Excellent service, so friendly staff. They value their customers with a customer-centered approach. Alex is a very knowledgeable and kind person. He cares about you a lot. He explains the technical terms and situations very well. Unlike many other shops, they do not recommend unnecessary works.I am so satisfied with their amazing services, customer treatment, and professionalism.

They are often busy but always make time for walk in customers. Hot chocolate and coffee is amazing, and the salesmen have a wonderful approach. We worked with Jacob and Miles. We recommend them to anyone wanting to check out Lexus!

I have owned vehicles from every vehicle manufacturer, every manufacturer dealer, and this has been the most positive experience I ve had with a used car purchase. Thaddeus from service is awesome! He kept my wife and I informed the entire visit. They replaced my hood latch that was missed at the time of my purchase. Not only that but my salesman Russell did a phenomenal job of making sure I was taken care of even after the purchase was complete 5 months ago. I easily referred my friend to the dealership for a Cadillac purchase just based off my full experience with Lexus of Ann Arbor! I will definitely look in their inventory when it s time for my next purchase to continue to receive the 5 star treatment I get as a customer.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Great service. My car needed alternator was dead and I had it towed to the dealership. Sean in service department did an amazing job with clear communication and expectations. He even followed up after the service. Will definitely go there again for my gx 470 service.

I had a tire that suddenly lost half its air. Had to be a puncture of some kind. Drove it in without an appointment and they fixed me up in an hour. The service reps have been truly stellar in my experience. And service sells.

Service people are great - professional and helpful.I was disappointed in a few things:- service online indicated it was going to be $168 for 40,000 mi - it was $194- windshield washer fluid was not checked as it was empty- car was not washed after service was done (perhaps this is no longer part of your offer)Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

This was just a routine 165000 mile check up. However on their own, they also took off some paint that was on one of the bumpers. The result was great. No extra charge either!! Great service experience! Alex and team were great, communication was top notch and he kept me updated the entire time. Went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. Loaner vehicle was ready when I brought my car in for service, and was clean and gassed up too. Thanks again guys

Amanda in service was amazing. From the time that she greeted me upon arrival and until I picked up my vehicle after it was serviced. Amanda kept me updated and informed about what was going on with servicing my vehicle. Amanda communicated via text, which worked out well for me. I used to like this place. Lately they are disappointing me. Jumped the oil change price to almost double. I have taken the car 3 times to fix and issue with back door and never got it right ( waited till run out of warranty). Not happy.
