Seemed like they were helping me out. More like a rip off. I blew my tire i got told a hour wait (which it was) no big deal. Partly my fault for not asking a price but getting charged $250 to change a tire is pretty outrageous. Guess you learn from mistakes. Not impressed

VERY RUDE! My roadside assistance scheduled them to come on a vehicle lockout and he did not come. When I called to check on timing, he said he would not come, and then said he would charge an extra $50. I was willing to pay it. He still said he wouldn t come. When my roadside service called them back to find out why, he was rude to them as well, and called them retarded. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM.

This was by far the worst experience ever. I had a flat on 94 headed home. I pulled over in Ann Arbor, MI and called this guy who told my husband and I to meet him. We get there he pulls up with a child in the truck and says he should be able to patch the hole but would go get a tire just in case. He then called 2 hrs later (now it's dark) to say he isn't coming back. He told me to add air in the tire and I'd make it 2 hrs on the highway. He even laughed when he said it. The fact that he was not only unprofessional but rude enough to laugh made me feel that he did this because we were African Americans. I hope no one ever allows him their business. I'm going all over social media about his service. Trust me I have a lot of followers on my natural hair blog that will share this review.

Fantastic service! This provider is helpful, accommodating and professional. They replaced a blown out tire and rim for me on Sunday afternoon when all the dealerships and tire stores were closed and will likely be so until after the holiday. Thank you again!
