Very satisfied. Booked an appointment the previous night, arrived at scheduled time and they were able to inspect my exhaust system within half an hour Was guided through the entire process: problems found, recommendations, price quotes, when work was started, and when completed. Very professional, friendly service made for a pleasant experience.

Phenomenal service! Car was making a funny noise. They found a part that was done incorrectly when fixing a year ago. They explained everything and car is running great. Highly recommend and the service guys were super nice and always kept me updated on what was going on.

Jeff and his team were so fast and really knowledgeable about my car and the services I needed. They didn t make me feel dumb or taken advantage of. The location is also very spacious so I waited in store for my services to be completed. Highly recommend this location!

I was in a time crunch when I brought my car in. They took my car in right away and had it done an hour earlier than I had to leave. They did a great job. The new owners have really shaped up the waiting room. It looks more professional now. Everyone was really friendly. I've been bringing my cars to Midas for several years now and although I will miss the old familiar faces I'm going to continue to bring my cars to Midas for the same great service.Nancy Rayburn

They fixed my car yesterday and provide me with pictures and an explanation of each of their findings after their review. This allow me to choose what jobs I should do based on the cost and safety. The car was ready on a timely manner and when they promised.

I went to get a oil change at Midas. I was surprised customer service was great. They answer all questions and offered drinks while I waited and my car was done within 45 minutes. They take pictures while they go through your car to make sure everything was alright. Let me stop. Lol

The staff at Midas were so helpful and hospitable. I was greeted with a smile and my car was serviced immediately. The mechanic explained the situation thoroughly and repaired my tire. It was a very pleasant experience and if I ever need my car serviced again, I am definitely going back!

This particular shop is awesome! The techs asked questions and test drove my car. I will be definitely going back in the future for my Mazda 3 maintenance and repairs.

Had my oil changed, they checked out filters and came and showed me they actually needed replaced. Unlike some just do it or don't bother to. They are under new ownership but the quality and standard is still high. I will be returning. Thanks for caring about customer service.

Ran over a deer carcass early in the morning. Messed up my exhaust system. Made on online appointment, dropped it off at 10 am, they were done by noon. My car has 208,000 miles on it, I was expecting a full exhaust replacement and other things that needed "fixing". No upsell, they inspected the car, repaired the problem and kept me informed along the way. Highly recommended.

Will only go here from now on. The service advisor, Jeff Mulholland was very patient with my indecisiveness and guided me to find the perfect set of tires. He also ordered me a Lyft to get back to work. The whole process was perfectly smooth and couldn't have went any better. The main reason I went here is because of Jeff's friendliness and expertise.

The staff here are very kind, patient and attentive. Because of the vehicle testing done here, I came here again when I changed the oil and tires. It's very affordable and good value for money.

Inquired about getting my vehicle inspected for Lyft and they informed me the charge was $80. After checking I found that Belle Tire does the same thing for $25. and Firestone does the same thing for $22. What a rip-off! Obviously this establishment loves to price gouge their customers. Glad I found out before I went there as I will never do business there as a result!

I got a flat while in the area and googled for tire services around the area I was in. From first encounter on the phone, staff was super accommodating and helpful with me especially when I knew nothing about cars. They got me in and got me out super fast. Turned my terrible morning completely around. Thank you!

My Girlfriend came in experiencing bad breaks and some other unknown problems hoping for a solution. Jeff consulted her and his team got her car fixed and back within hours, no problems. Simple process with professional individuals. Highly recommend.

I came here with an issue that I had with my ford ranger and found out what it was plus another issue that I didn t even know I had. They were honest and told me my time frame to get it done so I could save up and get it done accordingly. I appreciate a place that doesn t take advantage of a woman!!!

Went their to get an alignment done they did an alright job still pulls to one side went to get my other car check their and they tried to tell me my control arm was bad when I know it was perfectly fine got my tires rotated at another shop and had them double check my control arm and it was fine and my home mechanic just checked my car the week prior not to be trusted

So I just went to get my tires checked because the ones that costed me 800 and something from Midas I have my recipe was making me slide on this snow which almost caused an accident to find out you guys had the wrong tires car tires on my van is really messed up it's like I've came to you guys 3 times probably more because of one of the tires after 2 weeks of riding getting bubbles on top of having to come out of almost 200 with a warranty and having to renew the so called warranty every time. I just want you guys to know that was really wrong you your company to get down on a single mother of 5 all because you knew you could beat me and all I was trying to do is make sure I'm safe on the road. You never know what people go through in life and I had gave you guys my saving I was actually fired from my job because I care for a child with epilepsy and I didn't have enough time to take off my message is next try not to get down on people especially WOMEN!!!!!! THANK YOU BE BLESSED...
