I brought my car to Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor for a recall on the car and also for a software update. Dan Tolly was my service representative and I really appreciated the way he handled the whole experience. He made sure he stayed in touch with me throughout the repair and when anything came up he immediately went out of his way to make sure it was handled personally, professionally and perfectly! I really felt like he was an excellent representative for Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor. Thank you!

I have been getting GLC serviced through Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor and they do a great job each time. As always I had an exceptional interaction with the service crew and they did a great job with my car. They were courteous and communicative and made sure they answered all my questions and did a great job with the service my car needed. I will definitely go back. Recommend highly!.

When my car was flooded they drained it of water right away. They worked hard to try and save it. They protected my interests when the insurance company tried to tow it away prematurely. They were kind, courteous, and communicated right away. They have the customers best interest at heart. Great group of people. Not a good experience. I have never heard of an oil change , top off fluids , tire rotation that didn t happen have a labor rate of 400+ dollars. Then to tell me I need 4 new tires after driven 11,000 miles on them @1200.00 is very disappointing. Luckily I pay attention because my tires were not rotated (based on the better tires on the back already) as I had to go and question that service to be told no they didn t perform that service . So how is the labor rate the same? No empathy, sympathy or anything. Just in the making of selling cars that s it! No customer service skills from anyone I encountered there. Mercedes of Ann Arbor took good care of my 2003 S500 and took their time repairing my vehicle, ensuring that every issue was addressed. With an older vehicle, sometimes replacement parts are needed to keep the vehicle running smoothly. I am happy with the routine maintenance that was completed, as well as what was replaced or updated to make the car run like new. I purchased the vehicle brand new (20 years ago), and Mercedes of Ann Arbor still has my vehicle running exactly like it did 20 years ago. Unprofessional group of service advisors at this location (every single one of them). They are incompetent and don t follow up with their customers for weeks, on the progress of their car. I had to constantly call back, leave voicemails that were never returned, and complain about the lack of service/communication. Only when escalating to upper management, did things get resolved. 3 weeks without a car and absolutely no contact from the dealership.It would get a 1 star, but Kan helped make things better.Tip: if you are calling the service center, please ask for Kan straight away. He s the manager of all the service advisors and is willing to help more than any other advisor there. *Do not deal with anyone else because they will fail you*.I will never be bringing back my car here for sure and I would advise others to follow suit. If you absolutely HAVE to go here, reach out to Kan and nobody else.

I scheduled a routine maintenance and requested a loaner car. When I dropped the car off for maintenance. I was ask to verify my information upon receiving the loaner car. I was told I would be receiving a call when maintenance is completed. Several days had passed with no call. So, someone came to my place of business accused me of stealing the loaner car. Being the Executive Director of my organization was extremely embarrassing. In reviewing the information that I had given several times, the information was still incorrect (phone number etc.)

I had a service appointment with Kan who went the extra mile to make sure my car was well taken cared of. After conducting a couple of test drives to identify the issue, Kan provided timely updates throughout the service process. Now my car performs better than it did the day I took delivery. I m very happy with the dealership overall as I am a repeat customer. Kudos to Kan!

I took my car in for servicing. I didn t schedule an appointment but they took it in which was good. They were reluctant to us their shuttle service to take me home so I waited 3-4 hours in their lobby. My quoted service was $400, my bill went up to $462! I ll stick to Mercedes Benz of Novi next time. Their service is cheaper and definitely better. They didn t vacuum my car even though I requested them to. When I pointed it out, it was taken back and brought back vacuumed but not nearly well done. Overall, Mercedes Benz of Novi or Bloomfield certainly do a better job. There was no explanation on what was done ie what was changed or serviced, just that my car was now clean!!! The cheek of the advisor Shannon was ridiculous.Service: Auto maintenance

I absolutely adore the Mercedes Benz dealership that I had the pleasure of purchasing my first car from two years ago. I still remember my salesman, Kevin, who was such a kind and attentive person. He took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the car that was perfect for me. The dealership's customer service is unparalleled. I recently had my car in for routine preventative maintenance. I also advised them of an issue with acceleration I wanted them to investigate. The routine maintenance is generally 2-3 hours and my appointment was at 10. By 5 pm I hadn t heard anything so finally called. I was put on hold but eventually someone came on to say they needed the car overnight. The following day I heard nothing. At the end of the 3rd day I called and was put on hold. Eventually someone came on to say my car wasn t ready, but someone would be calling me back. No one called me. The next day was day 4. I still don t have my car and no one has called me. So, I showed up at the dealership. They kept my car the rest of the day. The issues I discussed were captured on the computer chip, but they could not figure out why it happened twice. They finally returned my car at the end of day four, but never fixed the issue. Never explained why they kept my car 4 days but didn t fix an issue that they could see had occurred. I suspect their indifference was related to my gender. I ve never felt like they value women customers. My next luxury car will be from a different manufacturer.

This is the 2nd time in less than three months that the service department has let me down. In June I took my car in for oil change and when I hadn't heard anything after two days, I called to find that the repair person didn't know why it was there and rather than call me to find out, or better yet, review the paperwork on it, he chose to do nothing.Last week I made an appointment to have them look at what I assume is an electrical issue in the dashboard. Again after two days and no word I called and was told that that had not looked at it and didn't know when they could get to it. I went and picked it up immediately and will never give them my business again.Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to look at your vehicle.Services: Electrical repair, Oil change

As always, my visit to Mercedes of Ann Arbor was a good experience.Their skilled and courteous staff always diagnose and efficiently repair my Mercedes, keeping it in tip top shape. I will continue to depend on them for the maintenance of my Mercedes vehicles.

We came to this dealership because a Brake service light came on. We waited about 5.5 hours for the service. They seem to have done a good expensive job. The waiting room was very minimum for a Merc dealership. It would have been nicer if they had offered a loaner car, we could have had lunch and seen a bit of the area. Instead we saw just 4 walls, drank a few soft drinks, and a bag of chips. Very substandard for a Mercedes dealership on amenities. $1,100 for a $700 job was a bit pricy.Service: Brakes

Came in for a ak service picked up my car 2 days later and no one washed my car , reset the car so the notification won't pop up anymore saying it still needs the service nor did anyone put air in my tires like they usually do and shaw never had the service Manager call me back like he said he would when I finally spoke to the manager he said shaw never told him anything service is getting terrible now I have to bring it back for them to fix everything that should have been done the first time

This is the best Mercedes-Benz dealership hands down No other dealership can compare in the metro area. I drive all the way from Eastpointe Michigan just to bring my car here. The staff is so polite and helpful here. I reached out to the dealership concerning an issue that I had with two of my new tires from When I purchased my car not to long ago. After I brought the car in for service it was found that two of the tires were defective So as a courtesy instead of just replacing two tires the replaced all four no charge. Talk about great customer service I mean what dealership does that and I mean they maid it more the right!! I Love the safe here Susie, Louis, Matt & Shawn. If you re looking for a great place to buy a Mercedes-Benz this is your place trust me you won t go wrong dealing with this place from their sales team to the finance team to the service team Hands down I think they re the best.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Very poor Customer service. I recently did a A-service to my GLA and during that service I was told that i will get a call before 6pm(when the dealer close) to pick up my car when it is ready. I never received any call before 6pm and no one answered my phone when I tried calling the dealer. This was very horrible experience especially when I had a camping trip planned which was 4 hours far from the place I live. I was also denied a Uber ride when I asked if my friend can pick up my car next day. If a dealer like Honda can give uber rides then a premium brand like Mercedes should give a premium experience to customers who chooses them.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

First paid service (A3) on 2019 GLC 300 after warranty expired. The price was shockingly high, but the service was great. They reinstalled a mud flap that came off last winter without any additional charge. I was so excited to buy my car from Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor. It all turned sour when I started experiencing issues with the speakers. I called the dealership and dealt with a rude receptionist, which was heartbreaking. I explained why I was calling and that I was hearing a crackling and muffling sound through my car speaker. I brought it to the service department and told them about it. They said they couldn t hear anything without thoroughly investigating it. They made me feel like I was crazy, but the issue continued. Finally, I took the car to Mercedes Benz of Chicago, and after they investigated adequately, it was noticed that only one speaker was connected, which created the issue. It took them one week to figure it out; they told me they would find the issue and fix it before returning my car. Looking back, I should have never gotten my car from Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor. They are all about the selling portion but terrible at maintaining the relationship.

The service department at MB Ann Arbor did three things to earn the 5-stars:1. Lots of convenient scheduling options2. Understood what I wanted and communicated well with me3. I am rating the dealership as a whole, at the time of my visits, not specific individuals. Some of them are quite good, but they are working within a system that seems broken.When I purchased my vehicle, the nature of the maintenance done under the certified pre-owned agreement was greatly overstated, and I soon was urged to bring the vehicle in for additional "recommended" work to the tune of about $2000. This included hundreds for, essentially, inspecting the lights and wipers. It reminded me of the joke on Car Talk about "blinker fluid." When I complained, the service lead called me and explained that the best thing is to pay for 3 years of this in advance, so that I just don't have to think about it.When I recently needed service, I quickly learned that a number of service personnel had quit, leading to major difficulties for the dealership and clients. It was clear that the remaining service personnel were put in an impossible situation. Even prior to this situation, though, I had encountered difficulties from turnover at the dealership.Overall the dealership seems to have trouble retaining personnel at all levels. Dealers really want to position car sales and service around an ongoing relationship, but a high level of turnover means that you are effectively going to a different dealership every time you return, so there is no relationship.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair

Terrible experience from trying to buy a new vehicle (dealers market) so their pricing was well above market. I have secured my last 3 leases through them and they treated me as if I wasn t a loyal customer. I actually had a vehicle shipped up from Texas as the pricing was substantially less for a superior build. Service lately has been terrible, 3 visits to repair a panoramic roof, never called me to let me know parts were in on two occasions, sales/service have gone downhill.
