Went in for a car battery. The two gentlemen behind the counter were very helpful, kind, and quick. This was my first visit to this shop but I will definitely be coming back for any auto part needs in the future!

Great shop when i need something for my Jeep. Always courteous service and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customers are happy. I needed an adapter for my water pump and they gladly pulled one off the shelf for me to verify fitment before purchasing.

The best customer service I ve ever had at an auto parts store. I needed a specific size bolt to fasten my license plate, and apparently this isn t a common bolt size anymore as I couldn t find it when I searched online anywhere. They didn t have it in stock, but they searched through an old binder that had all different shapes and sizes of bolts/screws and were able to find 2 for me. Thank you NAPA

Called a store on Carpenter first.Even though they had said they would install my wiper blades if I bought them there, "boss" said NO.Went to Napa. Best idea ever!Took the friendly man exactly 3 minutes to install new blades.Thank you Chuck for the great co worker and the wonderful customer service unlike the "big guys".You'll get all my future business.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service! Easy to spot from the road and plenty of parking. I was buying fluids for a new (to me) car and had to know the color of the coolant that I currently had in my vehicle and the staff person generously came out to my car to help me find it quickly. Above and beyond customer service.

Better quality and lower prices??? I am thrilled. NAPA is crushing it! Counter staff actually know about vehicle repair/maintenance! Order via the app, pick up in store. Most of the time, same day.-1 star: limited store hours can be challenging and the app is kludgy.

Mask Nazis. Used aggressive tones immediately when I walked in, they would not accept any explanations of written exceptions, as always I was cordial and used a normal tone of voice. I was rudely pointed towards the door, hand in my face, told to get out, they called the police.

Called ahead to make sure they had the type and amount of hose I needed, got there and they had it set aside, which was nice (hence 2 stars). Only problem was they were about 8 feet too short. Please don't say yes unless you actually have it. 50% correct is still failing.

Very helpful and patient staff, got a lot of advice on changing a front wheel bearing and didn't try to push products that I didn't need on me. Only problem is that they also seem to have little in stock but if you're patient, they can put in same-day orders from other shops to come in to this one.

They don't necessarily have the widest selection in stock, but can get whatever you need in short order. Also, the clerks are much more knowledgeable than your standard auto parts store. Recommended.

They had my part on the shelf and help me determine what necessary tools I would need. I was away from home and no tools to help me replace the alternator. Didn't go to the trouble of selling me things I didn't need.

My job had parts delivered today and the driver was not only knowledgeable but super polite. Unfortunately i didn't catch her name but she wields the universe on her arm lol. Thanks again for your help.

This little, often overlooked store is awesome! I go there regularly. This is a real parts store with knowledge workers.

Hours are incorrect and closes early. Component prices are expensive compared to amazon or autozone. They do not give out OBD scanners to get codes from check engine light. That was a huge let down..
