Recently experienced having an engine control system notification while traveling to Michigan from New York. Mike, the service consultant, was very helpful as I stopped in without appointment to ask if way to determine what issue was and if was safe to continue driving. Mike was able to determine could be a critical issue and also one that, luckily, could be fairly easily addressed. He made sure was addressed and also asked that I let him know or stop by a day or so later while I was still in town to ensure that was no ongoing issue before I traveled back to New York. I was impressed and grateful.

Had my car serviced here and I couldn't be more pleased. Matthew in service was exceptionally helpful with the process and the updates from the techs were great. Amazing job service team!

Worst service ever. And just one technician, which means it s going to take forever to fix the car. Recommend to go other dealer service centers.

Giving thanks to Mike at the Service department on Thanksgiving! I came to the service department 5 minutes before the closing time on the day before thanksgiving. I told him that my car battery died and had trouble replacing it on my own. He had such a big heart and a welcoming smile even though he was ready to go home for Thanksgiving. He used his strong arms to loosen and replace the battery in minutes. (My friend and I struggled for hours and failed.) And he didn't charge me for the service! I will totally come back for service and recommend my friends here as well.Services: Auto battery maintenance, Battery

Our Hyundai Sonata had a traumatic breakdown- computer went crazy, then overheated and blew out the coolant. We had it towed to Fox Hyundai and made a diagnostic appt ( two weeks out). Matthew, our service manager, texted a couple days later to say they would try to get to it sooner as we are rural senior citizens & it is our only car. We heard no more, waited the two weeks (stranded with no car) until the service appt. Communication blackout since then; it's almost a week after the service appt!- despite leaving voicemail with two service managers & three live chat people. We NEED to know what they found with our car, whether it's fixable or whether we need to buy another. I've already had to cancel two doctor's appts, missed a funeral, and am struggling to get our medical prescriptions. If the appt was delayed we should have been notified.Upldate: Matt called us today and gave us our car estimate- apparently the technician who was evaluating it abruptly quit, which accounted for the delay. Parts are ordered & the major rengine rebuild should be done in two weeks. Thanks, Matt, for giving us such a complete explanations of the issues with our car and what will be done to fix it!Service: Auto engine diagnostic
