These guys are always helpful. No one wants to spend money on car repairs, but the pricing here is fair and the turn around time is very fast compared to other garages. Friendly A-1 service.

Save your money, save your life, do not bring your car here!!!! I brought my car in for a tire change two weeks ago. I immediately left on a road trip, and once I left the lot, I noticed my car felt weird. Well, the reason my car felt weird was because they're over-tightened the lugs on the wheel, resulting in one of the wheel bearings breaking within days of me driving on it. The pressure caused all the other wheel bearings to break. In short, I was driving around with my car tire barely attached to my car! Luckily I noticed it when I did, because had I not, I was facing a major car accident that could have hurt me, my passengers, and the other drivers on the road. But I ended up stranded in Lansing. When I called this store to ask them what to do, they insisted that I brought my car in without the lug (???) and that even though this is a major safety hazard, they "forgot" to tell me about it, and it certainly wasn't any fault of their own. They also said that because my appointment had been late in the day (2:00 p.m.) the mechanic wasn't there, which was somehow my fault and excused a major safety hazard they left on my car. When I put my boyfriend on the phone, they suddenly said that it could be their mistake and they were much less accusatory and condescending. Another Belle Tire ended up having to replace the entire wheel and all its bearings because of the mistake this Belle Tire made. They put me in danger, and spoke down to me when I confronted them. I think because I am a woman, they thought I wouldn't know better, so they could try to not take responsibility for their mistake and try to tell me that it was somehow my own fault. Do not go here! Save yourself, your wallet, and your car!

I brought my car in on Saturday 1-6 at 300 pm. I had a blow out on 94. I asked if they could put my spare on or replace the tire. The guy at the counter with the long goatee was the biggest jerk. He said he wouldn't be able to look at it till Monday. I live two hours away and have a big hole in the tire. I work at a collision shop and know what it takes to put a spare tire on. All of 10 mins. It was snowing out and I was replacing my own tire in the parking lot of a tire shop. I would never treat. Customers that way.

I discovered a leak in my tire on a Sunday morning. I went to Firestone because they hold Sunday hours. Firestone tried to tell me the leak was too close to the sidewall and this would now cost me the price of a new $240 tire. I drove away from Firestone that day.Monday morning I took the day off from work and went to this store. I did not share my experience from the previoius day. The salesperson went to my vehicle with me took one look and said I hear the leak, I see the leak, you have plenty of life left in this tire.Unfortuneatly they were really behind in tire mounting and repair however he said that one of his other stores were helping them catch up and if I took it over they could fix it for me. What service!! Merry Christmas to me!Thank you Belle Tire!!

I switched to Discount a while ago, but Belle had one last moment of incompetence to throw at me. I asked them to replace my lug nuts two years ago. Tonight I hit a nasty crater pothole on 23 and broke the bead on my right front. That's when I found out that, when they replaced my lugs, they USED A DIFFERENT SIZE so my OEM lugwrench did not fit. Thankfully my wife came to pick up the kids while I switched things out and I had equipped her car with a four-way wrench. If not for that I would have been SOL. Do not trust this company to do right by you.

This location has severely gone down hill. I went in 12/31 for service. They were NOT busy, tons of employees standing around inside and outside just talking. I was told one service would need to have my car kept until Tuesday, a simple tire rotation. I also got an oil change. They never asked what type of oil service I wanted and just assumed, with me paying over $100. When I picked up my vehicle, about 4-5 employees were just standing outside, again, talking. Why couldn t my tire rotation be done again?! When I went to start my car, my key fob, felt weird and my key felt loose. I removed my key from the ignition and these fools cracked my key fob. My car is older and I m sure the cost of a new fob was the cost of my oil change. How careless and disrespectful to not even address it with me. Any suggestions on where else to go for easy services? Do better Belle Tire.

They won't change a trailer tire. I've never heard of a tire shop that won't change a trailer tire. Sounds like a soft hand type of place...

Terrible service. Left my car there over the weekend needed an alignment and for them to fix my valve and did neither. Literally waited 4 days for them to put one tire back on. Probably never going back to location everyone just stands around and are no help

WENT TO OREGON OHIO LOCATION ON NAVARE AVE. The air hose in the back was broken. I was from out of town and just needed air in my tires. None of the gentlemen inside the shop were willing to help me they all acted like they didn't know the hose in the back was gone. Once talking to the manager he told me a new hose wouldn't be installed.... don't you provide free air? Very unhappy and unsatisfied.

I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment on Saturday.They were ready for me at my appointment time and had my tired fixed in record timing.Make sure to check out their tire prices as they have great deals. Note: always buy their tire insurance as it's well worth it.

I bought four new tires here in mid-October, spending nearly $1200. Within days all four started losing air, the two driver side tires much faster than the passenger. At first I thought it was just the cooler temperatures, but soon found myself having to put air in them once a week. Once I was able, I returned to Belle Tire, just one month after buying the new tires, and explained what was happening. They were not able to take care of me same day, which is understandable. But the soonest appointment was not for more than one month. They could not do anything for me for more than one month. The reason I was given is because there are a lot of people ahead of me apparently once they've collected your money you are no longer an important customer. His solution was just to keep filling them up with air until they could look at the tires and see what was going on, at the end of the next month. I've always gone to Firestone and have always been taken care of. I only went here because they could get me the premium tire I was looking for faster. I won't make that mistake again and I will not be back.

We went there for the first time and found this place very reliable. They provided us the estimate of the repair work over call soon after we left and explained the cost breakdown. They were patient with us while we took time to decide prioritizing essential repair work. The cost estimate they provided was very reasonable. We interacted with three of their staffs there - Brian, Jeff, and Mike, and all three were respectful and helping in nature. They kept us informed about estimated pick up time for the vehicle as well.

Unbelievably shameless price gouging going on here. These people are useless and quoted me a price of close to $300 just to swap out winter tires. Be very careful going to this place. They will lie with a straight face and charge you insane amounts of money for the most basic of jobs. I m just blown away how bad this place is. And then when I challenged them saying that a place down the road is doing tne same job for me for almost $200 less they shamelessly tell me that oh we do price match I was like no you ve lost me as a customer anyway Awful place with no tires and high prices. Go at your own peril. Just like another reviewer noted I called discount tire down the road and they were immediately able to get me in as a walk in and took care of my tire swap within forty minutes in and out. And the charge for the entire thing was $96.Belle tire is awful and the person who quoted me ~$300 just for a tire swap should be ashamed of himself. Really wonder how many people go here and just pay their hard earned money without questioning their pricing or their policies.

Good deals on tires, but a pain to try and get rebates. You also should make an appointment and plan on leaving the vehicle vs waiting. Always ask or look on line for additional sales or rebates. $40.00 coupons for first time signing up your email, phone!

These guys are awesome! Not only did they say they could squeeze me in near the end of the day, but they were thorough with checking it out and plugged the hole in my tire and didn't charge me!! Also it was crazy quick. I expected to be there for way longer. I'll definitely be back next time I have tire stuff going on. Thanks so much!(Edit: I felt like it was worth naming Brian, who helped me, and one other guy whose name I forgot - sorry!! Both of them were great and very patient with me, which meant a lot cause I'm new to car ownership and the related issues)

I've been going to this location for over a decade and they'll continue to have my business, even though I now live 15 miles away. I do most of my own maintenance and part replacements on my vehicles, but I trust these guys with anything tire- and suspension-related .. they've always been professional, courteous and patient toward me and other customers I've been witness to while in the lobby. I can't personally speak from experience with any of their other non-suspension services, but I'm seeing a few unsatisfactory reviews regarding oil changes and other things that don't relate at all to.. well.. tires, and the related systems - these people are probably the same ones who go to a burger joint and complain about the quality of their hot dogs. Keep up the good work, fellas!

As usual, excellent service. Went in because of low tire pressure. They fixed it promptly at no charge. They also checked the wheel alignment and found that three wheels were in need of alignment. They did it quickly at a very reasonable price. I'm a long-time customer at this facility and will certainly continue to use them when the occasion demands.

A former client of Bell Tire. I Had a screw stuck in my tire and had an important appointment in Jackson. Drove to Bell Tire and they said they couldn't help until next day.Drove down to Discount Tire and they we able to get it done within in hour. Saved my day and NO Charge.

EMPLOYEES STOLE FROM OUR CAR:My husband and I took our car in to get a sensor fixed on one of the tires today. The car was only out of my husbands sight while it was being worked on. We had a robe in the back that we were going to return to the store once the tires were fixed. When we got the car back the robe was gone.When my husband brought this to the assistant managers attention he didn't do anything, and just provided a number to file a complaint.

I dropped my vehicle off yesterday morning at 8am for a flat repair on the left rear tire. I was told the vehicle would be done after lunch. I called at 1:24pm to see if it was done and was told it was not. I had to get a ride to and from work so was kind of hoping it would be done before I was off work around 3. I was picked up around 2:30 from work and brought to the location to find my vehicle didn t move all day. When I went inside to ask how much longer I was greeted somewhat nicely and was advised it would be the next one in and shouldn t take longer then an hour. So I left and got a ride home. They finally called at 4pm to say it was finally done. When I picked the vehicle up my driver seat was moved all the way forward and none of the other tires were air checked. I used to work in the tire industry and know that some of those services are free when you take it somewhere else. Was kind of shocked that belle tire did not check the air in the other tires. Only reason I brought my vehicle there was because it is a fleet vehicle and my company has an account with them. Our company has about 60 vehicles on the road and I ll be advising the fleet manager to seek other companies for this kind of service. I work out of my van and having it down for a day is a huge inconvenience and can cost the company quite a bit of money. Very disappointed.

Today I went to Belle Tire to get an alignment on my van, I made an appointment a few days before. When I got to the store my appointment was not in the computer. I had a email confirmation for today. I spent 2 hours there waiting for them to finish. A week before this visit I had them put two new tires on the front because they were worn out. I had the spare tire on the front. When they put on the new tires they did not remount the spare under my van. I asked them to remount the spare today, which they did, but it took them between 30-45 minutes to figure it out. I was not very happy about my appointment not being in the computer and the fact that the spare tire was not remounted last week. I will not be going back to Belle Tire again.

Every time I do business with these guys things go better than I had expected. Yesterday I took my car in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. It was a very busy time for them and, because of this they told me it would take two days to fix. Today, it was repaired 24 hours sooner than expected. There was no big problem they described all they had done (to me, it was quite a lot) and best of all, there was no charge. Hard to beat a deal like that. Will I go back if I ever another problem? Guess.

Found the screw without a head in my tire. Took about 80 minutes. Personnel gracious. Only "complaint": technician left my leather steering wheel filthy...tho he did put down a paper mat and placed plastic on my seat.

Tires and alignment. Was told it would take an hour and a half on the phone then when I got here (exactly when I told them I would be here) it changed to two hours. Ok, walked down to the diner down the street and had breakfast. Burned an hour there then came back and caught up on emails. I have now been sitting here for two hours and they havn't even put it on the alignment rack. They have completely destroyed my schedule, their time is obviously more important than thier customers. They tie up thier alignment tech with doing "free alignment checks" in an attempt to sell alignments but then don't do the ones that were actually paid for.
