Called to get a rough estimate on the cost of replacing 2 front cv axles on my vehicle. Was told by the gentleman I talked to that they can't do that without looking at it. I can't believe it would be hard to look up cost of parts and labor. I wasn't looking for a quote to stick by as I know there could be other related issues, was just trying to see roughly what I was looking at having to spend if that's all that needed to be done. Not a great way to get people's business and will probably never take my car to get repaired here.

The buying process was so easy and efficient because they did much of the work for me like calling my insurance company and making the plate onsite so I don't have to drive around with the paper plate. Great job guys!
