Went in for a tire patch and waited in person. They inspected the tire and only found a leak maybe at the valve stem. I had previously soapy watered the known puncture so a big red flag for when they didn't find it. Got home after the work was performed, tpms isn't reading on that wheel and re-soapy watered where the puncture was and there is still a leak there. I'm going to a different Firestone to see if they can do it right.

Once again I'm very happy with my experience. Despite being short staffed they got me in and out quickly. You can count on their honesty and reliable service, where things are done right the first time. Such a rarity in business these days, I highly recommend for all your Automotive needs you will not be disappointed

I wish I could negative rating.I booked an appointment at Ann Arbor location for service of my car 1 week before for 04/23/2024. I dropped my car at 9 AM and I received work order email. At 4 PM I called the store to check when can I pick up my car, they replied the car is not ready yet but should be ready before 6 PM. I did not receive any call from the store and when I reached the store at 5:45 PM (as the store close time is 6 PM)I saw my car is NOT moved from the place where I parked my car in the morning. When I asked the store about my car they told me we can t do it today.They never called me to tell this and after keeping the car for whole day, when customer reaches store, they are saying it can t be done today. You take a new appointment. This is so irresponsible from Anna Arbor FireStone

The only place I will take my car. Been going here for years! Reliable and friendly work, always a good experience. The one time I did have an issue, they promptly corrected it and gave me a free oil change in the future. 100% reccommend the Arbor Land location!

They provide reliable care with great customer service and affordable rates throughout their locations that I have been to in Ypsilanti, Grand Rapids, and, Rochester, MI. Their staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell, and services so they can best provide the customer.

The staff was wonderful. Came in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Added on an inspection for $23. It took a long time for a scheduled appointment and, as always, tried to get me to spend hundreds of dollars more on what was described to me as "unnecessary work." So, instead of discussing this on our phone conversation, they made me come back to give yes or no on the additional work. Mechanical work and parts have become outrageously expensive, and most of us don't make enough money to get that work done

I've used this Firestone outlet for years to service the family cars. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They have also show sensitivity to the difference between "this has to be fixed immediately" versus "lets keep an eye on it", especially as our needs changed from "kid's car while attending college 500 miles away" versus "weekend fun car that never goes more than 10 miles from home".Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Transmission repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

These guys are great. We are a long time customer with a fleet of vans we take to Firestones often. This firestone went above and beyond today despite the busy schedule to replace one tire that had a blow out. So we can get back on the road to finish out our job as drivers. I would recommend this shop to anyone, they put their customers first!

Would highly NOT recommend this place. My brake fluid leaked out while I was driving near this store, which is the only reason I had it towed there. As you can imagine, suddenly not being able to use your brakes while you re driving is really scary. So I was really frazzled when I walked in, but I was still holding it together. When I got to the counter, the employee comments, you look like you re about to have a nervous meltdown. It made me feel uncomfortable and I finally broke down crying after which he said multiple times, it s just a car. I felt he was so insensitive and he made me feel bad and humiliated for being upset. He told me they would get to my car the next day, but I never got a call. I had to call them myself two days later to check the status. The repair tech said it would take 1-2 weeks and would cost $1300+. Instead I had it towed to a local business down the road that got it done the same day for just over $500. So unacceptable. I never write bad reviews, but this really bothered me.Service: Brakes

I got a flat fire on Xmas eve and had my car towed to Firestone. Matt was so nice to my mom and I and they promptly fixed my tire. They even topped off Mt oil and windshield wiper fluid free of charge. Thank you for saving the day and making the process so painless. Highly recommend!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Got them to run an inspection on my car and change the serpentine belt. The reason for the low rating is my experience with the front staff guy. I asked him to print off what's required for my car and lets go over them briefly. Then he just gave me a long sheet of items. I look at the sheet and notice a bunch of just suggestions and stuff to "maximize performance" and I ask him again let's go over what is actually needed. He points to the paper again. I then have to ask him one by one what the problems are and wait as he gives me poor responses that barely answer my question. It would be different if someone was behind me, but if I am going to pay hundreds for labor, he could at least stop speaking like I am dumb and like a normal person. It was a challenge with him, so I will take my money elsewhere.Service: Steering & suspension repair

called in the morning to get my tire changed and they said I can come back later for one. Later comes by and I go in and they tell me they are too backed up and they cant do it. I went back home and my brother recalled them under a different number not knowing we were the same people and they said I can bring it in. I go in and I get started with a attitude and that they are going to try , How are you going to try, its either you get it done or not. I went it around 3 and it took about two hours for a tire change. If it wasnt sunday I would never had came here because this is the only option I had. Wish I can give it 0 stars but google wont let me. Please save your money and spend it else where.. Not to mention there prices are expensive compared to local tire shopsService: Tires

Why do these places get you to make an appointment, leave your car then do not even look at it until the next day? Then not even give you time estimate for the following day! I am losing money folks. Got jacked by the tow company as well. Hooked up car, then he gets a call after it is already connected states my insurance won't cover that sort of tow? Told to pay $60.00 or he has to take it off the truck. On phone with insurance carrier and they said that is not true. They will send out another driver. Ended up using this driver and paying $60.00 for the towing. Took 3 hours to get the first truck to tow. First snow storm of the season. People times and things are tough. BE NICE. We don't know what each of us are going through. I respect you please be respectful of others.

I got some work done on my car here and within a week after I started having major car issues. I brought my car in multiple times to them and they claimed they fixed it. The last time I brought my car in they turned me away and refused to even look at my car leaving me to drive around with my check engine light on and my car stalling. Very unprofessional and condescending staff.Services: Tires, Electrical, Battery

I definitely recommend them 10/10! First of all I am really grateful that they are open on Sundays as well. Also, the service was prompt, efficient working and the crew were friendly and very helpful. My car's front wheel guard came off and got stuck to the wheel. Upon knowing that I am from out of town and had a trip scheduled that day, they helped in resolving the issue quite quickly so that I was able to get back on road in time. I am really thankful to them for all their help!

Worst experience with a repair shop I ve ever had.My family and I were returning home to Ohio from vacation in northern Michigan. We were run off the road on the highway at 5:30 in the evening on a Friday. Unfortunately the only shop still open was Firestone and that included the weekend. I have a wife and two children under two. We got our vehicle towed there and the driver and mechanic agreed that the van was drivable and they would pull the van into the bay the next morning to begin looking at the damage.I got a hotel room across the street for my family and they said to call in first thing to get the estimate.I called in at 9 and they said they were waiting for the tow truck to return as my vehicle was not drivable to get it in the bay. They were also going to charge me for a 2nd tow even though the mechanic and the driver agreed it was drivable. THIS WAS MY FIRST RED FLAG.I went to the shop around 11am to see if they had any updates. They walked me out and asked has your van been sitting in water for two years or something? It s completely rusted out. I told them no, and that it was not rusted out, but to give me the estimate. (For the record, my front control arm had snapped when I was run off the road). He claimed that he would have to replace both control arms, and then rattled off about 10 other things.He said the total to be done would be approximately $4200. I immediately told them to not touch another thing.I called AAA and scheduled for them to haul my van the 175 miles back to my mechanic. I would gladly pay over $500 to be towed back to have it fixed by an honest company.When my mechanic looked at the estimate sheet the Firestone gave he, he said they were triple charging me for parts, and the labor rate was unheard of.He did all the work just under $1500 and I ve been up and running since.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Driving past Ann Arbor while traveling home from vacation, I blew out a tire. I called them at 4:30 when they closed by 6:00. After switching to a donut and getting my car to them by 5:30, they got me in and out and back on the road in 20 minutes. I thought I would have to spend money on a hotel that night instead of getting home.They were incredibly professional and helpful. You ve gained a loyal customer today.Service: Tires

Needed a 120k service. Brought it here for the first time and they worked with me to draft up a list of what needed to be worked on based on the car's service schedule and what I had done already previously. they did not try to sell me unnecessary services.During the inspection, they took me to my car on the hoist to point out exactly where shock/strut components were worn and needed replacing at some point down the road - I really appreciated this. I went in with no appointment and they still made sure I was done in good time. Very pleased overall and will definitely return with both my car and my wife's car in the future. Added benefit of having so many stores and restaurants within walking distance rather than having to sit in the waiting area or arranging a pickup/dropoff.Update: 6/15/2019Exceptional service for regular oil changes, maintenance, check engine light diagnosis/fix, tire repair/replacement. I now have had 3 vehicles in the past 4 years brought here regularly with personable and honest work. They do not try to sell me things I don t need and all repairs are done right the first time. The staff treat me with utmost respect and dignity, recognizing me the moment I walk in.

This place really took the advantage of me not knowing about a good mechanic from bad ones. This is the worst place ever . my car went in with one light on engine light The claim I need a knew turbocharger, engine assembly and parts $1745.76. Now all my lights are on saying multiple things are not working. I made a complaint with corporate. We were told to take back and now they claim the can't get a reading to what is wrong. They just sent my son away and said nothing they can do. It's being check out by another mechanic now. I'm waiting for the results to let you all know. Please don't take your vehicle to this place. Mechanic good for oil change and fix tires only!!!

I appreciate the service I receive when I bring my vehicle into the Firestone at Arborland location. The team has always been honest with what I've needed. They've worked with me when I needed to complete certain repair or service on my truck and what could wait until another date. They've kept me informed about offers that may help me financially and they've done a great job with their services and keeping me informed if anything came up unexpectedly. I would absolutely refer them to others and will be back.

Great and fast service. Found a TPMS warning light just one day before heading out of town, and Firestone was able to squeeze me in the same day on a Sunday. Resolved the issue in an hour as well! Incredible experience here, and thank you Firestone for giving me peace of mind for the upcoming trip!
