Fox Ann Arbor Nissan Service Department was wonderful to work with. The waiting room was clean and the service rep was very helpful. He did a great job helping me understand exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and how they were going to fix it. There is no doubt in my mind that I will go back for my next vehicle service issue as they have earned a repeat customer due to their professionalism. I cannot say enough positive things about this place!

My experience at Fox Ann Arbor Nissan was awesome! Everyone I worked with was incredibly nice and delightful. The service was performed efficiently and everything that was done to my vehicle was fully explained to me. The free car wash in particular felt above and beyond to me, and it made my whole service that much better. It felt great leaving knowing my vehicle was taken care of and it was all shiny and clean! Thank you Fox Ann Arbor Nissan, I will definitely be returning for future services!

Worked with Umer and had a great experience. He was friendly and helpful. His communication style was no pressure with high value and a service mindset! Umer was attentive to my needs and listened to what I was saying, he made relevant suggestions for vehicles that would suit my needs. 10 out of 10 would recommend giving him I'll call if you see anything you like at Fox Ann Arbor Nissan.

Ordering parts for cars is a downer for us because car washes really only take off previously damaged parts. Thankfully, there is a place we can turn to with a friendly, upbeat culture where you can tell the staff is committed to improving your experience. I really appreciate their aim to lessening the sting of making the purchase of replacement parts. The only place I ll order Nissan parts. Thank you, team!Shopping at a place that clearly has high standards is an easy choice!

Trayan and Shannon were excellent to work with. They heard what I was working for, had great suggestions, no pressure, easy to develop a plan to accomplish my goals. We purchased our Nissan Frontier truck 9 months ago and we absolutely love it. When no dealership had any inventory and people were waiting months to get delivery of their vehicle of choice, Nissan Fox was able to deliver. Our salesperson Trayan Petrov contacted us within 2 weeks of initial request. We drove from another State to get our truck and purchasing process was so easy. Trayan was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked us through the process every step of the way. Been keeping in touch and informing us about recalls and upcoming maintenance. If we have a question about a message or notification displayed on dashboard, Trayan is the first one to contact. Fox Nissan provided excellent service and my husband and I have referred several friends and clients. Will definitely do business with Fox Nissan in the future. Great staff, convenient location, large inventory. Thank you for always keeping us informed about newest technology and vehicle selection.

I worked with Umer to get my mom a car. He was very helpful and able to work out a lot of the details with me prior, so she was able to just come in and sign. Umer was patient and flexible with all the questions we had, getting us a great deal on a crossover. He made the process very easy and there were no surprise costs at the end. I would highly recommend!

In servicing my vehicle for a recall, they fried my audio unit. I was without an audio unit for more than six months while the part was on backlog. Zero ETA, zero in the way of compensatory overtures. Nothing.Additionally, I brought my vehicle in for service for a noise while driving. The tech said a "squirrel" might be in the engine. This caused the repair to not be under warranty -- which I'd paid extra for. They "fixed" the issue for $200+. Just all around not a good experience. I'm a pretty easy customer, but Fox Nissan (and apparently the brand itself) isn't very customer focused.

ET was wonderful from the moment I walked in the door. He was welcoming, professional, and made my experience a pleasant one.I also called him a few days later with a couple of questions and he handled everything!!!!!!Shannon was also very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. She was willing to work with me and the paperwork process was flawless .Finally, I drove in from Farmington to visit Fox.. and the reason for that was when I first came into contact with Jamie .. she was so helpful!!

I had purchased my Rogue and per our agreement roof rack needed to be installed. They did a fine job while they were doing that I asked they look at a service light. They repaired it for me at no cost and were very patient to explain how the system works and what I should see. Thank you for going above and beyond to answer my questions. The woman in the service department that helped me was very kind and handled all the warranty paper for me. You rock!!Service: Electrical

We had a wonderful experience working with Terra Blanks at Fox Ann Arbor Nissan!We had been researching electric vehicles ahead of time but when we needed to replace a vehicle sooner than expected, it was difficult to locate an available electronic replacement. Terra was so helpful in reserving our Nissan Leaf and went above and beyond to provide us a discount even though it was a high demand vehicle. She thoughtfully and promptly communicated with us throughout the whole process, even after our deposit, about any changes in the estimated delivery date. The whole staff at the Fox Ann Arbor Nissan location was helpful and understanding, when we had both kiddos with us at pick up. We were able to do a lot of document prep ahead of time to reduce the amount of time in the office. We look forward to coming back when needed for service or our free oil change and would absolutely recommend Fox Ann Arbor Nissan and especially Terra!

Just had my brakes replaced today, and had a wonderful experience. Everything was transparent, up-front, no surprises at all. Frank took care of me the entire time giving me updates every step of the way. No pressure at all during the estimate process, all I had to do was approve the services I wanted done from the estimate on my phone, and we were in business. Although I am due for a few other standard maintenance items, I could only get the brakes taken care of this paycheck, and once we made sure any safety critical services weren t being overlooked work was started, no guilt-trips, no pressure at all. I m roughly 35 miles away, but, I will gladly drive the extra few miles to make sure things get done correctly. My final total even came in a few hundred below the estimate!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes

I went in with a leaking tire. With my father having just passed away I really needed the tire repaired/replaced. Showing up unannounced on a Friday morning, Alissa was super friendly and went out of her way to get my tire worked on so I could have safe travels for my family emergency. They were even able to squeeze in an oil change that was due.I don't ask for favors but Alissa and the team at Fox helped ease my mind with all the driving I had to do.A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved.Amazing customer service and great work on the car.Service: General repairs & maintenance
