My experience with service was great! Sean did an amazing job setting me up with a rental that I was allowed to keep the entire time my car was being serviced. He was very kind and courteous. Was nice to be updated on the progress of my repairs as well. They got my car back to me on time. Thank you

Brought my vehicle in on a Saturday morning for oil change and tire rotation. Waiting room was spacious, clean and comfortable with almost the whole area to myself. Plenty of space to get a little work done while I waited! The work was done as promised. The staff was very professional.

Every time I take my car in I have been experienced only kindness, efficiency and skilled employees. Travis had been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond to help me and answer any questions. Chris had also been very nice, and caring. I know when I go here, things will be done right. I have had several Jeep and Chryslers, very consistent.

Chris Graham did an absolutely fantastic job on our recent visit. We discovered that a tire on our 2021 Durango had a defect. I brought our paperwork in and Chris studied it carefully. He noticed something, called a warranty company and verified that we had purchased extended coverage for specifically this problem. His diligence paid off as we had only a small fee to pay to replace the high-quality, and expensive, Ecopia tire. We have a big Thank You to Chris.

Over the course of the last year. Between looking for the right vehicle and working around the chip shortage, we stopped by a half dozen dealerships in Southeast Michigan. Suburban Chrysler in Ann Arbor was by far, the most welcome one that we utilized. Every minute from walking in the front door, working with the salesperson, to our latest stop for an oil change has been a hassle free, efficient experience.

Excellent. I brought our Pacifica in for a software update, I was told it would take about 2hrs, I was out in less than 1hr!The waiting area is clean, spacious, and full of snacks and beverages! And the employees are always welcoming.

I'm using Suburban since 1998 and I never had any problem. I bought all my Jeep cars there and for the Service ILIR has always been my helper and He still is after he became the Manager! Absolutely the best Gentleman!

Prompt and excellent service for increased noise from blower motor in heater /AC. also got full inspection/update and tire rotation.Chris Graham very organized, helpful

Oil change and tire rotation were done well and on time. The service crew are a great bunch. But even with a coupon, it was very expensive, this time.

Very quick and prompt service. Waiting area is very spacious, with plenty of tables and chairs to work while you wait, and well stocked with snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.
