Update:After being contacted by Belle Tire corporate office I brought my car back in to have the manager double check the recommended work and why the alignment was not done. He indeed found what my other mechanic said, that there was nothing wrong with the bushings. To their credit, Belle Tire corporate did reimburse me for the alignment I had done at my other shop.Paid for unlimited one year alignment. When I tried to get an alignment done 11 months after I paid for the one year contract they said I needed new bushings, at the cost of $600. They said they would not be able to do the alignment unless I replaced those bushings. I took it to a local mechanic that I trusted and he said the bushings were totally fine. My trusted mechanic conducted the alignment without any problems with the old bushings.Go elsewhere for tires.

I've had great experiences the last 2 times I went to this location. The first time was to have all 4 of my tires replaced & the second time was ti have my car's issue (check engine light) diagnosed & repaired. Every person I've interacted with, the people working at the counter, the manager, & the technicians have all been really kind & patient & always helpful! Their prices are great & they are very quick to get you in for service & complete the job quickly! I will be going to this Belle Tire location on Washtenaw for all of my car maintenance & repair needs & highly recommended them!

Chris was GREAT to deal with today, very accommodating. Had a flat that could not be repaired, he ordered a tire and had the car back on the road in just a couple of hours! Very convenient, 10/10 would go here again.

Chris at Belle Tire on Washtenaw Road in Ann Arbor deserves high praise. His patience and willingness to guide me through my tire inquiries made the entire process seamless. I'm delighted with my new tires and plan to make this location my go-to for all future automotive needs. Chris's exceptional customer service left a lasting positive impression.

Had an appointment at 12, waited for an hour and a half before I asked the status of my appointment, as my car still had not been brought back for service. Apparently they didn't review my appointment details until I requested and they realized it would take another 5 hours to patch my tire. An absolute waste of my time. This needed to be communicated to me when I arrived for my appointment.

Great service! Don t expect them to be able to drop what they re doing and have your car done in 20 minutes. That s not how the world works. Dropped off a tire with a leaking valve stem and they had it done in a couple hours free of charge. Can t ask for better service.

Chris was beyond helpful during my visit! When I hit a pothole and ended up needing my tire replaced, he and everyone else on the team went above and beyond to help me out. I m so glad I came here and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone

I walked in for a price match and brought my invoice from their local competitor. Instead of business as usual, assistant manager Eric Ellicott made some rather disturbing and unprofessional comments to say the least. After viewing the quote, he asked me if "I was trying to get him fired with this price match" & "If I was trying to make his kids go hungry". Yes, you read that right, I too was stunned when I heard him say those things. I asked why he would say such things when it's their own policy and has been for so long and if he thought those comments are appropriate. At which point his manager 'Todd' overhead and rushed over telling him that he needs to step away in the back and then apologized multiple times to me. I'm not sure what sort of system they have or what pressure they have that employee on or if maybe it's just that particular employee but that sort of customer service behavior is not acceptable and clearly a big factor in the recent negatives that this place keeps getting. Also it should not be acceptable for them as a business to not honor their own policies and yet be allowed to advertise them falsely. Shame on this Belle Tire and shame on Eric Ellicott.

Aaron and Devin, Ann Arbor Belle Tire managers went above and beyond our expectations in all aspects! Aaron assigned the best Belle tire Expert Technicians for us. My wife and I are 100% satisfied customers. I sincerely apologize from my heart! I strongly recommend the Ann Arbor Store Belle tire. Please share our review with everyone at the Ann Arbor Store. Awesome experience. My battery died in the Arbor land parking lot. When I went to Belle Tire the young man was kind enough to walk over to my truck and jump it from a portable battery. I drove it to Belle tire and proceeded to watch my trucks progress on a giant screen ;) The rep explained the different batteries appropriate for my truck. I'm so happy to use them again. 2nd time they've come thru for me. Thankyou!!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and thought it was going to cost me a bunch of $ to get a new tire and have it installed. Instead, when I took it to Belle Tire they discovered the leak was caused by a nail which they were able to remove and somehow patch. Even better, they did it completely free of charge. Even better, they did this all quickly on a busy Saturday morning. Thank you Belle Tire!

I've always enjoyed Belle Tire I've always enjoyed Bell Tire some things they do are a little pricey. But you get what you pay for and that's quality work. I called ahead to make sure they had the tires I needed and they did when I arrived they pulled my vehicle and immediately to get to work I really appreciate the Speedy service

The first three times I brought my car here for low tire pressure, the problem kept returning, but the fourth time I brought it in, they fixed it completely. It's been 500+ miles and I haven't had to put air in my tires. Very professional and friendly. I also appreciate that all my visits were under warranty from my first visit so I only had to pay for the first one. Thanks, Belle Tire!

Thank you guys so much!I had to do a bunch of suspension work the night before leaving for a 5 week 5k mile road trip, and after i did the work the steering wheel was crooked but I had no choice but to get on the road and find a shop along the way. When I got to Ann arbor for the night I called several shops in the area and none of them could get me in the next morning before my next leg of the journey, so I randomly tried belle tire, Christopher got me In first thing the next morning. My alignment was so bad I was getting 19mpg in a subaru that was getting 26mpg before I replaced the suspension. Now it's back at 26mpg again! In all my years as a mechanic I've never seen bad alignment do that much to performance but over the next 4k miles that extra 7mpg will really save me a fortune! Being someone who has always done my own auto repair and maintenance, I struggle trusting other Shops, but I'm glad I went here. Would definitely recommend!

Overinflated my tires after installing a pair. The PSI is right there: 30 PSI, front and back. They inflated it to 44 PSI! That was the max rating for the tire. Good that I check pressure before trips and was boggled if my spouse did it... checked my records and lo and behold, it is the friendly neighborhood shop that seems to have paid for 5 star reviews all over their google account. Doing my part and reporting incompetence.

Aaron Daniels..GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! MR. Daniels explained everything to my understanding of what was wrong with my vehicle and was on point with approximate finish time. The facility was clean.Thank you Belle Tire for a job well done.

I ve been coming to this Belle Tire for many months now. As a woman who has struggled with finding a mechanic I feel comfortable going to, I ve always been more than happy with the work done on my car each time. I ve never been spoken to in a condescending way, the managers are always happy to answer questions, and the mechanics always get the job done right the first time. This is definitely the best Belle Tire in the Ypsi/Ann Arbor area! The mechanics do great work and Dan, Rich, and Alex are always a pleasure to work with.

I came in because i had an issue with one of my tires and Joseph got to helping me right away. He welcomed me and assured me that i was in good hands and he was not wrong. I will be coming back to replace all 4 tires and i m looking forward to him helping me. If you re reading this Joseph, keep up the great work thank you so much for your help!

Had to help my roommate fill up her tires before a long trip, and we noticed the nail. Took it into Belle, expecting to get dealership prices and our eyes pull out for a simple fix. Yet they were timely, easy to work with, and ended up not even charging for the quick patch.

Very trash. I don t think the people here know anything about cars. Brought my car in twice cause of a leak and they never fixed it. Additionally, they take forever; damn near 3 hours of waiting

I had a flat tire. I reached there at 5:30 pm (closing time 6:00pm) and the guy side we can t help as it s closings time. I was like okay and asked for an appointment. I was told no need and was told to come early. The next day, I went in at 4 pm. They refused the help me again, with the same old reason of them being swamped and couldn t accommodate. I was like just give me an appointment as I can t keep doing this. And after a lot of request they gave me 11 am the next day. Went in at 11 am and was told it will take 1 hour 15 mins. I was like okay and waited. After 1 hr 30 min, I went to ask them and he just said that the tier threads were worn and it s not repairable. He gave me a quote to buy new tires. Was really disappointed that they made me wait 1.5 hours just to give me that quote, really pathetic service.In the evening went to a local mechanic and he fixed it in 15 mins.The worst experience ever. Will never go to any big name tire provider in future. The worst people.

This shop is our go-to for all of our vehicles. I called with an urgent issue on my Ford Fiesta at 12:10 today (a Friday!). Rich was very courteous and professional and said to bring it in and give him an hour to get someone to look at it. I arrived at 12:30 and by 1:30 I was driving away. Thank you!!!

I arrived without an appointment but was met with extreme courtesy. My tire needed urgent care, I had picked up a bolt and it was stuck in my tire. The young man explained it could take 2 hours before they could fix it. I was grateful they accepted the work and said I would wait. Great location. I was able to grab a bite at 5 Guys than returned to BelleTo wait a short time and wallah the car was done.Over all it was a very positive experience. I love Belle tire ...they are my go to guys

I've brought a couple cars here now and they've always done a fantastic job. My most recent was last week, ran over a big screw in my front driver's side wheel. They patched it up, and the best part was it was FREE! I suggest making an appointment, because that will put you in front of the line of any walk-ins. Great staff and very informative and friendly. Thank's Belle Tire, I'll be back for sure.
