We came here to have are car windshield replaced because of a huge crack. I called , got an appointment for 2 days later at the time I wanted. They front desk person was very nice and even helped me call my insurance to file a claim! It took me all of 10 minutes to drop it off and then they called me when it was done and I picked it up with a new windshield!!I would highly recommend this place for any glass car repairs or replacement! Will be back if we need anytime that done !!

I am a wheelchair user and have a trip across the country, so it s always important my vehicle is fully functional before. I needed a windshield replaced and made an appointment with glassdoctor in Ann Arbor on Wednesday the 31 of February. I was told my windshield would arrive Thursday the first of feb. On Friday the 2nd I recieved a call 5 minutes before the appointment At 2 pm saying the glass was defected or not in, there wasn t a clear rational amongst the desk workers. So now I am without luck and there was no way to be serviced by anyone else because it s too late. They offered 25 dollars off as a consolation, when a windshield is hundreds of dollars . Bad communication and poor customer service. I would not recommend to any one

Excellent service. Came out and measured and ordered a replacement mirror. The broken one was removed and the new one installed in about 2 weeks. Very efficient. Highly recommend.

Super experience with Glass Doctor. Got the quote, then we scheduled the visit. They arrived on time and quickly, efficiently took out our old miserable doors and put in the new ones. In and out in less than an hour. PAINLESS.

Came in for 2 chips in my windshield. Just bought the car and didn't notice them on the passenger side there. They told me one of them had been filled already, just not very well and the other was so small, it only needed a touch up of some sort. So they touched them both up so you can't feel them on the outside anymore and charged me nothing! So glad to know a place that treats you like a return customer. I had another chip repaired here over a year ago and it was pretty big. They said they couldn't guarantee it would hold but it has done just fine so far. No way I'd take my car anywhere else after both these experiences.

We took two windows with broken glass to their office. They measured them and I took them back home. They called when the glass was available, I brought the windows back and they installed them very quickly and I saved the fee for them to come to the house. Sweet!

Glass Doctor Auto glass was great. Professional and fast. Recalibration on all the safety features without needing to take to dealership.

Overall poor experience. Removed our windshield for replacing before realizing they didn t have correct windshield to replace it. After waiting for correct windshield and installing it, they didn t have anyone to recalibrate the cameras for a week. By the time he got there, the car s system had locked itself and needs to go to the dealership for a reset. Communication and offers of solutions during the process were not particularly useful or empathetic. Hopefully when we get to the dealership we ll have a working automobile again. I m guessing they billed my insurance for a completed job. We ll see.

Made an appointment for an estimate, they gave a 3 hour window. An hour after the window we called, they said "we'll send the tech a message to call you". 20 minutes later we called again, she said "we're just a call center, we've called that office and they don't answer". We cancelled. If they can't show up for an estimate (or call and let us know), not going to rely on them to replace a 2nd floor window in a 2 story room.

We hired glass doctor for custom shower glass in a new bathroom addition. From the very first call with Jeanette, I was impressed with their knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. Their price was hard to beat compared to other local suppliers, and they were responsive with any questions I had. When installation day came, they called when they said they would, arrived on time, and walked me through what they'd be doing to ensure I was getting what I paid for. The installers were kind, and did great work! We're thrilled with the final product, and would absolutely hire them again. Thanks, Glass Doctor!

These guys are great. They were great to work with at every turn. They did a wonderful job replacing four large French door windows leading to our patio. The workmanship was excellent and their price was 4 to 5 times less than Pella and Renewal by Andersen.We can t say enough good things about them!Service: Window installation

Efficient and friendly at their offices. When at our home, the installers were professional, friendly, and considerate. Installation was thorough and done in good time. The person who put the window in was very quick and knew what he was doing. He taught me how to remove my window & screens. This allows me to clean my own windows which is something I have never been able to do. I am so happy that I used your service and would highly recommend it to anyone with a broken glass window.

We had two very large mirrors in our upstairs bathrooms. They were original to the house and ran the length of the vanities (one about 96 inches long and the other about 115 inches long). We wanted them removed but were afraid to do it ourselves due to the size, weight, and potential for breakage or injury. They arrived promptly and were very friendly and professional. The team arrived at 8:50am and were done with job and walking out the door by 9:08am. They made the job look easy! Glass was removed and cut into smaller pieces so they could safely transport the glass to their van for haul away. If we have any other glass related needs in the future, I will not hesitate to work with Glass Doctor again!

This group is very friendly but very professional. They came out and replace d the window so fast I did not think they were there. The custom window tool a long time to come in given supply chain issues. But Glass Doctor held up their end.

I highly recommend Glass Doctor for all your glass replacement needs! THE JOB WAS SEAMLESS FROM START TO FINISH! They came to my work to do the replacement which was very nice. They cleaned up their mess and didn't leave nasty sticky tape all of my new windshield or car. Excellent communication throughout the process. I give them 2 thumbs up and 6 stars, the exceeded my expectations for the cost and quality!!

Great experience. Went to another glass company in the Ann Arbor area for a chip repair. It was a very hot day and I think they should have let my car cool off inside before attempting the repair. They ended up turning my chip into a 25 inch crack now requiring my windshield to be replaced at a $400+ quote. Took my car to Glass Doctor and they replaced the windshield in my driveway for $300.

Initially I was impressed with the ease of scheduling and communication. I got a postcard in the mail because the previous owners of my home had used their service. I decided to use Dr. Windows also. I couldn t be there at the time they came out due to a family emergency but I arranged access to the home. At first glance I thought they did a good job. I noticed one window was missed and contacted them saying it was ok but to note it for the next service. Then I noticed a second window was missed and contacted them via phone and email several times and never got a response. At closer examination I wasn t happy with the quality of work. I would only use this service again if they discounted the price because of the poor job done and I d be sure to be home so I could examine the job done before paying for it.

One of my bow windows cracked. After coming over to measure the window, GD provided a quote immediately. When the window came in, they called to schedule appointment and the installation went smoothly. There was some confusion and questions, which they were very responsive to and handled professionally. The reason I did not give them a 10 is because not enough time has passed to ensure the glass/installation is solid.Service: Auto side window replacement

I contacted Glass Doctor to quote the replacement of a windshield on one of our service vans. First, they were $100 less than other quotes, and second, I was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. They called to see if they could pick up the van and take it to their shop to do the work. 45 minutes later, they dropped the van off with a new windshield. Great service and great value!

Very rude n unprofessional!!!! I acknowledge I was a few minutes late but I did call ahead and inform them of such. Unknown to me I received a phone call from an unknown name of (Janet ...) n let it go to voicemail thinking it was spam. Come to find out it was the store mgr who told me I had 5mins to get there (Harmon glass) or he was leaving. I called back and was told by the store mgr that it was too late and he already left. I have never had customer service as what I received from Harmon glass store mgr. If you are going to use this business CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!!!!
