Came recommended through Gerber Collision. Was able to have it done while at work, the tech was friendly and fast. Would recommend. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Terrible customer service. Asked about chip repair and was told they would need to replace my windshield without actually seeing the chip. Asked him why and he said I could email pictures. Emailed pictures and received no response. Called and asked for the same person and was told I couldn't be directed and if there was anything else they could do for me? Informed them of why I was asking for person and then got left on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected.

At approximately 1200 today on I-94 West a driver of a Glass America van sped up to edge my vehicle out of the lane. He then proceeded to follow my car off the State St exit, into the mall parking lot and drove circles around my car in the parking lot to intimidate me. Completely unprofessional and mentally unstable person working for Ann Arbor Glass America. I wouldn t allow them near my vehicle, home or family.
