Just wow.. I have to advise anyone searching for a reliable vehicle to stop by Cromax Automotive before making your final decision. They have a wide arrangement of quality cars to choose from. The leasing office is attached to an auto-shop, meaning you ll be in good hands for the entire life of your vehicle! Sami, Ali & the beautiful Nada are a team like I never seen before. They work together so well to really make sure you get the smoothest experience possible, every time. I ve bought multiple cars off of this lot & they ve never tried to upsell me. They give their honest opinion on what car will best suite you & your needs. Me & my family absolutely love this place. Thanks again, Semi!

Highly recommend this place. I found Cromax Automotive after visiting some of the major dealers in town. It is a family run business and will work with you based on your budget and needs. They are honest about the advantages and disadvantages of every used car that they have. They also let me do an inspection of the car at one of the local dealers (paid by me), so that I could get an outside opinion and assess the long-term health of the car. When I drove the car off the lot, there was an issue with the windshield. I took it back to ask about it and they fixed it for me. If you're looking to buy a used car, I would start here. They are not looking to make a quick buck, but want to develop long-term relationships with their customers.

I needed a car badly after my jeep was totaled. I came across a Jeep Patriot on Facebook sent out a message and immediately was contacted back. The process was smooth, Sam was super helpful and gave me the information I needed. Today I'm happy to say I'm back on the road, thanks to Cromax Automotive. Trust is major in the days we live in now and I'm happy to say if your looking for a vehicle, you can trust that Sam and his team will take care of you like family.

5 stars for awesome, professional, very friendly, trustworthy service, made me feel right at home to test drive the car, and get the car checked my a mechanic, Worked with me on the price, and with me being in 1-1/2 hours away, they took care of everything that day , very quickly, and to save me another trip, they provided the car delivered which was a huge appreciation. The entire experience was a pleasure. Sat with me and went over all details, which made me comfortable. I will be back the next time I m in the market. I have already recommended to friends to look at cars on the inventory, I liked the last comment before i left, that i was now part of the family and if i needed anything to let them know. Thanks

MI went in and inquired about a vehicle, and it was like they didn't want to sell me a vehicle. They didn't look up other vehicles for me. The lady just sent me to their other storage lot for cars, and the guy there just kept hanging up and talking on the phone with someone. It's a little disheartening.

I cannot say enough good things about Cromax Automotive of Ann Arbor. My family has both bought and sold with them. They treat you like family! Honest, kind, and generous. They sell good cars and also offer a fair price if you need to sell a car. They even let us drive a car we already sold them until we were ready to move.Then, after we moved from Ann Arbor, Sami actually helped us with our car search in Arizona! Truly makes you feel good about humanity to work with Sami and his son. They are simply the best!

This place is amazing and they treat you like family! They are the only dealership that offered us the full Kelly Blue book value for our trade in and the cars for sale were very reasonably priced! Cannot recommend this place enough!

What can i not say about my experience with Sami and the staff at Cromax Automotive. Originally we went in for one car it had been sold. I kept asking what about this car? And he was straight up with me and told me no. Not that one. I really appreciated his honesty. Needless to say he had a vehicle that was perfect for me. I left with my new car. I totally recommend Cromax Automotive to anyone looking for a good used car. I will definitely be spreading the good word on how great everyone and everything went. Your A+++ in my book

From start to finish my experience was awesome. I greatly appreciate Sammy's assistance. I told him the price range I wanted to stay in and the type of vehicle I wanted. He stayed within the range and showed me the options. I didn t feel pressured or wasn't bombarded with upsale talk. He was friendly and helpful. This was the easiest process I ve ever had buying a car. I would recommend Cromax Automotive to buy a new car or sell your old car. The staff is wonderful.Sammy was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Service was very good. 1st time buying a car from them and will probably return.

I went to Cromax with a limited budget and a specific car in mind that I found there on CarGurus. The owner, Sami, was very friendly, courteous, and professional. I was able to negotiate a fair price for the car I wanted. He even went out of his way to help me when I had a card issue when it was time to pay. They have a great inventory with plenty of variety. I highly recommend looking to Cromax for your next vehicle purchase!
