Jeff was awesome to work with. We came in knowing what vehicle we wanted to look at. He showed us a few other models too. In the end we ended up having our hearts set on the first one. Lauren was able to find us the best financing (which beat out our credit union). They really made it a great experience buying a used vehicle. We highly recommend going to LaFontaine! 10/10

They were thorough with the details about my vehicle and the service needed vs suggested. The video the tech sent me was easy to understand, and he talked through each part of my vehicle describe what was needed and what was not. The only feedback I have is that I was supposed to get a call regarding a suggested service before I picked up my car and I never got it. It's fine, because I have the car now. But, I had planned to have it all done at the same time.

This review is only for the service department at LaFontaine Buick GMC Ann Arbor:Ryan Kuhns was very helpful with getting things going with the first complementary service appointment 30 minutes earlier than the actual appointment time. Everything was checked out on my 23 Envision Preferred and taken care of (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, etc.). The whole service only took an hour at most. He explained what was done with my vehicle and answered any questions I had.

Wow!!! What a great experience! I could not be happier! My sales rep, Anthony, was genuine, efficient, and honest. Will, my finance guy, found me an affordable, great price for a great car and was easy to work with. Thank you Lafontaine for your quick and efficient service. Dave Hunt was really great to work with. I had an incredibly traumatic experience with the first pre-owned vehicle I purchased from a dealership in Toledo so I'm hyper sensitive/nervous about being taken advantage of. I'd really like to emphasize the amount of respect and honesty I was treated with while I was inquiring about the vehicle I was interested in and wound up purchasing. I wanted a secondary vehicle in case my primary car needs repairs and I'd been looking for a white, regular cab, short bed Ram for a few years now and I'm super stoked that I found it! Since I wasn't trading my car, I live in Sylvania / 50 minutes from the dealership and I'm only one person haha I thought it was going to be a huge hassle getting the truck from the dealership to my house. Dave saved the day! He worked it out and they delivered my "new-to-me" truck to my front door.He was polite, transparent, understanding, *efficient*, straight-forward, and again - *honest and respectful*. He also worked with/for me to get me the best price he could - much love!Kevin was great with helping me sign my papers and walking me through all of the extended warranty options a few days after I bought the truck. He mentioned the cost of key replacement like 4 times when going over the warranty stuff haha so I figured he was trying to tell me something. While the keys work...they are both sort of on their last leg and will need to be replaced in the near future. I'm glad I listened and got the extended warranty bc the cost for 2 key replacements alone is almost half the cost of the warranty option I selected. I bought a 2011 so the warranty was a no-brainer. Between the keys and the anticipation of the repairs I'll need over the next 4 years with the truck being an older model, I'm sure the warranty will pay for itself. Plus, I was able to finance the warranty at 0% interest. I like 0% interest Anyways, I'm extremely grateful for the great service I received and have already told everyone I know looking for a vehicle to check out their inventory and ask for Dave! He is a good guy.Thanks again!

From start to finish, Brian Schuster was amazing. He provided many options for the term, mileage and options that we were looking for. Brian was very responsive to my inquires and extremely proactive in making my leasing experience easy and enjoyable. I was dreading leasing a new vehicle due to past experiences however Brian IS DIFFERENT! He is very helpful, trustworthy and has earned my business for years to come.

Finance manager Lauren was going through the paperwork with me and noticed that I had a concern about the purchase of the vehicle. She stopped and asked me about it and came up with a solution that saved me money that I didn't need to spend. She was very helpful and professional in the whole process. Thank you very much Lauren!Jeff is the one who sold me the vehicle and was very professional and polite as well. When I called back with an issue I was having Jeff and his manager took care of it right away and the issue was resolved without a problem. Shawn was very pleasant to deal with and was not pushy like.most dealerships. There was a small dent in the hood that was not seen before I pulled out of the lot and he was quick to get me in to fix. The whole process was very smooth. The young lady in finance was very pleasant as well.

I felt very welcomed by all at the dealership. Dave was so great to work with! He was very well informed about the current inventory and comparable models. He provided excellent guidance based on my needs without being overbearing or making me feel pressured to get the sale. I had a terrible experience years back at a different dealership and this was the complete opposite - he made it about as easy as possible and I m so happy with my decision! I highly recommend working with him!!

Dealership salesman was great. I was surprised by a $1250 charge added to the documents for ceramic protection. I didn't request this but was told it is put on every vehicle. I had no opportunity to select or decline the protection. If it's out in every vehicle, the price should be included in the sticker price of the vehicle

Buying a car can usually be quite a pain, we however, were lucky to get Nick Butman for a salesman. He made it so easy, went above and beyond for us, and worked everything out for us we needed. I will never buy a car from anyone else ever again! Lauren the finance woman who finalized everything for us was a pleasure and made the final steps too easy, but we won't complain! Looking forward to getting our car paid off to work with these two again on our dream car next !

This was my first time visiting LaFontaine and utilizing their Service Center and I was very impressed by their customer service. They were helpful, frank, and communicative. I had the ability to watch a video in which the technician walked me through their review of my vehicle and why they were making any recommendations for repairs or replacements - or for none at all. I appreciated their professionalism and for their service. My car feels good again.

This was the easiest vehicle purchase that I have ever had. We had chosen LaFontaine Ann Arbor as the vehicle we wanted was in transit, but when we got there it had been delivered the previous day. Sales, finance and the delivery was thorough and concise, all questions answered and we are quite happy with our purchase.

It was our first time getting maintenance done at your dealership and the whole experience, except for when we had to get my car when it was done, was very professional and comfortable. When we had to get my car outside when the service was completed, the parking lot was very uneven, due to the snow, to stand and to try to open my car door to get in. Didn't feel safe. I would prefer to have a cleared, flat ground to stand on when entering or exiting the vehicle.

I was shopping for a great used vehicle, that s affordable and great on gas mileage I came to Lafontaine of Ann Arbor for the Carfax and also Suburban CDJR of Ann Arbor, Upon arrival I was greeted by Michael Mike Davis of Lafontaine, he had the car outside waiting for me, I called to see if the car was still available .He went for a test drive with me, his communication, prompt service and great customer service made me want to purchase with them, Suburban CDJR had a similar make and model that I was interested in as well, however the car had a very noticeable scratch that they did not want to fix or bring down on pricing Lafontaine staff is very welcoming, they answered all my questions, communication was stellar and made me feel valued as a customer My process went very smoothly, I walked out with my car in a few hours When I drove home I noticed my door switch went out on my truck, its a common defect with my make and model, I called Mike Davis he wanted to make sure, I was accommodated he was willing to drive to get my vehicle and leave me with a rental they also recharged my air conditioner before my purchase . my car is ice cold now .If you are looking for great customer service and a great vehicle you have found your new dealership home, Kevin Bates the financing manager was a sweetheart as well.. thanks again for everything !I love my new car

The sales person Mike Brown was very helpful in helping me choose a car. My lease was expiring in a few months and I was eager to get a new vehicle. I needed to do this through emails and phone call as I have a special needs son and it is extremely difficult for me to discuss these matters in person. Mike had absolutely no problems doing this all online and through phone calls. I told him my price range and he worked very hard to deliver a vehicle within this range. Once I decided on a vehicle, the entire process occurred online which was AMAZING! Once I committed to the vehicle, they arranged everything online, I signed the documents online, and with in a few hours I had a brand new vehicle. In fact, Mike offered to deliver the vehicle to me that night!! I live in Troy MI, this dealership in in Ann Arbor over an hour away! This was AMAZING service all around!! I will be back, I will tell my friends about the incredible service that I received! Thank You for making this easy and thank you for coming out to my house to deliver this vehicle!

Austin helped me out greatly! He contacted me to help me find a new reliable means of transportation. Fell in love with the truck, he walked us through all the steps on getting it kept us informed to the best of his ability. Made sure I got all my paperwork and understood everything and if I have or had any questions he answered them or pointed us in the right direction for what we needed also personally let me know my plate was in for my truck and I was able to get my spare key as well. We got a used 2016 white Chevy Silverado 1500 it works for what we needed thanks again Austin Dingee will definitely recommend it if you are looking for a new or used vehicle

Been having issues with my brand new Yukon which is insane within itself. Brought it to Ann Arbor and left with a battery charge but no real fix. Tj was accommodating and helpful. Went above and beyond on answering questions and keeping me informed on my vehicle.Jake B. on the other hand was very rude from the moment I stepped in. Attempted to make a joke about making sure I had documentation to ensure if I got pulled over they wouldn t think I stole it . Didn t schedule the shuttle for my pick up as he stated he would. Upon picking up the vehicle continuously lied and gave misinformation. Even said my husband (who we just buried in December) called.Not at all the experience I deserved or intended to have.

Call to let them know today that I would be 20 minutes late for my appointment to have my oil change. I asked the lady in service to inform the mechanic or who does the actual work would that be ok. She immediately wanted to reschedule for 2 weeks out I informed her that my truck was due an I already had waited 2 weeks. Then I asked if I m there waiting at least 30 minutes for my car to be seen can t I just come anyway I m on the highway.She refused to ask anyone and continue to tell me I would have to reschedule for two weeks out. Then I told her I would have to go elsewhere an she didn t care now I m at a freaking oil change place I don t know. I m not trying to tell her how to do her job but FYI, don t be late.
