Had the make-over detailing package. They did a great job on the floor mats but ipon closer inspection the next day, it does not appear that they shampooed the seats at all. They even have hair/fuzz on them. For how much this detail cost, I m disappointed and will not be back!

Just picked up my freshly detailed 2020 F150 and it looks great! Exterior - running boards and wheels look great. I have Weathergard mats inside that were a mess and they look brand new. Highly recommend!

BEST CERAMIC PRO INSTALLER WITH AMAZING PRICES IN TOWN. Outstanding, A+++ service from carsmetology and Joel. The black paint on my vehicle looks like glass. Joel applied 4 layers of ceramic pro, an top coat, rainx and took care of my rims too. I would recommend this package. Exceeded my expectations and even cleaned my interior as a courtesy. I tried them via a Groupon deal and was disappointed. They didn't wash carpets, interior glass has streaks, the floor mats we're sprayed to look new but still dirty and now super slippery. Seems like they performed a hand wash vs a complete detail.

This place is the best and they did an amazing job making my truck look like new again!One thing I have to say , inside of my truck covered by dog hair and now No hair at all. I recently bought a used car that needed a deep cleaning, so I found Groupon for this place and had my car detailed. Rob did an AMAZING job. He went above and beyond and treated the carpet and upholstery and my car looks like new. The exterior is so shiny, too. Did a very good job on my wife's vehicle. Car was very clean and she was happy with the result. Service was matter of fact and no sales pitch, as it should be. We dropped it off and picked it up without any damage whatsoever and I appreciated the politeness of the staff.Only one small gripe and that is when we went to pick it up at the designated time no one was at the desk. After a few minutes of bell rinigng and phone calling I had to open up a door and walk into the garage to find someone. I'm sure it was an isolated thing because they are clearly polite and well trained and the price was well worth it.We will definitely be giving them our business again.

Great group of folks to work with from the receptionist to the detailer. We called ahead to drop off the car the night before and they were super accommodating to coordinate. Great service too, the car looked awesome (especially considering how dirty it was). Fast and reliable, car was ready for pickup by 1pm. I just picked up my car from having Ceramic Pro protective coatings applied to my new MATTE GREY Kia EV6. The quality of the result and the service was exceptional!This was a very challenging task as Joel found there were hard dried water spots on the car from the original shipment to the dealer. These spots were hard to see but his concern was if they were to apply the ceramic coating then these spots would become very apparent. He spent many hours researching, procuring chemicals and devising techniques to solve this problem-- and it worked!In addition to the Ceramic Pro coating specially engineered for matte paint, he found and where possible remedied issues with other spots on the black gloss plastic exterior trim and with the windows. He also found defects which will need to be addressed by the dealer and spent time providing advice and suggestions on how to maintain the appearance of a matte painted vehicle. I will be gladly returning for the annual check ups required to maintain Ceramic Pro's 5 year guarantee and for other cars we own.Joel is a true professional. He is very thorough, creative and has communication skills necessary for both detailing and providing excellent customer service. Obviously, I highly recommend both him and his team at Carsmetology!

They did a fantastic job on my vehicle, inside and out. Spotless, all the books and crannies cleaned, leather seats treated (supple and not slippery), windows crystal clear, exterior seal coat even and shiny. Great attention to detail. I would definitely take my other vehicles to the Jackson Road facility.

Lack of communication, misleading website, poor quality work. I paid $300 for what turned out to be an inconvenient 4 hour car wash. Should have saved the money and done it myself, definitely would have done a better job then the "professionals". I spilled a whole bottle of vinegar in my car, they cleaned it and ozoned the car. Joel went above an beyond to make sure the car was vinegar free. Prices were far lower than other places in ann arbor and customer service was spectacular. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be returning.

This looks like something I could have done myself. When I picked up my car, there wasn't a change in scent. It looks like they didn't vacuum my back seats or underneath the driver side and passenger seat. They didn't wash the floor of the trunk area where it states it shampoo washes all fabric materials. It looks like they washed my car mats and put it back in but that's about it. My expectations were having it back like a new car because my car was clean to begin with. I still have salt stains on both driver and passenger floors. They didn't wipe down any of the trunk inside area because there were still some marks on there from me. I went home and wiped the trunk floor and the trunk interior with a baby wipe and everything came right off. I'm really not happy and I expect a job to be right the first time not have to go back out there for it be fixed. I don't have time for that and only had today to get my car cleaned. The exterior I don't have complaints. It's fine. They were able to get some white marks off my passenger door side from a recent door ding. Other than that, it looks like it went through a car wash. The inside, which is mainly the reason why I took it in, was really disappointing. There were still stuff on the back seats just your basic crumbs in the crevice areas. It looked like a half done job. I asked my fiance what he thought when he got home without complaining or giving my opinion about the car, and he said the same thing. Also the application of carnauba wax that was suppose to come with it did not appear to have been done. It definitely does not look like it was waxed. This looks like a 45 minute to one hour job.

You shouldn't expect an excellent job. They shampooed the fabrics in my car but not much change. Also, they do a very simple wash of exterior, nothing else. For almost any request, they charge. If you have time, you can save the bucks and do the detailing yourself. Overall, my experience was not satisfactory.

What a nice experience! Firstly, I had a $70 Groupon that included both inside and outside detailing, a significant discount from they normal price. I arrived an hour late since I couldn't find the place (more on that later) but they still took my car and honored the appointment regardless. Since I didn't have another ride, Parrish, the manager, drove me down the street to my desired location while I waited for them to finish. They did a prompt and speedy job in addition to a high-quality one. I specified that the major reason I was getting my car detailed was because it had tiny little bugs all over it that I wasn't sure how to deal with, and they went ahead and used everything they had to get rid of them, and gone they are. At the end, Parrish picked me up and drove me back to the garage. Couldn't be more pleased.The only problem is their location. They moved from their old spot on Jackson Plaza, which is now Best Auto Detailing of Ann Arbor, but Google hasn't yet come to terms with this fact. To get here, go to Menard's on east-bound Jackson Rd, and after the Staebler Rd intersection take the second paved path into a building complex. There is not yet a sign up for Carsmetology but rather a sign with four empty spaces ready to be filled. Go all the way down the path and you'll get here when it ends.

1 Star! Absolutely awful. My wife bought me a groupon for an inside and outside detail with wax. My truck looks horrible they buffed the wax compound all over every door handle and black trim piece on my truck, the bed rails, the tail gate latch. It all has a permanent white wax covering the surface. Thanks Carsmetology for your lazy, unprofessional work. Any one looking to get there car detailed look elsewhere . When I came to pick my truck up they never made any mention of what had happened, so before I left I Asked them about the sloppy job with the wax, he told me its not a big deal, and I can just come back and he will take care of it after 8 hours the first time no thank you. Im glad my 40k truck, Is just no big deal to make look like S@$T

Pricey but do an excellent job. I had a Groupon and went with basic interior and exterior but then added a Shampoo. Probably ended up saving only about $10 or so on the $129 package (lowest one I believe). Car was filthy on the inside; hadn t been cleaned in years. Now it s spotless!!

Terrible.... We had vacuumed out the car to get the majority of the stuff out so they could focus on doing a deep clean.... But when we got the car back.... It doesn't seem like they wanted to get into the deep clean either. So I'm not sure what they actually did. They didn't clean under the seats, etc.... Very disappointing. I could have paid my kids $20 probably to do a better job

When I picked up my car I did a quick look around. I saw few water spots in the back hood. Decided to look at my dash camera, found out later, my car was never clayed bar down, never dryed with a towel, pretty much just it seat there with water, until they decided to wax it(which is a spray wax) so since you didnt clay bar the car, my car still has dirt on it.Uses my aux cord to listen to music, no problem bit if you use someone's cord, put it back how you got it.Interior and door corners also weren't done properly and as he goes to park my car, complained about how my car didnt even need to be cleaned.You're standard is clearly different than mine and if it was clean, you had easy job, but couldn't even do that properly.What they did to my car is something I could of done, myself within the hour.I decided to have it "detailed" so that it was done properly because I didn't have time.Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.You can see that when I did a quick wipe down afterwards, that it wasn't even touched.

Scratched the paint on my roif and wouldn't consider that they had done it. "It isn't possible, we only use soft cloth" was all they would say. No offer to even look at it.

Looks good!! They were able to make it look brand-spankin' new! My only issue was that they accidentally threw out my cupholder/middle console liners and it took a very long time to get it back. But overall i was satisfied !

They did a horrible job on my vechile, and did not even start until 4p and done by 5p for a complete detailing that should take 3 to 6 hrs. They have not done anything to make it right, I called spoke to a lady who was going to call me back and she never did,
