Plastic Restorer for detailing my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The associate that helped was friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient.

Unfortunately this was a very bad experience for me. I was trying to find a specific paint color and called twice to follow up then was told in a specific call that they had in stock. When I came to pick it up, no one in the store could find it and had no record of my order. What a waste of time. I don't want to order everything off Amazon but when service is this bad what am I supposed to do? I guess I'll just order it from Amazon since they made it impossible to get locally.

I guess it's hit or miss. Sometimes I call and it's obvious the parts clerk just wants to get off the phone as soon as possible. Other times, they're very helpful. It's the same experience when I go in person. Just like anywhere else, you have good, mediocre and lousy employees.My experience at this store is 50% mediocre 25% lousy 25% excellent.Overall, meh!

I visited the store on 2/10 and had an excellent customer service experience. I needed to purchase replacement windshield wiper blades for my vehicle. A gentleman named Ray showed me the proper blades to purchase and quickly volunteered to install them, though I didn't even request it. I was there less than five minutes. Highly recommended!

Freon is a crazy ripoff. 12 oz for $30 at Oreillys. Their competition is WAY cheaper! Autozone is 11.99 Walmart 9.83 advance auto 11.50. What a scam!I asked the guy at the counter if they had any that was less expensive and he said no but they had some that was more expensive.

The staff at O'Reillys is always been helpful and I'm so glad they are still in business. Over the years as a single woman with no mechanical abilities I have had assistance with wipers,batteries,oil,cleaners,an numerous things that would have cost me so much more if I hadn't had their help. Very good service. Answered phone promptly. Understood my need for a battery. Made sure I understood arrangement with core charge. Verified part in stock at good price in middle of polar vortex. Pulled it out and put my name on it. Offered assistance and cheap parts to install and maintain it well.

She is very pleasant over the phone an did a wonderful job in assistance to find products. She was so professional with accuracy that it convinced me to come make my purchase. If only there was a good, or any, auto parts store on the north side of town. Been coming here since Murray's and haven't had complaints in all those years. Prices are good and service has always been great for me.

Someone needs to educate the young lady working there the morning of May 16th. I appreciate that she wants to push her liberal agenda but fact was the mask mandate had been lifted by the state if you had been vaccinated for 2 weeks. She seemed to think that her sign on the door superceded that. She was rude and obnoxious. I do not plan on returning to this store. I realize it is hard to find help these days but Orioles you can do better!

I asked for a paint color for my Ford and they said oh yea that will work for it. When i put it it wasn't the right color, I came back and told them that. they said oh we can't replace it for you, the next day I went there I asked someone to look for my car so I know what kinda of clear coat should I use because I don't know a lot about it and it's their job to help. The girl said this will work and she gave me spray and my car got clear coat and is mussed up. They should have gave me the brush one. I will never ever go back there not honest and all they want is make money without being honest or trying help or even look at my car.

I went in there just trying to warranty my battery that I'd only had for about 6 months, that also has a two-year warranty on it, I tell them that I've gone through five of their alternators and I'm on my third battery of theirs. They explain to me that i may have a huge electrical problem, I explained to them that I haven't had any trouble since putting in an AutoZone Duralast alternator, but that my Snap-on diagnostic tool is telling me that my battery is between 35 and 50% life and that I just trickle charge it to try that make it work but that my car is still trying to stall out and it's still reading between 11.5 and 12.5 for the volts of my battery while operating. At the end of the day, I went in there knowing exactly what I needed, but what I was given was an attitude that I didn't know what I was talking about it and that they could not help me, worst part is this was the store manager. Literally said well our battery tester is reading that ots fone so you have a major electrical and you can chalk that up as human error, meaning you. Save yourself a headache and just go somewhere else.
