Excellent service from friendly, honest people. Went in thinking I needed new brake pads - they brought my car in, inspected it, and said they weren't needed. Showed me mine and compared to worn ones. Felt great working with people who could've easily charged me for something I didn't need.I ended up getting an oil change which was reasonably priced, and took the time to explain the various options. Will definitely be back!

This shop is wonderful! Abood was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with walking me through my options. Not once did he pressure or try to make an upsell, which is the usual experience that makes me dread going to get car maintenance done. On top of that, he was extremely thorough and offered far more complimentary service checks than any shop I have seen. Hands-down will be coming back here for all future services and will recommend to anyone in the area.

This place is the best place to get your oil changed anywhere in the Ypsi/Ann Arbor area. The workers are insanely nice! Especially Abood who was kind enough to offer me a water and gave me a great recommendation for my oil selection. They go above and beyond and they all deserve your business. I ve heard many stories from other about them going out of their way to help which is what caused me to come here over any place else. Hell they even cleaned my windshield

I was having issues with my car so I stopped by here and with no hesitation Abood (owner) was willing to help. When I came in they were about to close and he still provided EXCELLENT service. I will be coming here from now on for any car needs I have. Great job Choice Quick Lube.

Several months ago, while on crutches recovering from knee surgery, my car had an issue with the shifter cable and wouldn't start or go into gear. The towman referred me to the owner of this shop, Abood, who promptly responded even though it was hours after his shop had closed. He offered to let me leave my car overnight and made the repair first thing the next morning. Now, I have an issue with my emissions system so I again took my car to Abood. He not only remembered me by name, but he asked about my knee and my recovery. From there, Abood and his staff promptly diagnosed the issue, identified the part to be ordered, and scheduled an appointment to do so, all at a very modest price point. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and authenticity of these hard-working individuals, I absolutely recommend Abood and his shop to everyone in the area for auto repairs.

It was my first time going to this place. Rob was nice he helped me with my car. He did suggest that I get a flush for my oil change due to it being so low. This was the best drive through oil change experience. I went in for an oil change on my daughter's car and was not disappointed. Very quick and efficient. Covered all the details under 15 minutes. Remember, they offer a UMich discount! Probably the same for Eastern Mich. Call and find out! Best prices around, in my book.

Alex, the owner, was friendly, informative, and honest at the 4000 Washtenaw location. I needed brakes and rotors for all four wheels for my Toyota Prius. Alex and the guys always take great care of our vehicles. They have great customer service and we bring all of our cars there for regular maintenance and repairs. They re always available for us and very friendly. This is our new mechanic. Highly recommended.

The new location is very clean and run by the owner right in front of the palm palace restaurant. Access from carpenter road or shell gas station on Washtenaw side. I drive 15 miles to choice quick lube because I trust them I get good service and repair on my car. I recommend it to everyone as I have to all my families and friends

Abood went above and beyond with the brake pad and rotor change. More than just the service, he gave best step recommendations for other parts of the car he didn t need to check. Great help!!
