Absolute joke of a dealership. Their sales people are literally the worst. How are you snotty and not one single person was selling a car. Made an appointment at 3:30 we are still here at 5:23. Trash is everywhere I have literally watched countless employees walk back and forth in front of trash. For the diamond of Ann Arbor not one person greeted me not one person communicated anything at all. Take the extra drive to Brighton because this place is straight up trash. I would be embarrassed if this was my establishment. I will give a shout out to the poor service manager who from what I saw was the only one working or communicating with anyone. I didn t have to pay for the old change but 2 hrs for an appointment is unacceptable. Sorry to the service manager your team sucks

This was my first time at this location and I was very very pleased with the service and the friendly service advisors all were very nice. Joe V is now my go to advisor, who was so accommodating, show me to the waiting room which was huge and very clean l which I was able to watch TV and a funny Steve Harvey Show and ate free drinks and real snacks. I had so much fun, I hadn t even paid any attention to time to the time.Thank you Joe, I will be back again and again.Service: Oil change

2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable, that should never take that long and I had an appointment. Then they rotated my tires and did not properly inflate my tires to the required PSI per the information listed on my drivers door. Unacceptable at every level. Still deciding if I will use this dealership/auto shop again, definitely will not buy a truck from them, glad I never have.

We purchased a Jeep Gladiator Rubicon from this dealership in November 2020. The vehicle currently has approximately 60,000 miles on it, and we have consistently had it serviced by authorized Jeep dealers. While the staff has always been friendly, we've encountered issues.The technicians appear competent, but unfortunately, we've had a different experience with the service manager. Following a routine oil change and tire rotation, our previously functioning vehicle refused to start and displayed an error on the panel. What should have been a standard service visit turned into a multi-day stay at the repair shop.Based on our recent experience, we strongly advise against choosing this dealership for your automotive needs.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I called and made an appointment a week away, asking them if they'd have a part to go with the one I'd already purchased. They said they'd order it and it would be ready at my appointment. The day of the appointment, they called at the end of the day saying they didn't have the part and would have it by the next day. They didn't have that part the next day either, but got an after-market part that they said they'd warranty like the one they tried to get. Got my car back two days after when I thought I would.

I would not recommend their service department to no one. They lied saying I need brakes and rotors. I did not need either. Joe the Manger and Tim both told me lies. I went to Monroe brakes and tires to have my car inspected. I didn't need brakes or rotors. Suburban tried to get over 800 dollars from me. I'm so glad I did not listen to Joe or Tim. Bad for business guys. All of us women are not going to be victims of advantage taking men.

This is the fourth Jeep dealer I've brought my Grand Cherokee L to for service, and based on this one visit it's easily the best. Straight shooters, nobody tried to upsell me on a bunch of stuff and the waiting area is legit the best one I've experienced. I will return here in the future.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The oil change and tire rotation was fine. The biggest disappointment is after buying the Grand Cherokee new from them, they won t stand behind a factory defect. The hood was not painted properly from the factory. Suburban says we don t have a body shop and can t help you. Their competitor pretended to care and has done nothing. Stellantis k owes it is a warrantable defect and isn t responding. It would appear none of them have an interest in, nor need repeat customers. Now with the UAW strike over , plan on another $5-8 k per car. Good luck with that.Services: Tires, Oil change

I am pleasantly surprised to have this experience at this Ram dealership. Very friendly staff and a clean and inviting lounge/waiting area. They have beverages, coffee machines and comfortable seatings. I have a couple luxury cars and this dealship is even better than the Mercedez dealership in Ann Arbor! Although I have waited longer than I expected but the overall experience was very pleasant. The only thing I would pick on is that I think they should wash my vihecle even for the regular maintenace job that I was there for.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

I made an appt. to diagnose a engine light notification. I dropped it off the night before, had an 8:30 am appt. About 9:30 am I get a call telling me that it will be 24-48 hours before my car will be serviced. I said I had an appt. I was told that the appts are used to just "regulate the work." Then at 10:00 am, I was sent an estimate for "the diagnosis of the problem" that I had to sign. That was for $195.87. Then they texted me a work order that was full of incorrect information on it. We have two of the same year/model vehicle, so I could understand a mistake like that if I had not spent 20 minutes in the dark, in their parking lot the night before filling out ALL the information on the envelope - including the vin #, the color, who to contact, etc. The person had just put in our name and linked the wrong car to the form. The problem was diagnosed as rodents having chewed the wires that connect to the fuel pump pressure sensor. They needed to replace connector and damaged wiring. The estimate was $800.00. The Service Advisor was able to knock $50 off of that. My impression is that if it is not going to be something covered by a warranty, then I should go to a more affordable shop. That I should try another dealer and ask if they had the same practice of using appointments to "regulate their work." The Service Advisor explained that they are having difficulty getting parts, and that they never know, day to day, when the parts will show up. That customers are waiting on the parts to come in so they can fix the cars. If this is the case at every dealership, then whenever possible I will be taking my car to an independent shop for regular service. I count on the dealership to honor appts due to my work schedule. I found this to repair experience to be frustrating, stressful and a financial hardship. Also, it is hard to know if I am comparing apples to apples, but when I searched the repair as stated on the work order, online estimates came up at almost half of what I paid. We're all stuck. We can't fix them ourselves! Argh.Service: Electrical repair

A broken vehicle is always a PITA. An intermittent problem is really at the top of the scale. Remember it is the vehicle that is being difficult, not the service department. I am happy to say the Suburban team was able to get me through the highs and lows of a multi visit Jeep repair. The dealership was able to get us in for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic that rotated our tires took off our tire sensors that we use for towing and put them back on in the right order. We were very impressed!Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

Got a oil change, estimated cost $53. They charge me$93. I've had other issues there where I believe they screwed me. I have a Fiat, and can't take just anywhere, but I'm going to search for somewhere else.

I came in for an oil change late one afternoon and although they only typically do them until 4pm they were still able to accommodate me which was super helpful because I typically work from 9-5 and wouldn't be able to get it done otherwise.

We stopped in for a brake light warning while traveling. In spite of a busy service area Tim and his manager took care of us and demonstrated genuine concern for our safety and situation. Used to be a HUGE fan of this place. However, it looks like they have had a fair amount of employee turnover in their service department. No longer a fan. In fact, I think they've lost me as a customer in general. The prices are now astronomical. For example, they wanted over $750 to do just my rear brakes. The front brakes were quoted at over $1300. And, this is just for regular brake maintenance. As for customer service, they no longer set proper expectations. Twice now, I've brought them a vehicle and they think nothing to let me know it won't be done the same day and that I would be without a vehicle over night. Once I had to limit the work they did on the vehicle because I needed it that night, and the other I was able to make last minute plans and adjust my schedule so they could have it.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change
