This place is great! I came in right when they opened and they were able to fix my car in just about 2 hours! The staff is super friendly and made me feel welcome while I waited. The pricing seemed very fair, especially for such quick fixing! Now I am able to safely travel home just in time for Spring break. Thank you Complete Auto Service of Ann Arbor!

Super quick & easy service and the people are awesome. I felt listened to and attended to. The space is cozy. Brittany at the front desk was super kind and friendly as well as John the owner who I watched have multiple conversations with other customers as well that wonderfully accommodated to their needs and were always super respectful.

From start to finish, I had an absolutely superb experience at Complete Auto Service of Ann Arbor. The people who work there make you feel right at home. They re very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. I also greatly appreciated their attention to details that were highly relevant to the issues I was having with my vehicle. I greatly enjoyed listening to their explanations and rationale behind the repair work. I found that theirqt prices for parts and services were very fair and reasonable. My vehicle was repaired promptly, and I was notified several different ways that it was ready. I really appreciated that, too! The reception area and waiting room was very nice and comfortable. I enjoyed my interactions with the receptionists Brittany and Kylie. I even had an opportunity to talk to the owner John. He was a delight to talk to! John explained in great detail many of the technical issues that I truly enjoyed hearing about. He s extremely knowledgeable! In addition to obviously having a very high IQ, he is very personable, warm and friendly. I was very impressed with Complete Auto Service of Ann Arbor. I plan on doing more business with them in the future and recommending them to all of my family and friends. It s a great place with great service, great people, and very fair and reasonable prices. I had never taken my car here before, but I wouldn t hesitate returning in the future, if needed. They did a good job, were professional, and prices were fair. An extra plus they offer is a loaner car while your car is being repaired. That helped me out greatly so I wouldn t be stuck there all day or dependent on others to give me a ride. Thanks again!

I had a rattle driver front. Had a 1pm appointment, but the car when in at 2. Waited 2&1/2 hours. Diagnosis was the strut was not previously greased and had to be replaced, and of course BOTH had to be done and the car alignment. $1700. Nope.....So I paid $89 for that info. Flat rate repair is not always a good thing.BUT the people working there are very nice.

Love Complete Auto Care! Treat me like family. Walk in & take care of me & my car. I call them my Ford Explorer s doctor. Can't praise them enough! Apparently I punctured my tire on the expressway and was barely able to pull into their driveway with my tire smoking. John and his assistant immediately started helping me and I had a new tire on my vehicle within a half hour and was on my way to my appt. What kind, caring people they are too. They are outstanding - just the kind of place you want to do business with.

Everyone is so kind and thorough. I'm from out of town and when my car broke down, I was crying They took me in immediately.When they finished everything, it was explained to me in terms I could understand.Plus, this is the most emaculent clean shop I have ever been in.I was comfortable and reassured everything was going to be all right.Thank you to all the staff and owners. You're amazing

I had the BEST experience at complete auto service of Ann Arbor. All the staff, including John, were beyond helpful and kind. In addition to working on what I came in for, John personally changed my brake light for me when he noticed it was out. Complete Auto did a complete and thorough check of my truck, they told me what was wrong and how much everything would cost and then they did an awesome job repairing it all. A customer where I work recommended them to me& I would recommend them to anyone. They are professional and trustworthy. I would recommend them for any auto repairs!!Eileen

Only 1 star, since the owner ASSUMED I called and was quoted a price, but actually received the estimate from his "Master Mechanic"... I went elsewhere (MDP Repair near Jackson see cost difference below).I was in the area and seen the reviews, stopped for a steering issue and quoted $500 for the repair. Went to my normal shop and the issue was not the pump itself but a sensor. Spent $190 including the diagnostic and got a free loaner car at MDP Repair.I left a simple review first and the owner replied with what he assumed I did, never reached out to me. With that reply I chose to elaborate and include the cost difference. It's very clear this place is not as organized, communicative or as "fair priced" as they portray. Go somewhere you can trust to diagnose and fix the problem that's actually needed, not someplace they think they know everything. Looking through the owners replies it's pretty clear he thinks very highly of himself.

I had a great experience with this shop! They showed me before and after repairs what the underside of the car looked like and in detail what they were going to be doing to fix my exhaust problem. I really appreciated the time they took to show me and keep me informed of everything along the way. I felt very comfortable and due to the nature of my repairs I was on the road same day! I will definitely be coming back for future repairs. Thanks Complete Auto!!

I came in right when they opened (8am) not knowing what was going on with my car. Turns out there was a lot wrong and they got it fixed for me that day. The service was excellent and they explained the issues in detail. I highly recommend complete auto service!

I went to this location for help getting into my locked car. I had left that morning to attend my college classes at Eastern when I decided to air up my tires. I had left my car running due to the fact I thought I'd leave right after that. I closed my driver-side door not thinking about it and when I went to get back into my car I couldn't. I was freaking out because I had never had this happen to me before. I went into the shop and explained the situation to Sam and asked for some help. My family had told me to just break a window to get in but by all means, I was not going to do that. So, Sam did everything that he could to pry open my driver-side door. His help saved me from having to pay a locksmith $70 to get this door open. I couldn't thank Sam enough for going out of his way to help me without a charge. Thank you for your service and I recommend checking out Complete Auto Service in Ann Arbor for all car maintenance needs!!

My mom and I visited Louie & John s after our rental car suddenly had low tire pressure. We were greeted by the friendly staff and helped right away! Our technician thoroughly checked for nails and filled our tire up with air. He even noted issues with our tread to be aware of. Total rip-off con man boss! Do NOT go here. Thieves at best. Slime dogs preying on anyone who walks in!!! Still robbing people daily!Went for simple exhaust pipe weld fix. Three times price of Midas down the street. Forty dollars for rip off estimate just to look at my pick up. This place should be put out of business and I will tell anyone who will listen. Go to Midas for fair price good fix.

I am so happy right now . My car has had lights going on for the last year and a half and I ve had issues with my transmission, catalytic converter and muffler . John, the owner, and the entire staff were friendly, patient, intelligent and well informed . And always very accommodating, getting me in with an appointment on short notice . Even letting me use a loaner vehicle when necessary . But that is only part of it . John treated my car as if it was his own car: intelligently trouble shooting, problem solving, improvising and eventually finding a solution to the the various issues . I just got back from a trip up north with no lights on my dashboard, and my engine purring like a little kitten, and getting great gas mileage as well . It was a joy to drive, and I m looking forward to more trips in the future . Perhaps most importantly though, I feel like I have gotten to know and befriend some genuinely nice people that care about me and my car, and that I can trust in the future if any issues arise . I came to visit my son and ended up having to take his car for an oil change Brittany was able to fit me in immediately and she was very pleasant on the phone and in person. On arrival I met John the owner and he was also very pleasant and got the job done fast and efficiently without costing me an arm and a leg. They have been serving my vehicles for the last five years. They have done a great job repairing and maintaining both of my SUV and Minivan. There were some engine leaking issues with my SUV, which has 250k miles on it. They were able to fix it, although it did take multiple repairs to eventually resolve the issue. The quality of the work is top tier. Overall experience is very similar to a dealership. The front desk is super friendly, and the owner frequency came out to make sure the customer is comfortable and answer technical questions. There is free Kcup coffee in the waiting room, and sometimes they offer to give you a ride if the repair takes long. The online reservation system works great. You may also text message or online chat with them to set up the appointment. The location is convenient, it is near west gate mall and I94 exits. They are capable of most repair work, and don't usually turn you down, unlike some small repair shop. Work is usually done promptly and on time. Parking is sufficient, and I have never had issue parking, and can always find spots with easy access to the office. I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone looking for a place to maintain or repair their vehicles.

This establishment is great! When they say there is no wait time they re not kidding! I walked in without an appointment and got seen immediately. My taillights were evaluated and replaced within 15 minutes of me arriving on the lot. I highly recommend this place for any of your needs!

I've been going to Complete Auto Service for many years and will continue to bring our vehicles there. Love this shop! The mechanics are top notch, efficient and they are experts in their field. They always give me an honest, fair, estimate and let me know what I need to have repaired for my safety. The people are very trustworthy and there are never any surprises when I go to cash out. Complete Auto Service does fantastic work and their managers are always kind and knowledgeable.

I was told my engine was completely gone. I was also told I needed a catalytic converter.. They said it would be 5,000 for a used engine and another 5,000 to have it put in. Then another 2,000 for the catalytic converter. Something didn t seem right. So I took my Jeep to the dealership. only the top of the engine needed work and I didn t need a catalytic converter. 1,925 and 10 cents my baby back on the road and riding smooth.

5 stars. Informed me of the work required. Free loaner vehicle. Work completed next day. Highly recommend. Also complete auto service have vehicles that are for sale. Check them out you won't regret the time you spend with them.

I will definitely come back! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner and Kyle at the desk. I am an Uber driver so the longer I'm off the road, I'm losing money. They were very quick and diagnosing my vehicle and getting it fixed right away. They were also very experienced with dealing with my extended warranty company. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be coming back for future repairs.

My car s AC had been out for 2 months and finally decided to take it somewhere. Every place near me was booked but I called here and John told me to bring my car by - mind you I live 30 minutes away. Fixed my ac within like 2 hours and for WAYYY less than another place told me. He explained everything to me step by step which i appreciated. Customer service was great, even seeing the interactions with other customers. Will for sure be back!Service: Air conditioning

This is how my truck was left when I came to have it towed to another location. Completely unprofessional, vehicle was further damaged, was not notified of state of vehicle. They wanted money down for the repair they were ment to do. Also over priced. Don't go here.UPDATE: So in reply to the owners comment and so everyone gets the full spectrum. For one I did not say this business caused the damage, they didn't inform me and it was left that way. I've worked at mechanic shops, have two certified master mechanic friends, and a mechanic shop I regularly go to. I vehicle should never be left that way. Also the repair was quoted at $1566.14, not $3000.
