Called today needed to jump start my car. Very polite Prompt "Moe" took care of it fast before I knew it he said I needed a new battery. Awesome I thank you very much. Prompt service got what I needed I appreciate you. If I ever need any service I will be calling Allstar roadside assistance.

Rajab went above and beyond. Took off his shoes, socks and jacket to literally swim to the car and hook it up. Very kind, respectful, professional and empathetic. Google, you need to allow ten stars.

They were great. Professional and easy to talk to. A great value for the service. Ive had tow services take advantage of the situation before, but First Class Towing did not at all. Id recommend the company to anyone needing their service. Thank you guys for getting me out of a tough spot !!

Great service. Thank you for getting out quicker than normal and I had already waited an hour and a half for AAA who never showed up.. It's bad enough when your car breaks down, and having to wait hours to get it towed just makes it worse. Thank you for the tow! Appreciate it!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

My truck broke down called them they came out they were very efficient reasonable and very knowledgeable wish all the States had the same service as these folks provide. My service guy was Sam give him a raise!!!!

Very speedy, very polite, and took the time to try and jump it just incase I didn't need the tow. Was even mindful and polite to others in the parking lot, hurried and moved his truck when he realized he was blocking a lady in her car. Would definitely recommend the driver I had.

Yesterday I was towed two miles down the road and had a great experience with the staff, price, and service overall. Monty was very friendly and helpful, which turned a bad situation into a better one. I will definitely recommend them to others in the future!

Had some trouble getting the first truck to me so they sent another within 15 minutes. Outstanding service helping me get unstuck during the first big snow of the season, cannot recommend them enough!

Great service at an unbeatable price. Another place quoted me $35 higher for the same haul! Husse Mohammad went above and beyond to make sure my car was transported safely and he came in a nice new tow truck. Would use them again, if ever needed. Thanks again

They tried towing my vehicle and went through my personal belongings before even checking to make sure it was the right car! Thank goodness someone saw them going through my car! Called the business to inform them of the incident! They told me to call the police and hung up on me.. very unprofessional and employees aren t even checking to make sure they have the right vehicle!! Absurd!!!

Monte was very helpful while he supported me with a flat tire fix. I ended up not using the tow service, but he stuck around to give a hand and offer advice during the quick fix all at no charge. I could tell he was just trying to help me out.

They were prompt, friendly and navigated a narrow back road. Moe was awesome and was able to get vehicle loaded that has electrical or computer problems started to load. Would highly recommended them!Service: Local haulingService: Local hauling

I did not have a good experience. My car stalled on the middle of a busy highway. I used my State Farm roadside assistance and this Is the towing they sent. The whole process took THREE HOURS. They kept pushing the time again and again. Then when they arrived, they took me the completely wrong direction when I told them the auto shop three hours prior. 0/10.

Sam was very clear about what to expect and did his best to help. We were messed around by another towing company who after changing the price a few times and reconfirming pickup decided to abandon us on a Friday before a long weekend. Sam responded immediately late in the day on a Friday and helped us out. Hope we don't need towing again but we will definitely use this company again.Service: Local hauling

Driver showed up with requested flatbed and proceeded to tell me that my towing job was not completely covered by insurance. He then proceeded to suggest "special measures" needed to be taken in order to guarantee the car would get on the flatbed safety and without damage. These "special measures" would not be covered by my insurance company and I would have to pay out of pocket. I pressed him to describe the special measures and it turned out to be a couple of 2x4 boards to get the lower car on the trailer. It seemed very sly and dishonest as he had nothing in writing, seemed to be making stuff up on the fly. He then blamed our insurance company for not dispatching the correct truck. We called the insurance the next day and they read us the exact note that was left for the company. "Tilting flat bed needed. 2009 Corvette Z06. Low car." The towing company is supposed to be the professional and should always get the vehicle on safely. This should never be an extra charge. Consumers beware. I denied the service and was very unhappy with the company. Very unprofessional, felt like I was speaking with a con artist. As I researched the company, it seems to be built on fake reviews, as the driver (Mohammed) left one on the facebook and google reviews, and the company responds as if he were a customer.

Best tow experience I've ever had. After calling roadside assistance I was given an ETA of 60 mins. Monty, from First Class Towing was to me when I needed him most and in record time!! He called within the first few moments of dispatch to make sure we were okay and told me he would be there promptly. We were stranded on the side of the road on US-23 with transmission malfunction, so that was good news! Monty was out to rescue us within 10 mins! Not only was our driver reliable, fast, and very knowledgeable he was warm and very caring. I can't thank Monty enough for his care and service. We rode back with him to the dealership for 28 miles, enjoying a smooth and comfortable ride. Top notch service and quality care. Would recommend to any friend. I have his contact info in case of any future emergencies. Thank you so much for all of your help today Monty!

Must have been busy for a Wednesday night. Took AAA 30+ minutes just to find a company to do the job. First Class was that company and they beat the estimated arrival by 15 minutes. Mohammed Hussein was courteous and efficient. If I need a tow again and First Class gets the call, I hope he is the driver.

Great Service at a fair price!After waiting in the rain for AAA to dispatch a truck for 5 hours we googled "towing near me". Rajab told me his ETA would be 30-40 minutes, I was very pleased when he arrived in 30 minutes. My fully-faired R1100RT had never let me down nor been towed before; I wasn't sure how he'd handle it, but he assured me he'd moved lots of bikes and not to worry. He got it loaded and brought it home without incident. And then he even helped me restart the bike. The hack was a 2nd gear bump start and he pushed! Thanks a bunch, Rajab!Service: Motorcycle towing

The tow truck driver caused about $500+ Worth of damage to my car by improperly taking the car off the tow truck and the company refused to work on an area of my car because it had been worked on previously. The materials needed to repair my car took about a month of hassling because of poor communication on their end. They also refused to pay for the labor and other slight damages. I d rather Flintstone my car than call this company ever again.Service: Car towing
