I initially called and they got me right in for my alignment. Service was super fast and very friendly. I went back to get an alignment and brake service. Again, fast and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. It s where I ll go moving forward!

Dropped my truck off for an alignment today around 9:30, didn't have an appointment. I asked if they could squeeze it in for an alignment today if I could leave it until 5:30pm.They said not a problem, I got a call 50 minutes later saying it was good to go.That's an insane turn around time for a drop off. And that wasn't the best part.I asked if they could get my alignment to a specific value within the allowable factory specifications. The guy who did the alignment got it dead nuts on the mark perfect.Truck has never driven better. I'm totally satisfied with the results and the service.Corporate, give these fine folks a bonus. This store provided literally the most exemplary experience for a customer possible. Would give 10 stars if I could.They do more than alignments, too and with that display of efficiency, I'd certainly recommend that anyone reading this should feel confident in their ability to get your car squared away and back on the road.

Been coming here for more years than I can remember. I drive 25 minutes to come to this location. Always fast, always professional and accommodating. Russ is the best! Thank you to everyone for taking care of us and keeping us on the road and safe!

I recently visited Firestone for a car inspection, while the service itself was satisfactory, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism in how I was addressed. Instead of being called by my name, I was referred to as 'Honda Civic.' As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and being addressed by my car's name felt impersonal and disrespectful. I hope Firestone takes steps to ensure all customers are treated with the dignity they deserve.

Great experience, only second time used so far, easily my go to now. Very happy w/ kindness, timeliness & pricing. I'm only giving a 9 out of 10 because I (my personal) position/view on anything is that there could always be something better unknown, and also in case people read reviews, I never trust 10's over and over, think a 9 reflects honesty and quality, not perfection. Very happy though! (Unless something bad happens too quickly haha)

Briarwood Firestone is a powerhouse. Lead by their manager Russ. I have 4 kids that drive now. My 16 year old son had 2 tires go bad, then had a blowout on the way to Firestone. My son took the wheel off, took it to Firestone, Russ got him in and out in no time. My son then went and put the tire back on his car, drove back to Firestone for the other 3 tires to be installed. Once again Russ got him right in and back out. It s a good feeling knowing I can send my 16 year old son there and know he s taken care of not taken advantage of. We live in Flat Rock, Mi. We still drive all the way to Ann Arbor due to the customer service I ve been receiving for the past 10 years or so. All of the employees are incredible, due to the leadership and customer service their leader Russ provides to all of his customers. I cannot say enough good things about this store.

We have used this Firestone in the past 12 years for alignment, tire repair and rotation. They have been helpful and always tried to work us in to the schedule. Last week I had an issue with the weight on a tire coming off and Steve quickly got me in and had it fixed. I appreciate this as most shops are not accommodating and understand about customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE! Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Been here 2 times, and both the same experience. Incredibly overpriced and gouged, almost every other mechanic will do what they do for half the money. First time I got my car back, they left my window halfway down, basically asking for someone to steal from it. When confronted, everyone played dumb and had 0 accountability. I guess windows just open by themselves now, huh? Now most recently, my wife had a simple headlight change for a whopping $76, only for it to not even last a year and have another more trusted mechanic tell us it was a bad headlight. I mean, looking back at the receipt, they didn't even list the right car.. If you can't identify a car correctly at an autoshop, find a different line of work. For reference, our mechanic ended up doing BOTH headlights for only $40.

Do not schedule an appointment online!! Call to schedule. We scheduled an appointment (4 hours prior to appointment time) for an oil change and alignment online. Drove 40 minutes to arrive and be told that they can do the oil change but not the alignment. This lack of communication is unprofessional and becomes the customer s issue. A simple phone call would have been nice to let us know that.

Great service. Straight forward. Knew what my vehicle needed. I had dropped it off the night previously and when I called they were already looking at it. They also stayed in touch numerous times. Had the parts already in stock too. Couldn't be better.

It was a weekend judt before Christmas on a Sunday morning I went our to find a very low tire on my vehicle. after Sunday services I called Firestone because they are the only tire store in our area that might be able to fix my tire. The leak was slow enough that I could drive the vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off while my wife and I shopped. A short while later I received a call saying I would have to replace my tire because the leak was too close to the sidewall. This would cost me a whopping $240.My tires have about 50% wear so I told him I was going to have to shop around.I took the next day off of work and stopped by Belle Tire. The salesperson walked out to my vehicle with me and found the leak and said. Yup we can fix that! You have alot of life still in this tire.BUYER BEWARE!!

I scheduled through their website for an oil change and vehicle inspection.When I arrived they took my information quickly. Within a few hours they called back with recommended work based on the inspection. I discussed the significance of each recommendation and they were understanding when I declined some recommended work.They completed all the work and the oil change promptly so I was able to pick up my car at the end of the day.I was in the lobby for a short time but it seemed to be clean, at a comfortable temperature, and at a comfortable sound level. I didn't check Wi-fi performance and chair comfort because I didn't stay for the day. If your plan is to stay while Firestone completes your service/repairs, I recommend checking other reviews for such information.It was a simple process with good results so I would recommend this Firestone to friends.

I went to change my tire. They obligated me to change both. I did, and two months later I had an issue again with the brand new tire. It was dangerous to drive my car with the tire like that. When I call them for the problem, the guy on the phone was extremely rude and sarcastic with me. He asked me to pay again. When I question him why I should pay again for an already new bad tire, he hanged up the phone on me. Very rude to the core!

i have used that Firestone Briarwood for over 20 years and they have always taken care of me from fitting me in when i have had several different hub assemblies go out on me and they got my repair done fast so that i was not layed up with no vehicle to scheduling oil changes over my lunch hour.The support that i have been given by the office crew from tires to tune-ups has been tremendous and it is a great feeling that they have alway had my back.

Don t go here unless you want to waste your time. Especially don t go in there if you re a young girl because they will try to take advantage of you. I was lied to multiple times, and did not receive the services I payed for. They had to refund me for my entire service because they didn t fulfill it and they weren t even able to fix the issue. It was a week long ordeal all for the issue I was having not to be fixed. It was a huge waste of time and money. Do not waste your time, go to a different Firestone.

They broke my wheel stud and expect me to pay for their carelessness. They want $165 to fix their mistake. They gave me $50 off stud replacement (so stud replacement is normally $215, apparently). Do they just crack studs to generate business? I would never ever recommend you take your car here because they are incompetent.

Terrific experience! Love that this location is open on Sundays, but they understand urgency as well. I called to make sure they had the tires I needed, (4 other places did not) and 13 minutes later, they were pulling my car in. Took me 12 minutes to drive there, and they were pulling in my car as I was checking in. Customer service was top-notch and I won't be taking my car anywhere else for tires!

Highly recommend! I was in a pinch for time and needed a quick repair. I walked in to meet Al at the desk, explained the situation, and he jumped right into action solving my problem and getting me back on the road within 5 minutes! Al saved my day! I brought my vehicle in for a pair of windshield wipers and was told I needed a new battery. The battery was installed improperly and created a huge headache and several hours of unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Great place. Had a tire fixed that had a nail in it. This was done on a Sunday, did not think they were open. Plus I bought these tires at Firestone and paid for the warranty. After 2 years repair was still free.

I was told by a different place that I needed my front brakes replaced really soon, so I booked an appointment at Firestone which is much closer to my home. I took it in this morning and with half an hour got a call asking if I was having brake issues. They let me know I had 7mm of brake material left, (not the 2mm the other place told me), and that they do not need to be replaced yet. They told me the only thing their tech could see was the engine air filter is getting a little dirty, he told me the cost of that, and encouraged me to get the most life out of it and have it done with my next oil change. They re not doing any work for me today, but I will 100% be coming back to this location for future service because I know they re honest and forthright.

Everytime I come here I get fantastic service! They're accommodating with your timeframe and do phenomenal work! I've gotten tires from here & purchased the lifetime alignment for my car which has already paid for itself!!Russ delivers seriously 100,000% efforts for his customers. He managed to work me in the schedule several times for emergency tire issues over the years when it didn't seem possible. He finds the best deals possible for his customers and ensures that you get the most out of your services and whatever deals they have to offer that aren't necessarily well-known to the general public.I will *never* go anywhere else for maintenance work, tire repair/purchases or any other services that I can obtain here.

This is one of my favorite place for tires, rotation, balance and alignment! I tend to go to the dealer for my services because I'm fiscally irresponsible and immature but the one mature decision I've made is to go here for all things tire related!

Paid for an oil change. They didn't even check and fill the air in the tires or fill up the windshield wiper fluid. Who knows if they even checked the levels of other things.

Came into town to pickup a load after my 34 hr reset. I didn't expect to be able to get tires on in a day without an appointment etc. To my very pleasant surprise this Firestone had the tires I wanted at a good price, AND were able to install on a Sunday without an appointment! They did an excellent job and I was back on the road in short order. Thank you!

Called in today because I needed some maintenance done on my Tesla, the guy immediately proceeds with a super rude tone to tell me they don t work on Teslas and to go elsewhere and doesn t want my business, and that he hates electric vehicles and to get off the phone, If these are the kinds of people you guys have working for you I wonder how much of a terrible job they do on the cars, this guy needs to be fired asap.

*No Stars!!! The WORST!!!! A week ago, 7/19/23, I brought my truck in to this Firestone, and I was told I needed a new trailing arm, and it had to be ordered, so they scheduled my repair appointment for the following Monday (today 7/24). Ok, sure. Waited all that time (5days) and didn t drive to be safe. Get there first thing today, MONDAY morning, and Firestone has no record of my needed repair, the appointment, or the part I need, so they take another HOUR looking at it to tell me the same thing they said a week ago-need to order the part! I explained I have a lot going on, and I already did these steps to plan-I had an appointment. They didn t even apologize for my major inconvenience. It s like they were annoyed w me!! Who does sloppy, ineffective, piss-poor business like that!? This place!!!! Don't waste your valuable time here! They DGAF!!!!
