I've been taking my used cars here for years, and K&N is always honest and fair. Great customer service, and they do a great work - they've kept my cars running well and have saved me money. It's so reassuring to know you have a mechanic you can count on. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Amazing team. They serviced our Toyota and diagnosed a shake that another two shops couldn t find in the first try. They are honest and have competitive pricing. They could have charged us for both cv boots but let us try to repair one side first and that fixed the problem and saved us hundreds of dollars. We will bring all our vehicles here from now on.

Fantastic group of people over here! They go above and beyond to make sure your Saab is working properly and that you get the right quality parts to keep you going on the road safely! I had such a wonderful experience getting my saab serviced here. Sky, Tiffany, and Jaris were helpful, courteous, and answered any questions I had. They were able to locate parts that were difficult to find, and now my Saab is repaired! I would recommend this place to anyone.

If you need anything done on your SAAB, this is the place to go. I have been going to K&N for years. They are knowledgeable and very helpful to answer any questions and concerns I've had.The people here are true professionals. Great communication and fair/transparent pricing. I would highly recommend checking them out.

I can't say enough good about K&N Automotive. I just recently bought a new 9000 CSE from them and it's a beauty!!! I had no issues trusting them to provide a great car and I am so happy that I did. They are not only honest and upfront but extremely reasonable (this is a Saab after all) price wise. I highly recommend them to any Saab owner out there whether you're an Swedish only Saab connoisseur or GM Saab person. I am pretty educated about my car and they take me seriously. As a woman, that's so nice to not have someone talk down to me about my own car. Try them out and you won't be disappointed.

Amazing people and service. Very fortunate to have found K & N to repair my Saab when there s issues. Consistently upfront, honest and friendly. My car always feels great when I drive off. Thank you guys so much! This the only place I ll be bringing in my Saab.

These folks are amazing! Solved several of my 9-5 aero issues in one day. They treated me very kindly, showed me everything they were doing on my vehicle, and were very mindful of my time. Very fair pricing. Extremely competent mechanics. Love this Saab haven and will definitely be back.

The staff was very friendly and polite over the phone, through email, and in-person. Even with the transition to their new location they were prompt and helpful. I appreciated being able to wait while the work was being done (I do not like leaving my vehicles anywhere to have something done then having to wonder how it was treated or if it was taken for a joyride in my absence). I liked that before starting they asked me questions to clarify what was needing done and then asked me again midway through about what I'd prefer to do when they encountered a cracked hose I didn't know about (I like being kept in the loop rather than being about to leave and hearing a casual by the way 'oh yea we did this and this'). They did not try to up-sell me when I asked about possible future work needed on my coolant, but rather were honest and said I was fine for now. (I am not a trusting person in general, but having mechanic work done is definitely an area where I'm extra on edge about the sometimes lack of checks and balances and work accountability on the part of the shop, so it was nice to not get that irritating vibe where you have to question 'alright do I really need that done to my car or is this mechanic just seeing me as an ATM'.) It was nice that the staff were able to interact with each other and talk and laugh in passing, but also keep working and not be horsing around on my dime. I greatly appreciated and duly noted the inclusion on their google maps details about them being an LGBTQ+ friendly business. K&N has been my trusted mechanic for over a decade now, servicing 3 cars in that time. I can't imagine going anyplace else for either standard maintenance or major repairs. Their work is stellar and performed with integrity. Their pre-purchase inspection saved me from a bad decision, and informed a much better one. I can't adequately express how much I appreciate Tiffany, Jaris, and everyone at K&N!

I brought my 2005 Saab to these guys and they kept it in tip-top shape until I finally got rid of it in 2015 for a new model (sad that wasn't a new Saab....RIP, Saab!). But now my teenager drives a 2007 convertible Saab and they helped us with a pre-purchase inspection and have serviced it ever since. Completely honest and fair and reasonable! I'm not sure I'd trust an older model Saab without having access to these amazing and trustworthy mechanics!

I have owned 3 Saab's over the last 20 plus years and I have taken everyone of them to K&N for any and all repairs, oil changes, tune ups. They have been nothing but great, friendly and all around great guys. There is nobody else I would take my Saab to and I recommend them to everybody I know that owns a Saab. You can't go wrong with them.

My husband has had alot of work done on his saab here. Jaris and the rest of the crew always go above and beyond for us. They understand my husband's love of his car and treat our car and us with respect. 10/10 highly recommend.

So I just purchased a 2000 SAAB 9-5 that K&N has worked on. It was previously owed by an kind elderly gentleman. In the few years they have been giving him service they have NOT taken advantage of him. I have All the receipts for the life of the car and as a DIY mechanic I can objectively look at bills and tell what was a scam. In his records he had over $10,000 in mostly unneeded repairs by an unnamed local Dealership. Just by looking at the bills, I can see, I will be sending any issue I can't deal with to these guys.... Good form fellas.

They went above and beyond to make sure my sons car was safe. Found things that had been missed by other shops and fixed them with no additional cost.You may have to wait a bit longer for an appointment, but it s worth the wait.Kind , professional and take the time to talk to you about the repairs and associated cost. An excellent repair shop, very knowledgeable on everything Saab and more. The head Mechanic is a Saab 900 whisperer and has helped me on multiple issues such as head gasket replacement and radiator removal. I would highly reccommend.

Wonderful service! I had replaced the driver's door module and needed to have it programmed by a SAAB specialist with the Tech II SAAB subscription. Kirk was able to get me scheduled quickly and didn't bat an eye that I had replaced the DDM myself. During the programming, the mechanic noticed an unusual noise and put the car up on the lift and took it for a spin as an extra precaution (free of charge!). He found an issue arising from a repair by another shop about a month earlier. I love that my mechanic drives the same car I do and can tell if anything is out of sorts on mine!

After years of going to a GM dealership for car maintenance, a fellow SAAB owner recommended K & N. It was reassuring to pull up my 95 Aero in a lot full of SAABs of all models and ages. Jaris at K & N turned out to be the SAAB technician from the GM dealership and he had likely worked on my car before. I received great service and Jaris went above an beyond by going over my maintenance records and contacting his former colleagues at the dealership in an attempt to resolve an issue with a switched wheel cover. I am thrilled to have found a place that gives my car the treatment and attention it deserves.

This shop is the real deal. I brought my car to them earlier this year, and when the first attempt at solving the problem failed, I was only charged for the part itself, and not labor. The second attempt was successful. Also, I recently came to them with a "low coolant" indicator lit, and they topped it off and checked for leaks for no charge! They only asked that I "think of them" the next time my car needed service. After this, I definitely will!
