Saturday late afternoon/early evening I picked up a massive bolt in my tire right down the street from Belle Tire and it happened to be 10 minutes before they closed. They were extremely helpful and put my spare on. They kept the wheel and tire and fixed it Monday morning when they opened back up since they were closed Sunday. They didn t have to go out of their way to help me so close to closing time but they did which was really amazing. They patched the tire for free which I did not expect and I picked the wheel and tire back up this morning and took it to work. I put it back on there since I had my own tools and didn t have a lot of time to wait this morning. I appreciate all the help and great service. I really want to thank everyone there for their help when I was stuck in a bind Saturday. I ll recommend this place to people if it s anything wheel or tire related. I drive a tow truck for a living in Ann Arbor and I get people asking for recommendations all the time and this will be the first place I ll recommend. Ive had mixed interactions at other places around town so it s nice to have first hand experience with certain shops and situations like this. It s important to me that my customers are taken care of by honest repair shops when I m asked for a recommendation. This experience went a long way with how I feel about recommending them.

Our experience with the Belle Tire on Ellsworth in Ann Arbor was literally a life saver, and certainly deserves credit for helping two stranded senior citizens get their vehicle on the road home after picking up a huge nail in a back tire. Employee Devin Howell and other staff got to work immediately changing the damaged tire to a spare and sending us on our way without any charges. This service was exemplary and a rarity in today s world. Thank you Ann Arbor/Ellsworth Belle Tire staff and management for your kindness.

They re good people. The manager is always working, super friendly, and very helpful. They tell you what s urgent and what can wait. Service is much cheaper and faster than going to a dealership. I also appreciated that when I brought my car in after it was pulling to the left that they looked at it, tested it, didn t find anything, but still found a plan to resolve it. If I was wrong, they humored me. If I was right, they fixed a problem that was hard to see. I did notice the pulling went away and that my MPG improved about 10% after. Much appreciated!

Fixed my flat and didn t charge me. While driving to get to the big game I had a flat. These guys took care of it! Staff was very helpful and got my truck back on the road.

On Wednesday I took my car into a ford dealership to get my oil changed and they said that I needed to get my tires changed. So today I decided to go to belle tire. I told the front desk that I needed all new tires and to check my alignment. So after about 30 minutes of waiting the guy that checked me in came over to me and told me that my shocks are leaking and my brake pads are basically non existent. If you own a ford car and to take it to dealer for an oil change they do like a 150 point test to make sure everything is working properly. So when I was told this, I was really confused because the dealership should have told me this. So I was scared with almost 3k worth of repairs when I just wanted new tires. So after a panic calls to a few my of family and friends, I was told to get the tires and come home so I can talk though it was my dad. So I paid for my tires and I went home. We had decided to take it back to the dealer and see what is going on. After being at the dealer for a few minutes, they looked at my car and told me that my shocks and brakes were completely fine. I was told not to trust my dealership. They put my car on the lift and I looked at my car and they said that I wasn t even close to needing my shocks or brakes fixed. I don t trust this belle tire because they were trying to get more money out of me because I was a girl in my 20s not understanding much about cars. Go to discount tires or your dealership.

Always great service! We've gotten tires, basic oil changes and recently Belle Tire installed a set of after market loaded struts on one of our trucks. They fit us in there schedule quickly with timely and quality workmanship.

Went in for tires, needed a alignment. The mechanic looked over the car to check that all was good and he found a rear lateral link needed replaced in order to get the alignment. Ok, then 30 minutes later, was told the shock was leaking and prolly should be replaced. I chose not to have the shocks done. Ok so repair done, tires on, it's moved to get alignment. 30 minutes after they come tell me the right front tyrod bent and needs replaced. Like what???? Why didn't the mechanic see that??? I started feeling a little irritated. Like wow seriously. So I didn't get a alignment after all. Some of my lug nut covers are missing and I left feeling like I was being baited for $$. Terrible

Had a most excellent experience buying new tires. Started at a nationwide, big box store that could not get the newly released Michelin tires I wanted. Even they said if I could get them at Belle to go ahead. Rich, Asst Mgr, got on the phone to another store and worked a minor miracle to have them delivered in 2 days. Upon receipt, I was able to have the tires installed same day. All questions were answered in a polite and professional manor. This was my first experience with Belle Tire and it was a good one!

So i spent $2000 on tires a year ago. Every time i call for an appointment, the tire shop tells me they dont take appointments for tires. So now stranded 2hrs from home they tell me for a hole in the tire, they need it for 2 whole days. This is just the half of the garbage experience with this particular shop. Save your time and money and go to discount tire like i did. Cheaper and in&out.

Had a couple problems with my tires at the dealership (shocking right?) So I just ran my Silverado by here and in about 7 minutes, they had my tpms system back in sync, filled them up with free air, and sent me on my way. For someone who didn't have an appointment and needed a quick hand, these guys were very accommodating since I was on my lunch break. Big thanks to these guys!

Anyone know how disruptive flat tire(s) causes to our work and daily life! I got a mail in one of my tires on Thursday night, couldn t find anywhere who can fix it before holiday. Thankfully, Eric at belle tires took my car on Friday as a walk-in and got it fixed by end of day!! I can t believe when I was told repairing a flat tire is FREE here too???!!! You guys are amazing and thank you So much for all you did!

Really happy with my experience here! Rich helped me replace my girlfriends flat tire and when there were additional unforseen issues he worked with me to find a solution that didn't break the bank. Will definitely be going back next time I need work done.

Was looking for a tire quote for a full set, the assistant manager Richard was very helpful and worked with us to get a price within our budget for quality tires and a 3 year warranty! I would absolutely suggest BelleTire for your next auto repair!

Came 1 hour before close for a tire repair....said they cant do it because there is 4 cars ahead of me....yet only 2 people in the waiting area and only 3 vehicles in total parked in their lot....I assume the 3 vehicles were the employees vehicles since they were parked toward the back. Most stores would commit to getting it done but instead these guys couldnt be bothered.

Brought in my car for a nail removal and plug repair 2pm appointment...12/13 I waited 2 hours and they didn't plug the tire saying it didn't leak from their test. They only wanted me to pay for an alignment which I don't need and don't TRUST this store for that when they can't plug a tire...

I would definitely get a second opinion before doing extra repairs that this location suggests. I strictly come to Bell Tire to have my tires swapped out for the summer and winter seasons. It's convenient, they can easily reset my tire sensors, and if one of the tires need any kind of repair, they will get it done! Having said that, I will not trust them for anything else! I always change my own brakes and rotors, and do other minor repairs on my car. So when they told me last year that a set of my brakes were completely trashed and needed immediate repairs, I scratched my head when both axles had at least 6 months left on them (or better). This year, I was told that "MY REAR BRAKES WERE SO BAD, THAT LEGALLY, THEY ALMOST COULDN'T PUT THE TIRES BACK ON WITHOUT FIXING THEM!" I waited until I did the front brakes before doing this review (in case they mixed up the axles).The picture with 1 rotor is from the rear axleThe picture with 2 rotors is from the front.

Had a major issue and heading to Kalamazoo for Christmas with family. They took us right away, service was good and quick. Staff was friendly. I was glad I found it before I was stranded on I-94.

Poor service came in for an alignment gave them my keys waited a hour to be told I needed ball joint and a tire rod. I said okay they added on I needed a back tire ..idk how I just replaced my tires but anyway. 2 hours 30 min later I went to see what was going on and nothing had been done to my car

Frustrated but satisfied. I have decided to update my initial review and will explain why. My experience is as follows. I went in for an emergency on Friday morning. The location is just around the corner from work so I thought that was my best option. I drive at least 81 miles a day, and wanted to avoid putting the donut on. I stopped in, told the associate at the counter I needed my driver-rear tire replaced. She helped me decide on the middle-of-the-road grade tire, and I was satisfied. Got my car back in a reasonable amount of time. Upon pulling in to pick the car up, I noticed the new tire on the rear-passenger side. I didn t pay attention to the driver side tire because I trusted them to perform the work, and I assumed since the new tire was on the opposite side, they must have rotated my tires. I also noticed my low tire pressure light was still on when I got in the car. The next day, Saturday, I noticed the huge spots on my driver-rear tire that brought me in. I called right away and spoke with the assistant manager. After looking up my transaction in the computer, he said it stated my passenger-rear tire. He put me on hold and came back. He said he spoke with the associate who helped me initially. She helps a lot of people with tires through the day, but she was pretty sure I told her passenger-rear. She later said she enters the information as the discussion is occurring, so she felt it was not possible for her to make this mistake. The assistant manager told me the truck that picks up the used tires had already been in so he couldn't offer me my old tire back. He said the best he can do for me is 20% off another tire, the system would not allow anymore. I noticed a $30 off coupon if I sign up for emails, and he said I could use that also. I took my car back in to get the bad tire repaired Monday morning. I was willing to take a lesser quality tire than the one I purchased to get the bad tire replaced, but after the 20% and $30 off, it was a $10 difference, and they didn't have any of the lesser quality in stock. My frustration boiled because I did not feel these explanations were good enough, and I felt taken advantage of. I felt even if the associate who checked me in mistyped, the technicians should have questioned the tread that was left on the tire they took off. The manager explained to me it was not put on a lift due to just being the one tire, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt they didn t see the condition of the driver side tire. I wrote reviews to represent the account, and gave one star. I just received an email from the manager giving further explanation. I appreciated him taking the time to further explain their thought process, and overall, I felt it was fair enough to edit my reviews. They did their best to bring the second tire down to 50% off, accepting 50% of the fault, with no way to really prove whose at fault. I am accepting my 50% as well. With so many things pointing to something not right, I should have investigated further before leaving the parking lot. I really appreciate the manager taking time to explain how they came to their conclusion, and why they felt this was most fair.

Terrible customer service. At 10 am I was told 1.5-2 hours. Then 3 hours later they said it d be done by 4/5. At 5 they told me it was next in line and would be 2 more hours at least. Scum bags.

Nice guys, but overpriced. They'll fix your flat for free, so three stars for that. But they also push alignments ($300 for a Tesla alignment, far too much) when I am sure they are unnecessary (my vehicle is 4 months old, it doesn't need an alignment).I should have declined the alignment and taken my vehicle to Costco Tire to get it aligned for half that price.They will install and balance and aligned tires you've purchased online. If you really want to save money, buy Driven Once and Unrepaired tires online from a company like United Tire, with at least 9/32 of tread on them (11/32 is New), and you'll save 50% off the new price.If you have a very slow puncture leak in one tire, any shop can do a temporary fix and rotate it to the back for safety while you wait for your online tires to come (1-3 days, FedEx Ground).Tires have gotten too expensive. Don't buy new if you don't need to, and don't fall for $300 alignments like I did.

Great customer service from the whole team. John (my agent) was so caring and helpful. I needed a new tire after a pothole ruined mine. The staff took care of my car while actually smiling. I went there very upset and left happy and confident that I would be safe on the road. I have already recommended to several friends. Thanks Rich, Bill, John and Pete!

I came in for a flat tire. Although there were several people waiting I was in and out in reasonable time. If I ever need anything related to my tires I will only come here. Friendly, efficient and reasonable. Thank you to Devin, Stefan and Anthony!

Women be warned, they will try to take advantage of you here. They tried to convince me to replace my entire tire, and then the entire AXLE, when I came in to get a lug nut and stud replaced. Demanding over $2,000 for a job that should've cost $150 max. Absolutely shameful.

We were traveling from Cincinnati up to Leland MI today. The tire alert came on that it was losing pressure. Stopped and put air in and continued on but pressure came on again and going down. We called Belle Tire Ann Arbor when we were about 15 minutes away. They told us to come on in. Took care of tire while we grabbed lunch and found a nail in it repaired and got us back on road. Didn t charge us for removal. Thank you to Devin and all the guys who took care of us!The Turners from Ohio

My first time trying this shop out was this weekend for a brake job. I went to Belle tire, because it's a name I trust from prior experience on the West Side of the state...this location did not live up to that reputation at all.The service desk representative, who was the assistant manager, was trying to goat me for paying twice the quoted labor cost..and was not explaining things clearly at all. It is clear that this shop either doesn't give 2 ***'s about their customers, or they are actively trying to be sly and duplicitous when charging for services.Will not be going back here. 2 stars, because I think that somehow burns more than just 1 star.

I went here after being treated poorly at a competitor of theirs that messed up my steering alignment. They were very respectful, got my car in quickly and back on the road in under an hour(as a walk in), less expensive than the competitor, and the fixed the issues that caused my vehicle to ruin two brand new tires. 10/10 would recommend. I will be giving them all business going forward.

5 Stars for AARON! My car is/was in bad shape and Aaron really took the time to walk me through everything that needs to be be done and help prioritize things. As someone who doesn t know much about cars/repairs, having him break it all down in a way I could understand was beyond helpful. Thank you to all the workers at belle tire but especially Aaron.
