I have a small car dealership and I needed a trustworthy place to CORRECTLY diagnose my concern. 1000% Satisfied! I had a great conversation with Jenifer before I made the hour trip, she listened and made me feel like I called the right place. Their experienced technicians found the issue and I couldn t be more pleased. I found my new place for Infinity work!

Marion! And the LonFontaine Dealership!Thank You.. Thank you Thank You !I can t write enough and express how helpful Marion as a salesman helped Me and my son after (a below average experience prior) to assure us that we not only found the Perfect, beautiful Chevy Silverado Truck!But more importantly Marion exceeded my expectations and did EVERYTHING promptly and the communication was fantastic, timely, and was handled with compassion and care!He truly made us feel like Family!Mind you, That I live out of state in Florida but Marion was absolutely amazing!My SON is on cloud nine enjoying his first new truck and on his way to being a mature successful businessman with loads of confidence and driving in style!He was handed the keys to not only a new truck but the keys to manhood !Marion was a man of his word and the dealership experience was second to none!I only wish I could give 10+ Stars!My Son is heading to Infinity and Beyond !All thanks to pure EXCELLENCE from Lonfontaine and the best salesman ever!THANK YOU!!

I ve had to take my vehicle in for service a couple times. Each time, I ve dealt with Jennifer. She is personable, able to communicate exactly what needs to be repaired on my vehicle and trustworthy. I ve never had a bad experience and feel confident in the services they provide every time I leave my vehicle in their care.

Jessica is amazing! I am treated like royalty every time I visit LaFontaine. They do not try to sell me on services I do not need and I am never waiting to be serviced. Overall a good experience. I went in for an oil change. I was told my air filter needed to be replaced (2 filters). I asked to see them. The service technician went out to the service area and when she returned she had one filter. She said the other filter did not need to be changed. I would recommend they show their customers the filters similar to what the quick oil change shops do.I would also recommend setting up a separate room from the showroom as the waiting area.

The high level of customer service quality received by my family and I was outstanding. From Sales, finance to management. Brett, Jess and Chris were very professional yet personal. They made my family and I feel like we were around family. They really exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We felt good about the purchase we were making because of them, really good genuine people. We will always go back to this dealership and tell others about them.

Was having a hard time finding a car. I don t have the best of credit right now, income is great, but my time on the job gave me a hard time. I went to so many places and heard no. But MARION told me he could make something work for me and he did. He worked hard and got me approved for the car I wanted and low miles! Check Marion out, it s worth it!!!

Marion at Lafontaine Infiniti -Ann Arbor, was super helpful finding me exactly what I was looking for. He was prompt with returning phone calls and getting everything ready for when I came in to expedite the process. He was very kind knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend going here and working with Marion if you are in the market for an Infiniti( personally my favorite make of luxury vehicles). I've been leasing Infiniti for past 15 years, love them. Great experience overall.

Good salesmanFinance portion was good however due to requiring a wire transfer to complete transaction created some communication issues.Attempted to reach several times to arrange vehicle transfer and confirmation of wire completion with no or very little response.Vehicle arrived with trash in glove box and no owners manual.

Literally they best ever Brett helped me get into my new vehicle just in time for my birthday but I especially loved the fact that he worked with me every step of the way and I didn t feel like just another check but that I was truly taken care of! Had my Q50s in for a 120k mile all over safety service, etc.� Chief complaint was a vibration.� After having the car for six days (and thousands of dollars!) later, the vibration is still there.� I returned the car again and after 24 hours of no communication, I finally had to call and ask for an update.The new diagnosis read, �"... when wheels were balanced, 2 of the wheels were bent...".� This was never discovered in the first six days of having my car (?!); it took me to complain again and return the car before they found the issue.� I question whether they even took it for a test drive at all because the vibration is as bad as it was before I brought it in the first place.� There's no way a qualified technician would have not felt this violent vibration on a sufficient highway test drive as we specifically�reported that the vibration was worse between 60-80mph.� The mileage OUT was exactly one more than the logged mileage IN.� When I asked about replacing the wheels the reply was, "...they are aftermarket and we cannot source the wheels.� Since we don't know the specifications of the wheels you have on the vehicle, finding replacements would be very difficult. It may be easier to replace the full set with another set of aftermarket wheels."What kind of dealership can not source premium wheels?� Are you telling me that Infinity doesn't offer premium wheels?� You didn't even bother looking at the current wheels to see the actual label and info you'd need to do a simple google search.� You didn't bother asking me what the specs were so you could help me source them.� I'm not sure if it was the technician, the service writer, or the manager that dropped the ball here but it's embarrassing that you'd tell a customer that it would be too difficult for you to source wheels....it's literally your job to source parts.Not only that, if the suggestion was to replace the full set of aftermarket wheels, then do that! You guys really missed out on selling your product/service.� You literally told me it would be "very difficult" and showed no interest in even trying sell me something.� I'll take my business somewhere else. � See photo for the "difficult" to find specs on my wheels.� Come on guys....do better.

My daughter and I had an outstanding experience working with Mona Black on the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. All of the staff that supported our purchase was friendly and helpful. I felt that our pre-owned purchase was valued equal to customers purchasing new.

We just bought our 1st Infiniti and we love it! The car is amazing and our service was even better! We worked with Anthony Solack, we was kind and knowledgable, but more importantly he was authentic, trustworthy, and relatable. He took the time to understand what we needed and was willing to get us exactly what we wanted. As we purchase Infiniti cars far into the future, Anthony s our guy!

Just recently had my vehicle in to be serviced. Everyone was very friendly. Many managers and staff even took time to introduce themselves to me. A++! I would highly recommend.
