Christopher Cole my Germain Honda Service Advisor did a superb job for me and my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport. I needed a wheel alignment and Chris advised me to prepare for up to a two hour wait but said it may only be an hour. It took 40 minutes and I really appreciated the great job of setting my expectation correctly. That's hard to find in a service environment. The work was/is excellent and the car is tracking and driving perfectly once again. Thanks Chris and Germain for excellent service.

This post pertains to my recent vehicle purchase with Jason Loren at Germain Honda in Ann Arbor. The overall experience was great! I found him extremely knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating where he could be to meet my needs and concerns. I found him very upfront and honest while negotiating the vehicle purchase. Definitely would go to him if I was going to buy another vehicle and would certainly recommend to my friends. Wonderful job and experience in car buying which it be a rather process.

If you re looking for a good sales representative don t hesitate check Cameron Thompson he s the perfect person you won t be disappointed. Cameron was an outstanding sales representative who made my overall purchase experience good and extremely fast. I m very much pleased with the service that I ve received. C. Thompson he s very professional, and knowledgeable and does his job very well. Oh one more thing I m inlove with my CRV-EX!

Chris Schroeder is wonderful, and made buying a used car a pleasure. He had the car ready for a test drive and we were on our way in an hour. Dealership has sharp deals and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!

I bought a Subaru Outback from Wyatt Harrington last week and the whole experience was a joy! I am a 70-year old female. From the time I walked in on Monday until closing the deal on Wednesday, the process was smooth and fun! I never felt a bit of pressure to buy something I didn't need, which was really important to me while shopping around. Wyatt was attentive, knowledgeable, and very engaged. I traded in my car and financed the rest and that was really easy and efficient. Had a great experience buying my new vehicle from Honda of Ann Arbor. Working with ChrisSchroeder was a real pleasure! He was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying, fast toanswer all my questions, he also kept us well informed regarding timing and next steps. Chriswas extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision. I feel that I was offered a highlevel of customer service. Highly recommend going to Chris and Honda of Ann arbor if you are inthe market for a new vehicle.

What a pleasant visit to Germain Honda in Ann Arbor today. First, I called ahead to ask a question about why the TPMS indicator on my dash was still on, even though the tire pressure is fine. Kyle Harrison talked me through how to turn off the indicator. He also told me that afternoons on Tuesday-Thursdays are the best times for the quickest no-appointment service for oil changes. I arrived about 3 on Tuesday afternoon and was greeted by Ruby Duncan. She let me know that I still have one free oil change (after purchasing a new CR-V), and that my tire rotation would also be free! Nice to save a few dollars and get a free car wash after the services as well.

I had an outstanding experience working with Wyatt and Beau at Germain Honda in Ann Arbor. Beau helped me with the lease trade-in for my previous vehicle very effectively and Wyatt helped me through the process of getting a 2024 Civic Type R by providing thorough and detailed information. Wyatt even got in the car with me for the test drive and helped me understand the workings of the vehicle a lot better.I was offered an incredibly fair price considering how difficult these cars seem to come by. No insane dealership markups or anything. I was incredibly pleased with my experience there, and will definitely be going back in the future!

This is a great place to do business with. I have purchased and serviced at Germain Honda for years. My most recent experience was with Hunter Matthews. He is a down to earth person who cares about getting customers in the right vehicle for them. He asked me thoughtful questions and connected on a human level. I would recommend Hunter and Germain to anybody.

Germain Honda of Ann Arbor's service department is outstanding. In all of my interactions with them, they have been exceptionally thoughtful and thorough. Their pricing is fair and they are committed to getting things right and treating people with respect. Ruby, Shawn, and everyone I've worked with have been absolutely great. My experience with Germain Honda has been truly wonderful. My sales rep, Wyatt Harrington, met all of my own personal bumps in the road with grace and compassion and helped make the process of trading in my lease for a new 2024 Honda Civic as easy as possible. The help and guidance of Wyatt, along with the other lovely team members at Germain Honda, was absolutely invaluable, and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a solid dealership in the Ann Arbor and Southeast Michigan area.

I would not shop here because they did not act in a professional manner.I paid a $500 deposit on a car. I received a call from them after one hour and 25 minutes with a made up story that another customer was driving the car when I made the deposit so they had to cancel my deposit and sell to the other buyer. Let's assume the story is true which I doubt, buy the time the person who was driving the car decided to buy it, it was already SOLD. It's really not worth ruining your reputation for an extra $200-300. Keeping a good reputation is worth much more than that. When you give a customer your word and take a deposit, you should stand by your word, as simple as that.

Cameron & the Germain team made the leasing process for my new HRV Sport so seamless and easy, especially given my many time constraints and various personal complications. Great experience with leasing my new car from Wyatt at Germain.I knew what car I wanted, but not sure whether leasing vs buying was the best for me. Wyatt happily took the time to cover both options (and my many questions) in detail to help me figure out what option fitted me without feeling pressured into anything.During the whole process, I was kept informed of anything that came up (whether by Wyatt or the sales managers Corey & Jason) & were accommodating to my schedule/needs.Wyatt & Germain definitely stand out verses my interactions at other dealerships in the past. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone else was also friendly and they don t try to beat around the bush. They were all nice and straight forward. I already knew what my fourth consecutive Honda was going to be and Chris Schroeder made it a reality. I LOVE my 2024 CR-V Hybrid Sport-L! Chris was very knowledgeable about the various trim features and the Honda accessories. He kept me apprised of the build progress and arranged for the appraiser to provide a prompt trade-in value. He was extremely patient with all of my questions and when he was on vacation Corey Klotz stepped in to help me. The Ann Arbor Germain Honda team is great!

Nick Sneed was fantastic!I had a recall fixed at another dealership. �Before the recall repair, I didn't have any issues, however, immediately after the recall was updated, my car would stall (sometimes while driving), refuse to restart at traffic lights, and sometimes take 3-4 tries to start the car in general.After zero luck with the service department at another local dealer, I called Germain and got Nick. Instead of pushing me aside, �He listened to my concerns, didn't think I was crazy, and he got to work.Turns out, the recall repair (really software update) for my car didn't work and I needed a new starter. �So...I got a new starter. PLUS I not only had my car fixed, but I was given a VERY NICE (shockingly nice) rental car on the house.Nick stayed in close contact with updates over the 3 days it took for my car to be diagnosed and finished. �He took great care of me and I'm grateful.All this to say... nice guy, great service, the car is no longer having tantrums and I didn't miss work thanks to the loaner. �Oh and zero charge as it was all covered. �I will NEVER step foot inside another dealership again.Thanks Nick!

I had a wonderful experience with service advisor Chris O'Lear this week. In addition to some regular service that was due, I requested that my older vehicle be checked for clues about any major expensive repairs that seem to be looming (in addition to the one that I already knew about). Chris interpreted my request correctly, and the technician checked my car very thoroughly. When I came to pick up the car, Chris carefully explained the repairs that are probably needed (along with prices), and put those repairs into the context of his experience with vehicles similar to my own. I now have the data I need to make an informed decision about whether to repair or replace this vehicle that's been such a workhorse for me. Thank you Chris!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Christopher Cole at Germain Honda of Ann Arbor. When the transmission went out on my 2018 Honda Pilot, Chris did all of the work needed to make sure the warranty covered it in full. I even got a beautiful loaner car free of charge for a week. Thank you Chris!
