I was traveling to ann arbor from out of town and the head two tires blow out. The staff at Monroe Tire went above and assisted me. I'd recommend them to anybody and everybody.. The store manager, Clifton Davis, is an exceptional and kind human being. God bless you all.

Alex Holmes and the team at Monro is the best! Alex is truly such a kind and helpful person. They answered my 48 panicked calls and were very informative and patient in explaining the issue with my car. Fixed issue with brakes within a day - such speedy turnaround and were very understanding and kind in explaining exactly what went wrong to ensure I knew what steps needed to be taken in the future in order to preserve the health of my car. They really care about their customers. Thanks so much Monro team + Alex!!

I called for a winter tire switch on a Wednesday and had an appointment for the next day. Other places nearby won't give appointments for winter tire switches and require you to leave the car for most of a day.When booking, I was told it would take an hour. I arrived on time and they took the car right away. It was done in about 55 minutes. I worked using the WiFi in the lobby while waiting. I will definitely return and recommend to others. Thank you.

I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness that I receive every time I go there for repairs with my cars. They have always been honest and up front and have always given me the best deals. I have taken my cars for repairs to them every since my very first vehicle and now my kids take there vehicles there too. I wouldn t trust anyone else with my vehicles because they have always been nothing but the best to me and my family. Through my experience with Monroe Muffler/Brake & Service over the many years they are the best. Thank you Cliff Davis & Ron Griffin and your staff. Keep up the awesome job that you guys do.

I always have a great experiences taking my car to Monro! They are super easy to schedule, never try to oversell you on unneeded extras, and they are very reasonably priced. Cliff has helped me serval times and I always get excellent service from him!

Herb has always been great! Anytime I need work on my pickup he fits me in, gets it done on time and for a fair price! I've taken my truck here probably 6 times in the last 1.5yrs and never had a bad experience! The waiting area is always clean and the staff are always friendly and willing to help anyway they can!

I started going to this location in my freshman year of college (2012), mostly by chance, as it was the most convenient location on my way into school. While the original decision to stop in was based on chance, my decision to keep returning has been anything but. Herb, and his crew, have never let me down in my 6 years of working with him. He has given me fair prices and honest assessments that entire time, and the one time I doubted him, I quickly discovered he was in fact the best deal available. I have since moved from the area to a more distant city, but I always return here for my auto needs. Twice more local mechanics have quoted me two or three times the price Herb has for the same work. I have also never been recommended work that isn't necessary, and Herb has always been honest about which repairs are more immediately required (a big help to a poor college kid). I would recommend Herb at Monro first in any auto repair need of my friends and family. Thank you for all your hard work and honesty over the years!

3 stars for meeting expectations, on an average basis. 1 extra star for the reliability in getting the work done quickly. 1 extra star for quality in their work. We've had multiple vehicles and various work completed here. Great service, by having quick responses and Cliff having a personable personality. They've been transparent with what's needed and assessing what can wait (i.e. prioriting).

Consistently they are my favorite place to take my car. They are quick and work with me to make sure my car is running safely. I love this location and drive out of my way to come to it instead of others.

Herb and his crew are amazing. When I first moved to Ann Arbor, I took my vehicle here because it was close to my house. Herb was a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond with whatever needs I have and takes the time to explain issues, so you trust what work is being done to your vehicle. Prices are fair and reasonable. It s great to find someone that I can trust with my vehicle and I wouldn t go anywhere else in Ann Arbor!

Called and made an appointment for a front end alignment. Herb, the front end customer service experience guy, was extremely nice. He listened well and priced me out, but at the same time, he told me there was a coupon on the Monro Muffler website that I could use. It helped me out a lot with cost. A couple hours later, the job was done and the car drives much more smoothly. I'm happy with the service I received here!!

The price for new, high quality, Goodyear tires here was hundreds of dollars cheaper than we were quoted elsewhere. The store manager, Cliff, is so kind and helpful and I felt zero pressure to buy things I didn t want. He immediately ordered the tires I needed and had them in by the next day. Although he handled the chaos of managing the front desk while simultaneously replacing my tires remarkably well he definitely needs some backup to take care of the desk so that he can finish the repair jobs a bit quicker. I was in no rush but I imagine that might not be the case for all customers. I absolutely will be back here again when my other car is in need of new tires and an oil change. Best prices, excellent service.

Got to my car in 2 days, even w/ issues finding the part I needed anywhere w/ backorders & congestion of vehicles. Attempted makeshift troubleshooting for the issue before even finding the part to help manage issue knowing the dire times. *Cliff the manager is a great dude, honest and sweet. My car was not driveable, it is back to itself running correct w/in 50hrs, and added an oil change for me no problem. Good price, great work, and extremely willing to work hard to satisfy. I will be making this my new homebase, period.

740,000 miles driven in nearly 40 years of driving - and Herb, Hardy and this team at Monro are the BEST auto shop I've ever had. They treat their customers respectfully, professionally, efficiently. I've seen them handle each customer with the same easy going flexibility - saucy teens, slow moving elders, busy soccer moms, tightly scheduled biz professionals - all kindly greeted regardless. (And now that I read some of the other reviews, let me add, I've sat in their waiting room alot over the years, and I've witnessed the same courtesy to a range of ethnic groups, races, genders, generations and economic classes!) EVERY customer including I've never felt pressured or over-sold, and they are among the only mechanics I've been able to completely trust when they bring potential new problems to my attention. The repairs have always been spot on, and completed faster while I waited than estimated. I especially appreciate dealing with local folks committed to their business for the long haul - the guys who answer the phone call me by name and even the music I've occasionally heard from the work bays has been upbeat and civilized. Their rates are fair, and very competitive. These guys are the next best thing to having a mechanic in the family!

I can't say enough good things about my experiences at Monro Tire on Lohr Road: Convenient location, clean place, service it outstanding, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I've been there for oil changes, flat tire, new tires and alignment. They give me a good price and I feel like I can trust their recommendations. Cliff, store manager, goes above and beyond for his customers. Excellent experience!

They were able to get me in same day, even on a Friday. The staff were pleasant, it was complete within the stated timely manner (though I wasn t in a rush), and for a fair price. Additional things that needed to be fixed weren t pushed on me, but I was automatically given a quote. I appreciate this and will be more likely to come back since they weren t nagging me to get it fixed same day!

The Monro Auto on Lohr Circle helped me with my old truck. Alex was thorough, knowledgeable and polite. She went beyond in trying to help me figure out repair options. The mechanic who serviced my truck was also helpful in making recommendations. I am confident in the consult and repair. Also came in mid afternoon 1 day for questions and lotsa work with parts needed, completed in 1 day. Really aporeciate and recommend Lohr Circle location.

Herb and his crew are awesome! I've been going here for years and had a more expensive repair today. Honest about pricing, very friendly, and super fast! Herb even went to great lengths to make sure that I received a $50 rebate with my new part. My car is in kilometers and they even used kilometers for my next oil change (which no other place has done before)! Great repair shop

I was in Ann Arbor for an appointment and had a screw impaled in my tire. Looked up tire repair places and they had the best reviews do I made an appointment online for a short time later. service was cheery, thorough, and fast. cost was reasonable. Their location is hidden on the side road from all the shopping, but definitely would go out of my way to go there again.

Seven years ago my sister told me she found the best auto repairs guys ever, and she was right! My high-mile cars are actually in better shape now because I m no longer procrastinating taking the car in for repair. Herb and his patient team have always been respectful, help me strategize which repairs are priority, and have done quality work right the first time. Fantastic place!

I have gone to Herb for a great many years with all my vehicles. He does a fantastic customer service job as well as the work is second to none. I was worried when Speedy changed over that I was going to have to look for a new shop.I didn't want anyone but Herb dealing with my family and friends , but none of the staffing changed and for that reason I still bring my vehicles in. I always have great service and always in a timely manner. These guy's go above and beyond !

This was a fantastic experience! I dread oil changes because it seems that they embellish and upsell you at every turn. This was not the case. They were friendly and nice, no pressure and no upselling. I was very pleased with it. The one slight issue was it took a bit of time, but well worth it. They even took time to clean my windshield inside without me even asking. I was very pleased and will certainly be returning! Thank you!

I have not had one bad experience with Monro. They have been servicing my vehicle for a few years now. Staff is always professional and friendly, and go above and beyond to make my customer experience a great one! Keep up the good work!
