Their customer service is top notch. Brought my truck here this morning due to puncture and fix. The promised time due to current work load is two hours, they were able to finish in one hour! Will absolutely be back! Thank you fellas!

We've been here plenty of times over the last five or so years. They're consistently competent. They do what you ask, explain things clearly, move customers along at a reasonable rate. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Great location!! Matt took great care of me! Gave me a great deal and took care of my vehicle! Great customer service, very fast on one of the busiest days of the year and very organized!! I will definitely return to this location! Highly recommended!

Had a ridiculous experience here. I needed a new wheel and rim after hitting a rock on the freeway. In-person, they ordered the part and told me they would call in a few days. After a week with no call, I cannot get ahold of them over the phone, instead being routed to a corporate call center. They tell me the location will call me back; the never do. I reach out again to find out that they had no record of me visiting, but see there is a wheel scheduled for delivery. The record is updated with my name and phone number. They will call when it arrives.This never happens.A week after that, I spend hours trying to reach *anyone* at *any* location. Long hold times, dropped calls, etc. I am repeatedly told there is no record of the wheel being ordered and am promised return calls. These never come.The wheel never comes. The tire never comes. The return phone calls never come. They just don't care.I had been a Discount Tire customer for a long time. After this, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. What a waste.

National brand franchises are usually not great to deal with, but not these folks. Both this store on Jackson Rd., and the one that used to be on Washtenaw Ave., have strong cultures of customer service. I just bought a set of tires for our 2012 Prius having set up the deal on the phone a few days before. When I arrived for the app't. there was a small kerfuffle over the price. Staff/mgt. were flexible enough to keep me happy. And, later, they discovered a problem with the after-market lug-nut locking wrench and fixed it with no fuss. I've been using these folks for over 20 years and have every reason to continue.

Feb 2024No wait this morning to get tires checked out! Rotated and balanced under an hour. Apparently, they're slower this time of year now...so great time to get in! Friendly staff and great service!June 2023Always great customer service...will be a wait in line as usual. Best to make an appointment, if you want service if any kind, unless an emergency. Arrive at least a half hour before your appointment time, since it can get backed up even to check in. Also, service can take awhile, so best to ask to see how long it'd take, in case you need to plan the rest of your day.Some days they've been short staffed for any number of reasons. Please be patient. I know it can be frustrating. I've had to endure my share. But the guys really are doing their best from what I've witnessed and have kept their cool in being polite to angry customers.

My car was damaged because they did not use the correct jacking point to lift the car. Very upset. What is more troubling is the attitude of the workers when I talked to them about the damage. They were like this is my car s problem, not theirs and things like this happen. I have my car lifted at Costco many times and never had any issues. Only once at Discount Tire and now it is like this.

Great place to get tires, free winter tire install compared to A2 Toyota dealer. Wish we had worked with them years earlier, would have saved $$.

I had my brand new Chevy Blazer there to replace a blown out tire with only 10k miles on it. They tried to sell me a new "set" of 2 tires and told me that my tire was discontinued and that there was no way to get it. I told them I'd wait a few days. Found the tire at Walmart in Livonia and drove out there on the spare tire instead. Quicker service, and no lying to me to try and get me to spend more money.

Jason and the entire crew at discount tire were so great! The service was exceptional and they had my tire fixed so quickly for free! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!! I will definitely be back.

Had 10am appt. Matt met us went over options for new tires. Got us in right away. Matt is very professional, and gave great customer service. I definitely recommend.

Terrible service had to come back 3 times and still had problems with them wanting to road balance my tires. Lazy service ended up going to Brighton location and they took care of me ended up ordering all new tires and replacing them no questions asked. Do not go here

Matthew was efficient and respectful upon check in. Service was completed quickly with only a ten minute delay. No one tried to upsell me or use scare tactics like the New Hudson location. I'll be using this location moving forward, it was a drastic difference between the two locations.

Compared time to get tire and pricing to Costco and Discount Tires won in both. Tires not in store but ordered and delivered same day at 4:30 pm. Most places would have told me next day but they had these mounted and ready for pick up at 7 pm! Great customer service.

Nobody does it better than Discount tire. Their balance machines are the best, and the difference is so noticable. Their prices are great, and with free balance and rotation they cannot be beat. Lifetime customer for tires!

If you are looking for that personal service that built the discount tire empire then you are going to need a time machine. I recently found that unless you can do everything on line your in real trouble with DT. They forgot who they are. People helping people not cell phones helping people. I'm currently looking for a new tire purveyor.

This is the go-to place whenever you have any tire issues. Reed is a gem of a person and was super accomodating. I had a nail in my tire and Reed was able to fix it and reassure me of its durability. They literally treat you like family. Thank you Reed !

I called on a whim for a tire rotation and balance on my wife s Ford transit 350. Patrik got me all taken care of. Mark did an awesome job balancing my tires. Everybody there is professional and courteous. I even saw the manager go above and beyond for another customer while I was there. They have certainly earned my business for the future. Thank you!

Very bad experience, just went there for a tire checkup and they started suggesting all the expensive tires and when I did not buy, from the next day I started getting so many calls from different auto repair companies regarding their schemes and what not. Then there were random people facetiming me. Totally horrible experience. Was almost about to call 911.

Christian was incredibly friendly, clear, concise, and timely, and was always present and aware. I appreciated that he came out to greet me in the parking lot whenever I dropped by, and he and his co-worker were pleasant to chat with. I'll be back if I ever need any tire repair/replacement.
