I have been so impressed with the lovely mechanics that work here and the service they provide! You can tell from the moment that you pull in for service that they are communicating as a team to get your car serviced as efficiently as possible and also make the time there a positive experience. They noticed that my little kids were in the car when we arrived and quickly ran to grab them suckers, a special treat to keep them happy for the very quick visit.I thoroughly recommend this business. This is the best service I ve ever gotten and that includes any auto shop. They went above and beyond to help me with my headlight that was off-center and also added a few screws in under my hood because there was a rattling sound. And the best part is they did this during my oil change so it was super efficient. Their Customer Service is off the charts. If I could give them six stars I would. Thank you again gentlemen, your customer service and professional service is top-notch and will not be overlooked!

Absolute great team in there. Stopped in when they were super busy and many cars coming in due to the cold weather rush.Worried I over filled my oil- they checked it out and I was completely fine. Very honest with me throughout the entire process. Offered to air up my tires and I said yes. They discovered I had no caps and broken valves. They promptly replaced these and sent me on my way. I will be coming here for all oil changes in the future.Alex, I think was the manager on duty, worked with his team like a real leader.Integrity, great service, fair prices (from what I saw) and honesty coming from this business. Great guys.I will be returning.

Excellent service. They found a quick solution for my exhaust pipe to get me road-worthy. Very friendly. Then, they sent me down the street to a garage that could weld it: at 7:00 pm., on a Friday night! I will definitely come back for oil changes, engine work, etc. A2 Body Shop down the street will get my biz, too. Very satisfied

I like these fellas! I have been to all the others over time. I feel like the chains make a big production out of changing oil so I know I am getting my money's worth and they always try to up sell. I get it, fine. What I like about this place is it's no nonsense, straight talk. I come for an oil change, they throughly check out my truck and let me know what they see. Sometimes I have questions for them since they can see under the car from the pit and they give me straight answers. They are all polite, nice and I will only get my oil from them. They are more than competent and I appreciate the way they treat customers. Good job fellas! Oh and the price is not a gouge.

So far I have visited this shop twice for oil changes on two different cars. Both times, they provide very quick and friendly service and the price is very reasonable. There was no hard upsell on anything, and they seem to genuinely care about the work that they do. For me it is also a very convenient location to make on my way home from work which just makes the experience that much better.

I've been here twice and both times I was impressed. I normally go to a place closer to home but this place is just so fast and accurate I think it's my new oil change place. It's $80 otd for a full synthetic oil change, but I was in and out in literally 10 minutes. Time is money.

Oh my gosh! I cannot say enough good about the guys at Choice. I came up here from Houston to help a friend and the polar vortex hit the next day. My car was parked outside accumulating ice and snow for several days. Got much of it off the day before coming into Choice, but then the snow started again!My windshield wipers were trapped in ice and I had low tire pressure. I pulled in and the guys aired at my tires and freed my windshield wipers, ensuring that I could spray washer fluid and see - all at no charge. Just some wonderful courtesy. Thanks so much!

I used to love this place, been going for years. Then the last time I went I had oil leaking within a week, ended up needing to replace a $600 engine splash shield that was warped by the leak. On top of that I was surprised at the end of the visit with a request for a tip - this is not a tipping kind of business, charge me what it costs to hire good workers, these ones definitely didn t deserve 20% extra!I rarely leave a negative review, because I generally prefer to say nothing than something bad. But this place is a hazard to your car.

I have to say that Vince and his team went above and beyond! A Trans flush on my Audi turned into quite an unforeseen challenge. Vince took the repair on himself, and completed it with 5 star customer service, at the expense of his time and $$. On one of the trips over, Vince said, "Hey, I noticed you had an under-engine shield in the trunk (it was out for months b/c I didn't have screws or time to reinstall it) I went to the dealer and picked up some screws and reinstalled it." Who does that?!? That is unbelievable customer service! Hats off to Vince and his team! I'll be going back to Choice Quick Lube...

Acter being turned away by many places because of it being a Kia Telluride and told they dont have the tools, these guys got me in and out. Oil change, tire rotation, filter within 10 minutes. Will be my new go to!

This is the best oil change in Ann Arbor. The staff is great, the manager/owner is great, and everybody cares. I have never gotten the vibe that I m being scammed or taken advantage of and this is literally the only place I can say I feel this way about. 100% recommend. Super fast service, no need to leave the car. Great rates. Always kind and professional and never patronizing.They always show oil levels and color after a change. Any additional services they offer they explain the level of need and provide actual advice and don't simply try to upsell. (Air filter is due but looks fine? They'll tell you.) I never go anywhere else if I can avoid it.

I have been here several times and always had a good experience. The staff is always kind and helpful. They never pressure you to spend money on things you don't need like a lot of other places I have taken my car. Would heavily recommend this establishment.

This place is great. I've been coming to choice quick lube for a few years now since moving to ann arbor. I've always dealt with Al he is the manager on duty and is always there when I need something done. God bless that man. He has helped me in so many different ways always going above and beyond to make sure every customer is satisfied. I've referred so many co-workers here and they all love this place now. If you haven't been to choice yet your missing out on the best service you and your car has ever had. If you re female DONT GO HERE! Tried talking to me like I m stupid when I went behalf on a friend. Charged $50 for 4.5 liters of synthetic Mobil 1 oil (which is only like $40 from the store AND I know auto stores get bulk discount) despite having a charge for $32.99 for 4.5 liters of oil. I talked to them in person stating they gave the choice of oil and I stated she wanted regular oil and they went back on their word stating they didn t give the option due to her car ONLY using 0w-20. I have looked it up in the manual, on the internet. The recommended oil it 5w-30. They basically gave us a ghost charge and wouldn t help me understand how a $60 oil change cost $105. They kept repeating themselves. Never going there again.

Best place to get your car done very professional, knows what they are doing especially, Al took his time to make sure the brakes and rotors were done right. Big Big shout out to...AL, ANTONIO, SLAY, AND CABBA. I have been coming to this oil change place for 7 years every 3000/5000 miles approx. 6x's a year. I was new to the area then and searched for good pricing and I found great service too. I am extremely satisfied not one complaint in 7 years. Pat yourselves on the back because the customer service is incredible, considerate, and respectful always greets you with a smile. I cannot say enough about this crew. They run a great business here! Fast, professional, and with excellent customer service. It took only fifteen minutes for a wiper blade change, cabin filter replacement, and tire inflation; they even got rid of the pesky sticker on the inner windshield. Same goes for oil change. They're upfront and honest about what they can and cannot do.Plus, the Zippy car wash is literally across the road. (There's also a Jimmy John's next door, if that helps in any way) Pretty convenient overall.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

This is my favorite place to get an oil change in Ann Arbor. If you haven t been then your missing out. It s fast, affordable, friendly and professional. They never try to hassle me to buy things I don t need. I ve tried others and this is the only place I will go. They also do a fabulous job on brakes, best price in town!
