Adam is my guy! He helped me out with my BMW and found the issue and fixed it within a timely manner. He was super accommodating, and I highly recommend these guys for anyone who needs help with their cars! The pricing was fair and they helped me reduce cost as much as possible, especially given that I am a student. Great people and will definitely recommend them!

The team here at North Side Auto is genuinely friendly, always providing great experience every time I come in for a service or a fill up. I just had my car serviced at here, discovering that Chris and the other staff also had the body and engine compartment of my car cleaned out neatly. Along with many friendly and helpful suggests I received, I highly recommend the service here at North Side Auto!

The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the service is top-notch which keeps me coming back here every time I need a service or a fill up. The team here always greets customers with a smile and ready to assist with any questions or concerns. They also service cars and do repairs. I recently had some work done on my car and was impressed with the quality and timeliness.Their pricing is also fair. To anyone in the area needing gas or car service, I highly recommend them. It's rare to find a place that combines friendly staff, expert service, and fair pricing so well. They've earned my trust and continued business.

They took very good care of my car. They did great work on my Mazda and gained my trust so I brought them my Audi they did such great work on the Audi that I brought them my Mercedes when I got one, I had some issues with the car that the dealership couldn't fix Adam assured me he would find the issue with the car and take great care of the car. When I went to pick up the car they had fixed the issue at a fraction of the cost the dealership would have charged me and even Chris cleaned up the car for me. I have recently bought a BMW and they have done a lot of work on the car for me. The car runs and drives like its brand new now. I haven't been to a mechanic that was so knowledgeable on German cars and does quality work like them. I have also recently took my car to Chris for a detail since and he made my car look like it's brand new.

My kid goes to school in Ann Arbor. I live hours away, what am I supposed to do when his car breaks down? That was my question last week. Now I know.... Call Chris at North Side Auto, they have a repair shop in-house. Fixed my sons car and did an honest job for the quoted price. Upfront about everything and called me before they charged me. Great job guys!!!! Thanks again.

My family and I were traveling, our car decided to start acting up so I asked the gentleman at the counter if I could possibly borrow a jump pack or get a jump. Adam came out and assisted me with no hesitation. He was polite and considered it a good deed due to the conversation we had together. Adam got us back on the road in no time. Truly a blessing! I added an update to this review after another excellent experience with a repair at North Side Auto--North Side has proven to be reliable in the long term and consistently has delivered high quality work. They are my first stop for any problems with my Subaru.I highly recommend North Side Auto. I recently had an extremely positive experience with a diagnosis and repair of a coolant leak, which North Side handled quickly, thoroughly, and at a reasonable cost. I had the opportunity to interact with Adam, Omar, and Chris from my initial call through completion of the repair, and each of them was highly professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to get my car fixed at North Side Auto, and I highly recommend them.Service: Auto water leak repair

Chris and the team at Northside Auto truly went above and beyond in fixing my car. They were very punctual, had great communication, and provided even better service. Will definitely return for any other issues, oil changes, etc. and would be delighted to recommend them to anyone else, as well!

Northside auto is a great place. Chris met me early at 7 am took my keys. The next day by 6pm I had my car back and had my wheel bearing replaced. These guys get so many damn cars a days it s crazy. A testament to how many customers like them. Adam did a great job with my 06 Civic and gave me a lot of good guidance on what I need to do to keep her running well. Will definitely be returning for more car work

I send my niece s, and sisters my whole family and friends to them for everything.Recently , I damaged my very loved Jeep . I turned to them they handled everything from insurance issues, as well as my well being. It s been few years that I go to Northside auto for my car maintenance. Staff are really friendly and professional. They give me ample information about my car future needs without pressuring me to sign up for more services. Also, they fix up my car in a timely manner, and drop off/pick up is fast and convenient

Chris is the best. His work excellent. My kid is in school in Ann Arbor and navigating 1st time away from home with her car. I was a little nervous but Northside Auto was the best! Easy, Quick, and informative. Made the whole experience a good one for my kid!

Got stranded out here from Gary, IN. Me and my fianc� drove from our hotel to north side auto on a straight flat. Chris hooked us up in all of 20 mins. We had a tire already he had his guy put the rim on and clean the debris and sent us on our way. We couldn t thank you enough! He saved us over a hundred last minute bucks!!!

Chris who takes calls & connects you to the mechanics is professional, pleasant & very helpful. I made an appointment for some major repairs. My car was serviced according to the scheduled time promised. Adam, the mechanic who serviced my recent repairs is honest, knowledgeable & professional.
